This is a very nice hotel, however, it is the loudest hotel I’ve ever been to. There is no carpet and the walls are paper thin - I could hear word-for-word conversations from my neighbors. Tourists tend to wake up early, so expect to be woken up at 6am by people around you showering, packing, talking, etc. Then cleaning services start at 8am so expect doors slamming and furniture dragging all around you. This lasts all day long. I don’t care how nice a place is - if I can’t sleep in a hotel that costs me $2100, it is not a good hotel.
I did bring this up with the front desk and they offered to move me, but I don’t think that could have helped considering the noise was inside (not street noise at all). Perhaps this is only an issue in the “upgraded” rooms on the 2nd floor.
They also said they would call my neighbors to tell them to keep it down, but I felt that was unfair. No one was partying, listening to music, or yelling. They were just talking and living their lives. In my experience, the place is very quiet from 1am-6am.
I was too tired by the time I checked out to haggle for compensation, but I wish I had. I booked an upscale hotel at the end of a month long trip hoping it would help me relax, sleep, and get ready for my long journey home. I could have spent half that on an airbnb and had a better result.
All that said, the view from the roof is breathtaking and the staff is very kind.

For the amount paid per night. Breakfast with table service would have been better. Self service breakfast was not the best.
Mortadella was old and had a strange taste. Eggs were excellent

The hotel was beautiful, clean, close to restaurants and the market, lots of shopping, and I felt very safe when we were walking around the area.

Amazing hotel with warmth throughout the hallways. Gave an older and upscale feel. We had a huge corner suite on the 10th floor. Comfortable living room to relax in with an amazing view.
We would stay there again!

Location of the facility was very good. The breakfast staff was outstanding. On the whole, the staff was extremely good. The restaurant was mediocre — food abysmal (only ate their once).

It was very average and the rooms needed updating. Not worth the steep cost.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, quiet air con, breakfast terrace (11th floor) with great views & good selection including self-make waffles! Nice solarium on 10th floor with jacuzzi & sauna. Lobby & bar good too. Restaurant was small for the size of hotel & with only 1 person taking orders, service was slow. Underground parking about 100 metres away was €30 per 24 hours, but staff helpful - brought car back to hotel for a small payment 🙂

We are not fans of Naples in general. It’s a very scary, run-down city, but this hotel was nice and modern and we felt safe inside. Our room was modern and had an extra bed in it since we booked with our 6 year old. We only stayed for one night on our way to Capri, but it was walking distance to the ferry and good pizza at Brandi.

Overall good hotel for short stay, business trips. centrally located. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great service by staff. Cleanliness was decent, rooms are a bit outdated.

Accepting Naples for its frenzied chaos (which we do) you can't ask for a more centrally located hotel. Simply do not expect to find a "pool" on the 10th floor, the hotel has a "solarium," which in American English translates to "a place to tan." Jacuzzi, yes, pool no. Incredible views of the volcano and the castle and a stone's throw from the main drag, "Via Toledo." Love this place and the folks who work there. Make sure you end your night on either the 10th or 11th floors, the 10th being the place to have snacks and drinks, the 11th the place to dine. Will come back again.

This hotel is lovely. If you want to stay somewhere in Naples that is easy and fuss free, stay here. The location is a 5 minute walk to the Spanish quarter and Via Toledo. It’s a safe and convenient location. The rooftop is absolutely lovely to come home to, with the refreshing tubs and bar. My only complaint is our room did not get serviced, however we were only there for two nights and I did not ask for it so it’s possible you might need to ask. It’s air conditioned (somewhat necessary for August in Italy as an American!), clean, and hospitable. We looked forward to coming back here after the end of hot days walking around and that’s what matters most.

This hotel is very expensive and has a horrible service, First you have to pay to use the Wifi of the hotel it is not like all the hotels that give you the Wifi they charge you 9 euros!!! The front desk employees are people who don't know anything about what you ask besides their bad attitude!! I had been traveling 20 days in the south of Italy and this was the worst and most expensive hotel that I stayed in the city of Napolis! I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Good area, convenient and clean. Small rooms, overpriced and old. There is no ramp from the street to the main lobby, carried x2 23kg up the stairs. There are no signs telling you which direction leads to which room number, ended up walking down the incorrect corridor. Went back to have a look if I had missed the sign, looked everywhere, nothing.

Nice rooftop view. Friendly and very helpful hotel staff. Great location. Room was clean and comfortable, although decor feels dated, and could be a little loud at night from the road.

Great stay! Breakfast with a nice roof top view was excellent! I took tours with hotels pick up, so I saw many hotels in Naples during pick and drop off. But I think this hotel was one of the nicest ones with best location for shopping and restaurants. NH hotel nearby looked nice in front but it is located in front of the large street with no door man. The hotel staff was so kind! The doorman welcomes you back with nice smiles every time.

Perfectly located, beautiful view at the top. Very good service

The hotel was really nice. Service was very good as well. Breakfast food had a good selection and was tasty. Our view from corner room was awesome. We had a view of the castle and the sea. Only thing we didn’t like was that the beds were too hard for our liking. Needed to be softer.

Work needed on Customer sevice. If check-in is at 3pm make sure you meet the Guests expectations, and if not apologise!
