Very Very overpriced for what it is.
Basic room and poor amenities. Housekeeping left room window open so the room was freezing when we came back to the room. There weren’t any tea bags in the room. Front desk staff were not friendly at all.

This hotel is not near the city center, but is right off a train line. Perfect for a quiet vacation and still seeing sights. It clean, has friendly staff and affordable. The only issue we had was communication. We told them we had booked to separate reservations when we arrived because we had decided to stay one night longer than our accompanying family, they waited until 7pm of the night we had made the reservation to let us know we had not booked the correct date for our additional date and that they had no rooms for the next day. I was to say the least very frustrated. Yes, it was my fault. But had someone notified me of my situation on the day we arrived 6 days earlier I could of rebooked, found another hotel, or at the very least not panicked at 7pm about where I was going to be staying for the next 24 hours. The terrible communication and lack of customer support left me with anxiety and frustration. After hours of back and forth and me finally not finding any other rooms in Dublin, apparently there was a concert happening. The hotel agreed to “let” me stay at an additional cost of over twice what I paid originally. With no other options available I paid it. Note to self, check your dates or you wind up paying over $700.00 a night for a room that is not really worth more than $200.00. It’s a tough lesson.

The staff make this hotel - all professional, yet friendly and super-helpful.

Good location but basic hotel. For example there was a bottle of opened water in the room, paint was gone from bottom of bath, lamp not working, screw holes in wall etc

The carpeting was filthy and there was no soap and the shower. Went to call down for the front desk for soap and the phone was broken. It was hot in the room and wouldn’t cool off, so we had to open the window and there was a huge construction project just outside our window. Room service was subpar at best. There has to be many better options in Dublin.

Very nice silent location next to the tram, nice helpful staff and service, good bar and restaurant. Marvellous bed and linen, have never slept better in a hotel.

This hotel is very close to public transportation, has a great restaurant in house, is clean and has a great front desk staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was ideally located and the restaurant and lobby area were lovely and well furnished. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom however, was quite dated for a more upmarket hotel. The bath was peeling and the shower had little pressure. It barely reached over the taps and wasn’t easy to adjust. The shower curtain also appeared very old.

Nice hotel, but a little away from the city center. However, the public TRAM is next to the hotel. We did not rent a car and that was not an issue. In fact, being far from center, the nearby pubs were excellent.

Arrived at 630 due to early flight, desk clerk not only stored our luggage but made us fresh coffee. A great cup of french press coffee

Easy to get to Trinity College, Temple Bar and the National Museums. Quiet, clean neighborhood with a bike path, walking path along the canal.

Fantastic weekend stay. Executive Rooms are lovely. No executive lounge though.

The temperature control in the room did not work. My room was around 78° f. Hilton did provide a fan for me.

Only downside of the trip were the check-in staff being very unclear. Also the housekeeping staff were very loud which prevented a decent lie-in

The room was clean but the beds were very hard and lots of street noise at the front, not enough room power outlets and halls smelled smoky

This was a nice property and the staff was kind and hardworking. I appreciated their attention to hospitality. While the hotel itself was attractive, it was loud with doors slamming and kids running around until close to midnight. This made it difficult to sleep. The hotel staff managed the situation well and it was less noisy after they attended to the matter, but it was definitely not a relaxing stay.

We stayed in Room 117 and all the fabrics had a strong stench of tobacco. The shower was completely clogged and you could see the hairs that were caught in the trap. This led to a mini waterfall when anyone showered. We were so excited for the Taylor Swift concert that we let it go at the time. Even the pillows smelt of smoke.

The neighborhood has lots of good restaurants and interesting places to visit. I had trouble finding the hotel but the place was just what I wanted.

The hotel was clean however dated and the breakfast was overpriced for little breakfast choices that they had.
Bar service was good, and front staff was really nice and welcoming.

Everything was excellent, bar staff was fantastic, especially as we came across a strange weird woman who was rude and was abit drunk bar staff and manager apologised for this ladies actions and made the night memorable to say the least. So thank you bar manager and staff. Good luck to the crazy drunk lady

Hotel overall one of the best Hilton I’ve stayed in.
Negative of connecting room, hearing noise next door.. make sure to ask for a non connecting

I was told I had been upgraded. It was a really nice room. I think the addition which made it an upgrade was that the room had a sofa in it and a desk and chair, rather than just a bed, unfortunately it overlooked a building site/works which was not a pleasant view.

We were greeted by Josephine who was super friendly and helpful. Our room had been upgraded from superior to executive which was lovely. We easily found the car park (€20 payable) and had lunch in the hotel restaurant while waiting for our room (we were early). The room is lovely and getting robes and slippers is great. The only thing I’d criticise are the t-bags!!! They are awful. Hilton - change your brand. Also as always in hotels there’s not enough tea/coffee making products but we found a lovely maid who gave us lots of extras.

Decided on the morning to make a last minute booking for an anniversary. Arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to the room and when I got to the room there was two single beds and not a Queen double which was booked and paid for. Went back to reception and explained and was told that somebody would come to the room and zip the beds together. We then went to an event for the evening. When we arrived back to the hotel at 12.30am the beds were the same as we had left them. I rang reception and they offered to come to the room to zip the together, I said no as my wife had already gone to the bathroom to remove her makeup. I reported it to reception the next morning and was told that they had offered to zip the beds together at 12.30am and there was nothing they could do. I feel that the inconvenience and the fact that I didn't want somebody in my room at 12.30am was not taken into consideration. I was disappointed by the way I was treated at reception the next morning. I did not argue with the receptionist but smiled and walked away and know that I will never stay in this hotel again. I often passed it while driving along the canal and wondered what it was like. I now know. A pity about the staff.

It was perfect. We checked in early and our room was very comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant two mornings and dinner in the bar one night. Food was a good value. Service was terrific. We will recommend this hotel to other.

Absolutely everyone was friendly and helpful. One of my most favorite things was they had an espresso coffee machine as you got off the elevator. You could have coffee tea 24 seven. I loved that! It was convenient to walk anywhere. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was nice. We upgraded to have a "canal view", but our friends had a courtyard view and that was actually nicer.

Some of the appliances of the bathroom were broken, some tiles were out of their place, a lot of dust in the room

Lovely hotel in a decent location. Tram stop directly outside. We opted to walk to temple bar 15-20mins & the store house 30-40mins but would imagine the tram is a great alternative. Quite a few decent pubs/restaurants within walking distance from the hotel that are worth visiting (you don’t pay temple bar prices)
