I enjoyed the stay, the only thing that bothered me was that there was a $5 parking fee??? I have stayed at numerous hotels in the area, i have never seen a parking fee charged for guests. I could understand downtown in a city, not Warren/Sterling Heights.

When you go into the hallway, smells like Someone smoking weeds. Even in the room. It’s a non-smoking room, but it smells like someone smoke weed in there, very old furniture, and need to upgrade.

Friendly staff greeted me with the key to my affordable room with a kitchenette and a large desk. There was a clean gym area, with a tidy convenience store. I'd happily stay here again.

We booked for 4 nights and had to extend another night. Booked without issues. Location was perfect for my husband's business. Our room was just the right size and had the essentials that we needed for our stay. Room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet. Ample parking. Service with the front desk people( Heather, Selena and Cody or Cole) were excellent. We had a wonderful stay. Would Highly recommend and would come back to stay.

The towels and bathroom kinda smelled.When we informed frontdesk and they said their policy is to return the existing set first, then get a replacement. Asked for housekeeping to take care of the smell. Nobody showed up! Aside from that, it was good. Convenient location, parking was easy, room was spacious and had e kitchennette.

From start to finish our stay was incredible. SAMANTHA is amazing and went above and beyond starting at check-in for us!! Any issue or question we had was answered/taken care of quickly and kindly. The suites are spacious and clean with wonderful amenities. For what we got (heck, the pleasant experience alone), this hotel is worth way more than we paid. This will definitely be our top choice anytime we stay near the area from now on. It’s like a little hidden gem of metro Detroit.

This is a nice location and a well renovated older facility. There is no breakfast at all. The rooms are good size and the kitchens were well equipped. The one big complaint is the bedding. The sheets and pillows were older and showed yellowing. The mattress was old, lumpy and uncomfortable. I slept at a friends home the last day!

If you want a walkable area this probably isn’t the hotel for you. If you have a car and wanting a nicer affordable spot in a safe and quiet area with parking I would highly recommend! Nice staff and convenient amenities inside.

It was lovely. We're a family of 3, and our toddler got to go down in his pack n play while we got to hang out in the living with our friend we were visiting. Full fridge and freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was lovely for entertaining!

Outstanding stay from arrival to departure! I've stayed in 5 star hotels that has less room accommodating pieces than this one. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes to make for an easy prep of food or reheat from take out. Full size fridge with ice maker. Even an ensuite dishwasher. The bathroom has nice deep sinks. I hate shallow sink and when the faucet doesn't stick out far enough - your hands always hit the back of the sink. Bed was very comfortable. The desk area was great. Gets you out of bed when needing to work on the laptop. Room smelled nice upon arrival and kept that same scent throughout the stay. If ever I need to be in a 30 minute radius of this hotel. I will stay here over other brands.
