The bed was comfortable. Fruit and coffee available in the lobby 24 hrs. Location was not too far from UMASS campus. Sandra, manager on duty, tried her best to accommodate us with our concerns in regard to our room. Thank you Sandra.
The dust ruffles around the mattresses of the bed were filthy. Food stains. Looked like they had never been laundered. We had them removed from our beds. The toilet seat was broken (broken screw) and I slid off the toilet seat, almost falling to the bathroom floor. The metal tissue box attached to the bathroom wall was completely covered in rust! Water in the sink was backed up, took a long time to go down. There was no magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. Room faced the parking lot.The room is greatly in need of updates!

Location to my daughters school
The room smelled horribly. It was not clean.

Comfortable clean bed with good temperature controll. Convenient location, friendly staff.
Needs a major overhaul of decor. Lots of stained ceiling panels, wallpaper separating from walls, water damage. Pungent bleach smell (could be worse). The breakfast was 3/10.

Front desk staff and a roof over my head
I was afraid to walk on the carpet bare footed, The bathroom sink gurgled, very old looking wall paper falling off the walls,
The young man that was stocking the breakfast bar came in from throwing the trash out and went and was placing bread in the display case with the same gloves on I watched him it really needs to be re done Was going to stay a few more days
went across the street to the Comfort Inn WHAT A DIFFERENCE very very clean much better breakfast AND so much cheaper

Staff person when I checked in was very welcoming and personable.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The parking lot needs to be repaved and the outside could use a paint job.
The toilet was not the strongest flush

Not much, this property is in need of an upgrade. The carpet and the bed and also the small fridge were fine. Otherwise the bathroom was atrocious. The toilet was new that’s about it . The bathroom fan didn’t work , the hair dryer didn’t work. The sink was so bad that there was rust from the the enamel being worn away and the attempted painting of the tub might have looked OK at 1st but peeling and the soap trays were broken. The shower head was filled with I’m not sure what but in desperate need of cleaning. I was conscious of putting the air to 72 or higher when I left.
I’m not a swimmer but in the middle of the summer to have the pool cover on . It just didn’t look good. It’s like a ghetto landlord that is only interested in the bottom line $$$$ . Also when I called to make arrangements I was told I had to book it online. Instead of paying $100 or so per night it cost me $229 not including taxes. If the place was nice I might have shrugged it off but with all the unpleasant circumstances I really feel I have been taken advantage of when others I talked with said they called and no problem over the phone. Was it because the front desks person was busy or just dint care Om not sure. How would you feel if this was your experience.

Bedding was clean.
Probably is very run down. The building is on desperate need of an external remodel and bathroom remodel. On day to of our stay the front desk issued someone a key for my room. So some lady opened it door. Gym that memento on we took most of our belongings with us when we left the room. My key stopped working. When i asked for them to reset it, they did so without vexing my ID or name. Not a good or safe feeling experience.

Jasmin was the best ever. She went out of her way multiple times to ensure our comfort in the hotel and was truly very polite and thoughtful and made our stay considerably better. She deserves a raise.
We were expecting an operating pool.

The front office made a clerical mistake and they fixed it. It was an innocent mistake and they fixed it beyond expectations.
