Absolutely amazing hotel and location - will be back!

The laundry was 6000 baht for a regular size load. The taxis are way overpriced. Restaurants close early, and it is a long walk on an unsafe road to town beaches are covered in trash.

The stay was good. Highly recommended!

Place with a great view of the sea and sunset. Really good breakfast buffet spread. Quiet location, but walkable to Kamala beach.
5.0
The pool and café next to the sea is a very good idea. The welcoming was wonderfull and the staff, friendly and professional. The suggestions for tours and visits made my stay exceptional.

Perfect property in quiet area recommend for holiday

Excellent all rounder hotel along kamala sea coast. Sitted uphill, excellent view no matter which class of rooms you are in. Beautiful poolside and skybar. Rather short walk to kamala beach (be prepared for an uphill trek returning to hotel) or hotel transit is available to/from the beach. However the timing of transit could be further improved.
Outbound 9am 10am 12pm
Inbound 1.30pm 2.30pm 4pm

Best hotel in Kamala Beach area with splendid seaview and comfortable environment to stay at! Strongly recommend if you are considering any of those accommodations in the area, the staff service is very nice and the front desk staff are friendly and served with professionalism.

Everything about the property was exactly as described. The property is gorgeous, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is not walkable for seniors or families with small children, since there are no sidewalks and the heat is extreme. However, acquiring a Grab driver was easy to do and affordable.

Loved the sunset views!

The restaurant and the rooftop bar

Perfect ocean view and pretty guest room.

Facilities are turning old, staff’s training is not as good other chains resorts. Villa is spacious and clean but certainly there is room to improve

Super nice view, excellent service

The views were incredible. Friendly staff. Extremely clean room

This place would get 5 stars if the people were a bit more friendly and attentive. As a behavioural science geek I know that the check in experience is very important to your overall perception. It just felt a bit lack lustre and bland. It’s a lot of money to stay here so they should really look to impress that
4.0
Room is spacious and has beautify view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The view of the sunset from the pool was breathtaking. It is walking distance to nearby restaurants. The area is nice and quiet.

Disappointed in my stay. You get no attention at the pool- rooms are dated and the bathrooms need a lot of help.

Room and view were beautiful.
2.0
Incredible view on the sea, great room amenities and two big pools.
Unfortunately the staff is not the nicest, mostly the lady at the beach bar was really rude.

Some amenities were working upon arrival. some television channels won’t working but it was fixed immediately. Unfortunately, various items weren’t working such as the usb charging plus next to the bed, and JBL alarm clock. Also, when the room was cleaned, most of the towels were replaced just simply folded and placed on the table.
Staff was dry when intersecting with me. Although the valet were extremely nice and pleasant. Room service is extremely slow.

We loved our stay here. Very peaceful. Great breakfast buffet and dining menu, short walk to Kamala beach which has nice chairs and umbrellas and also enjoyed their tours. If we return to Phuket would definitely stay again

The property is beautiful and the view is outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a great hotel, lots of positives like fantastic sea view from the Deluxe rooms, exceptional breakfast with lots of variety, nice pools, 15 min walk to the beach, friendly staff who accommodated early check-in due to flight arriving early morning. Only negative, walking back up the steep hill after an evening out, it would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle service to the beach and back.
2.0
It would be better if improve cleaning and replace old bed clothes, towels and kids bed.
As for kitchen, it should be more attractive for kids. There is no porridges, clear soups . It is always a challenge to feed kids.

This hotel is the most amazing place I’ve ever been. If you are ever in Pucket, Thailand you have to go there. I was there for 3 days in March 2024
1.5
Really terrible WiFi. Took me 20 mins to log in to an account. Video and calls totally out of the question. Amazingly bad.
Overall a nice view. But nothing special about the service here.
Rooms are noisy as they have a really bad furniture set up where people drag chairs above you.
Also saw a giant slider in one of the hallways… zzzz

We absolutely loved the resort- the pool was the perfect temperature - room very clean with a beautiful view of the sunset. All the food was very very good- eat daily at the breakfast buffet(included in our room rate) as well as the pool side cafe. Spent one evening at the hotel restaurant Isole and enjoyed it very much. Loved how easy it was to walk to the seaside town for restaurants and shopping. Only negative comment would be the service at the pool restaurant was a little lacking- we had a few lunches they forgot about us. This was our last stop in our journey thru Thailand and I would highly recommend it!

This hotel seats on a hill and it is about 5 min cab ride to Kamala Bay, they offer shuttle service from the hotel to the beach but you have to reserve the time. Walking from the hotel to the bay is not far, but it is not that safe as there is not really sidewalks. The view from the pool, restaurants and some rooms are incredible. Food is good but pricey compared to regular food in Thailand. But prices are similar as USA restaurants. My room was clean and had a bathtub on the balcony overlooking the bay. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and this hotel was great with good A/C. We got the breakfast added but we really only used it twice. The rest of the days (4) we had to leave early for excursions to Phi Phi islands and the pick up time for that is 4:40 am or so. We were gone the whole day. When we came back we had dinner at the hotel and really yummy food and cocktails. All was very good. The staff were nice for room service, concierge but kind of busy at the reception area. The pool has an infinity hot tub and a pool surrounded by chairs and chaise lounges. There is a roof top terrace and bar for an evening drink. If you go up there I recommend to dress up a little.

A wonderful hotel. Staff are really friendly which made it much easier as it was my 1st time to Thailand and i was travelling by myself and a little apprehensive.
The food was amazing and price wise it actually was very good (obviously not as cheap as some of the local restaurants but not too far off). Its only a 10 min walk into the town of Kamala where all the local restaurants and bars are. Quiet town, but lovely.
Rooftop bar vibes were great and sunset views amazing. They had some live singers whilst i was there and they were really good
The only negative comment from me, is i was in Building 1 on 2nd floor which is lower down the hill and closer to the road. I heard traffic inc mopeds all evening so did struggle to get to sleep initially. Otherwise a fantastic place and i will definitely return again. Thank you Cape Sienna staff :-)

We loved our stay at Cape Sienna! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone put great effort into making sure we were happy and well taken care of.
We would definately recommend to anyone heading to Phuket, and if we ever get the chance to go again, we would absolutely stay here again.

In general, a beautiful, elegant resort og an beautiful location. Good breakfast, ok food at the resorts’ restaurants.
Drawbacks: On a hill near the “wrong” side of the Kamala beach. The beach is quite shabby and smelly at the south side, and improves gradually as one walks toward the north. The most fancy club and restaurant are at the extreme north.
Our room (studio) was on the lowest row of the building, closest to the relatively noisy road and with café building partly obstructing the sea view.
3.0
My husband and I loved the room and the pool area. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t like us or want to deal with us. Our phone in the room didn’t work and the volume on the tv didn’t work which stunk cause we were there for 2 weeks. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was clean. The food was not that good. I would give the food 5 out of 10. And be aware the laundry there is super expensive. We paid $265 USD just for laundry that was done 4 times.

Good hotel for its price range. Some parts a little”tired”. The staff were friendly but could have been more proactive. The Sienna Rocks Cafe was excellent with very good staff and the best part of the hotel. The location is excellent as is the view. The breakfast was good and range of restaurant food/choices good. Kamala Beach is a great location.

Rooms overall was clean and nice. Nice view of sea. However breakfast food was limited

Gourmet my buttocks. Your breakfast buffet is nothing special at all 💩
