Although I have stayed at this Hotel on many occasions, this was the most disappointing check in, I have had. I booked this room on September 3rd and requested 1st floor room. When I arrived at the Hotel which was 5pm, 2 hours after check in time, began. When I arrived at the hotel the clerk was unaware if any of the 1st floor rooms had been cleaned for the day. After checking she was not able to get me a room on the 1st floor and the best she could do was the 3rd floor. I like this hotel, but, I didn't like this check in....

The room smelled like cigarette smoke (there was a cigarette burn on the desk chair). No hot water in the shower. The condition of the room and furniture was very poor. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we could not fall asleep due to the conditions of the room. One of the worst hotel experiences.

The room appeared to be clean but in the middle of the night. I had an itching feeling and when I went and looked I had bit marks on my legs and my friend who was with me had them on his back and shoulders and we saw an actual bug in the bed. Not sure if it was a bed bug but I would say to be very cautious.

The hotel appeared clean and staff were friendly; however, there was a shocking number of bugs we found through our stay. Not bedbugs but many little beetles and two cockroaches. It wasn’t dirty but they were there.

Don’t stay here! The first room had boogers on the sheets, got a room change no problem. Got a second room where the carpet was wet, we thought maybe they had just cleaned. We quickly got ready and went to a concert. Came back, the refrigerator was leaking, then we found spoiled shrimp in the microwave. We checked out at midnight and went home being advised to call Heather, the manager in the morning. Called heather, she said we were still checked in, which we were not. Then she tried to blame us for the messy room. I never file complaints, she would not give us a full refund because we had pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs and cleanliness, we used the trash can and the soap. DON’T GO HERE! You will be really disappointed as we were. I just want them to be ethical in resolving the issue

It was alright. I didn't see any bed bugs so that's a plus. The pop in the machine was a year out of date and the room smelled a bit like mildew but it was the Jacuzzi room so I guess that would explain it. Jacuzzi was clean and nice.

Room was clean. Convenient for location needed. Should be better at estimating number of guests for breakfast the next morning. Did not have enough food and although breakfast still had another 45 minutes no additional food was brought out. At least 10 people came after me with nothing left.

Restroom was disgusting. Strong Oder of urine . The smell was overwhelming. When I told a manager at front desk she said someone will take care of it but nothing was done. I am not so happy about that.

The elevator was out the entire time of our stay. When we arrived on Thursday, we were told that the elevator would be repaired on Friday. I had knee surgery and was told the receptionist about my injury and my limitation. On Friday evening we were told that the elevator was going to be out all weekend. They did not offer any other accommodations. I tried to get reservations at several other Hotels but the prices were $200 to $300 a night. We had to walk up to the third floor every time we went out. My feet had swollen up to the point I wasn't leaving the room. I had to keep them elevated. On Friday, we received a call from the front desk explaining that the previous guest had toilet issues and we needed to let the maintenance person in, I told her yeah there is something wrong. The carpet had red stains and ripped, the curtains had food on them, and I have never seen air fresheners in a hotel room. This was due to the toilet issue. I didn't have time to take any pictures.

Elevator is down so to the stairs you go. The front desk agent was very interesting…. The toilet was dirty. But the linen and everything else seemed really clean and sanitized I guess they just missed the toilet.
