It was fair, hallways smelled like urine, craftsmanship of border on flooring were uneven and toilet was old and had stains. Slept ok, felt the mattress springs. Towels were soft but too thin. There was an old washcloth in the bath tub that wasn’t ours.

It’s nice that they're making some minor upgrades, but the towels in the room are so old and gross. They smell faintly of bleach, but some of them are still sort brownish in some areas, and they’re so thin that they’re basically ready to be garage rags. The pillows were a joke, and so was the bed, which is weird because I’ve stayed her a few times over the last 5 years and always enjoyed the pillows and the bed. Lastly, I didn’t want the super loud heater kicking on and off all night so I turned it off and got a blanket out of the closet. I think that blanket might be older than me, and I’m 45! It had holes in it, awful brown color, I couldn’t tell if it had been washed or not. I reluctantly used it but kept it far away from my face. And like I said, I’m glad they got some new faucets and made an effort to try to spruce up the bathrooms, but whoever painted and caulked my bathroom was either drunk or had never done it before. Pics attached. Lastly, the second night, someone under me started chain-smoking cigarettes around 12:30 pm. This went on for about 2 hours. I’m not sure how the smoke was getting into my room, the hallway was clear. Fan off. But my repeated calls to the front desk would just end in a busy signal. Meanwhile, my eyes were burning as I tried to air-out my room while I should have been asleep. I will definetely be trying different options next time I see family out that way.

Very nice family running and possibly owning this Inn. Very friendly, helpful.They stayed on top of keeping the breakfast replenished and ckean up whenever something spilled or someone left a table. Room nice and clean.

Decent stay for an overnight stay. Only complaint was the walls are thin. We were on the second floor so you could hear kids running around on the floor above us and then our floor you could hear everything out in the hallways. Not really the hotels fault per say. Complimentary breakfast was standard

We booked our stay after speaking with the front desk staff to confirm late checkout would be available until 1pm, needed for an event in the area. Upon arrival, we were only offered a late checkout of noon for an extra $25 fee. After a complaint, they were able to extend it to 12:30, but still frustrated by the rush this put us in. Overall, room was quiet and clean. The outlet in our room was falling out of the wall, but otherwise no major faults. Breakfast was standard offerings.

The hotel seemed older, but I feel that the price took that into consideration. Room was very clean. New bed and bath linens. Comfortable bed. Great mini fridge. Wonderful staff. Average breakfast offerings. Extremely convenient location. All-in-all a terrific stay.

The room was pretty clean but showing some wear. The light over the vanity was only 1/3 working and there were no places to hang towels. We tried to use the ironing board but the cover was dirty and kept falling off. Breakfast was just okay.

We were given room 206. This particular room has the elevator right next to it on one side, and the stair coming from the 3rd floor on another. More about the elevator, you know how in most hotel rooms, the bathroom is located right by the door to the room? Well in this room, the elevator shaft is located in that spot. You literally have the elevator in your room. With that said, the bathroom is on the window side, under the landing of the top floor stairs. You can forget it if you want to go to sleep early or sleep in late. The hotel is in passable condition. Clean but beat up. I expected more from the Comfort Inn brand. In the end, I was charged near $200 when this was a $80-$100 max location.

We checked in late and got all settled in our room to find out the lock on our room didn’t work and the fridge didn’t work. I let the desk person know the bolt lock didn’t work and was told it was because it’s a heavy door… not offered another room with a working lock.

Room was decent. Bed was acceptible. But towels in the bath were not as thick as the toilet paper....old, thin and disgusting. Was in a HC accessible room and shower curtain was not hung correctly, water spilled all over floor and was a major hazzard. all towels used to clean it up and barely did. I chose b/c of rating over La Quinta next door....completely regret it. Not worth money or rating.

We had to switch rooms at 9:20pm after an 8 hour drive with two kids under 10 because the AC wasn’t working. Then the new rooms AC made enough noise at odd intervals that it kept me up until 1am before a 6am wake up and 12 hours drive… no “comfort” to be found here except the speed at which they changed our rooms.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds. We had a very nice stay. Continental breakfast was just fine. Could have used more fruit options, they only had bananas. We didn't have shampoo in the room, the dispenser was out, but they did give us a couple of single use bottles. We have the queen suite and we're very happy with the two queen beds and then the side room. It was perfect for our group. The refrigerator and microwave worked just fine.

It’s in a safe area and the staff is very helpful. There are a couple of restaurants in the area as well as a few fast food options very close by. The hoteI breakfast included hot items and was delicious. A microwave and refrigerator were in our room. I would definitely stay here again!
