The beach was very dirty with natural debris from the ocean and trash. We stayed at the resort pool which was very nice. The rooms are modest but clean. The food was good and the staff was so friendly.

Great spot in Kamala. A much more peaceful spot than Patong. The hotel is amazing, it's location has to be the best in Kamala., sitting right on the shore. It's clean, and the staff are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely try to mar your stay extra special. There are more pricey hotels nearby that are probably more modernz, but their location has nothing on Sunprime. Also no screaming kids due to it being adults only. We met a couple who have been coming for 15 years every year. We will be back. Special mention for Lee in the pool bar and one of the guys in the breakfast room who's name unfortunately eludes me, but he was great. They also gave us an upgraded room and a bottle of champagne on arrival after discovering it was our honeymoon through prior conversation.

Perfect resort for a bit of quiet. Right by the beach, but the resort was just as beautiful. Staff are exceptional and friendly, always more than willing to help and accomodate. Loved every minute here.

Enjoyed the stay with lovely staff and relaxing surroundings. The staff is super friendly and made our stay delightful. The only reason we cannot give a full score review is that our room was very humid, and had a funny smell to it. On our last day we found mold on our belongings, and all of our things, clothes, suitcases and bags will have to be cleaned thoroughly after our stay. I recommend staying there, but make sure that the room is not in the poor state we had.

Sun Prime Kamala Beach hotel is extremely spread out, and one has to walk 10-15 mins from the hotel lobby to the beach. Unless you can reserve a room next to the beachfront, it is not worth staying at this hotel. Not all hotel guests are treated equally by service staff, whether at front office reception or at the breakfast area. Differential treatment provided by service staff for Western vs Non Western customers, even though we are all paying guests at this hotel. If you are Non White, local Thai or Asian, you may want to think twice before booking to stay at Sun Prime Kamala Beach. Buffet breakfast is fairly standard. Guest rooms are dated and infested with ants. Bed mattresses need to be replaced as they sink in the middle. There are many other better hotels to choose from in Phuket!

The Staff here are wonderful, all very friendly and most go out of their way to help you. Jinny on the front desk was fabulous. I had an issue with my room and she sorted it straight away. I would have liked to have heard more relaxing music by the pool though. Pool and Dinner menu was very average. Served to you in cardboard boxes. Should be more Thai choices.

Best beachfront resort in Kamala Beach and adults only. Well maintained, clean, tidy with comfortable rooms and very well priced! The staff and the service is 5 star quality, along with being welcoming and friendly. My second stay here, room #4101, for 16 nights, June 2024. I love it here. It’s peaceful and relaxing and I’ll keep coming back!

The hotel, the pools, restaurant and other facilities were all great. Unfortunately the beach is very dirty. Although the girl cleaned the beach every morning, there was an abundance of trash all over the beach.

I had a seven night stay arriving a day before my husband Checkin easy and was shown to our room to discover shower over the bath which was not suitable with knee inquiry so asked to change room No problem at all Spent one night by myself and as room had floor above could hear guests walking and furniture being moved during night Asked to change room again to floor above and no problem at all So now in top floor and just great Notice telly was not new so could not get Netflix etc on so asked if anything could be done and sure enough they changed with brand new tv Amazing the hotel did not make me feel I was being annoying just wanted me to be comfortable I highly recommend this place

This property is amazing! Perfect getaway and relaxation. It was so beautiful right throughout this property. We loved the restaurant by the sea and loved the pool facilities. Days well spent relaxing by the pool in beautiful grounds made us feel like we were on holiday. The staff are incredible and are so lovely and welcoming. We will be back and can’t wait to stay there on our next trip to Thailand! Highly recommend!

Sunprime was great, it was everything I expected and hoped for; the pools were fantastic, staff lovely, property well maintained and the beach was literally right out the front. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if come back to Phuket.

Kind hard working staff. Loads of little extras in rooms that were very welcome, including a dressing gown and huge fridge. Right next to the beach. Allocated smoking areas, otherwise no smoking throughout hotel inside and out...very welcome, hate the smell of cigarettes.

great location on the beach and close to town and local restaurants and bars. Staff eere great esp J inny at the front desk. Enjoyed the different pools. Sunprime is an adults only so quiet. Glad they had entertainment some nights but wish not the same 3 people with the same songs every time. Not sure if it was soemthing we atr at dinner at the hotel or a flu type bug but unfortunateky were sick for almos tthe while time and I am still as I write this 8 days later. So sadly did not get to enjoy as we would have.

Kamala Beach is a great place to be, not super busy but busy enough. Resort pool areas were gorgeous and comfortable. We had an 'upgraded room" - a junior suite - which was large but furthest from the beach and pool. In hindsight, would have booked a poolview room for a more convenient location.

This is a very nice resort. It's a bit of a ride to/from the airport, but we appreciated how quiet it was while still having plenty to offer. We drove into Patong a few times and came back glad that we had stayed here each time. The restaurants were excellent, pool service was nice and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Having a doctor and a mini-mart on site was a plus as well.

The property is in a superb position on the beech . There are many pools with no hassle in finding sun loungers . Staff are very pleasant. Only small disappointment was that the restaurant food could have been a little better as lots of oil on many dishes .

Highly recommend this property! Customer service, staff, and cleanliness is all excellent. Walking distance to the beach, there’s a street nearby with local shops, along the beach you’ll also find vendors and restaurants/bar.

This was a last minute booking because our previous hotel was terrible. So we didn't really research the hotel before booking. It wasn't the type of place that we would normally book as it is a very big hotel. But it was great, right on the beach, with a wonderful breakfast, great staff and great facilities. We had a junior suite as it was the only type of room available. It was massive with very comfortable bed, excellent shower and a big fridge. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Sunprime is always a great place to stay. This is my wife's favorite place, and she stays here every time she visits Kamala Beach. The staff are friendly and always remember her. The location is great, the food is great. you cannot ask for much more
