It was a wonderful experience. I was attending the Mass Farm bureau conference. Staff were amazing, room was great, food was great and easy to navigate

This was a 50 year reunion trip for five girlfriends that met as Freshman at UMass in 1974. We had a great time reminiscing and touring the campus and stayed overnight in the hotel which got us all rooms on the same floor. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Tired property with poor facilities. Staff and especially housekeeping were friendly, but the hotel does not offer the level of service or facilities expected for the price. It is convenient if you are visiting the University but lacks basic facilities.

We enjoyed staying here while visiting our daughter. I were hoping to have dinner at restaurant above Worcester Commons, but we were given wrong information about it being open or not. The hotel was great and we will stay again.

Great to be on property when visiting our daughter. Bathroom cleanliness was not sufficient. There was mold in shower and did not appear to be as clean as could be.

Easy on campus access!

If you plan to use hotel parking, use 41 Campus Center Way in your GPS. This is the address for the garage, park on level 2 or higher. Level 2 has direct access to entering the building and plenty of handicap spaces. Take elevator to Level 3, where the hotel’s front desk is located. The location and amenities are excellent if you’re visiting on UMass business but they do charge luxury prices for average, dated rooms. No USB outlets at all in the rooms so remember to bring your blocks and cables. Wishing you happy and safe travels!

I found pet hair all over my pillow. I think that tells me it wasn't changed before I entered the room. Otherwise everything was fine. Waze sent me to the back of the building not the garage.

Very convenient to my family in Hadley, MA.
Felt very comfortable with easy in and out of garage and nice area to walk around in our downtime.
We do not have a student at UMASS but if we did it would be a great option!

Smelled like smoke and overall musty. We expected it to be better than it was.

The hotel itself was nice. My issue is that due to a health emergency, I had to check out a day early. I was out before the check-in time. The hotel and Expedia both denied my request for a refund.
