Came in for business. Front desk person was nice. The room was not comfortable to sit in and the bed was extremely firm. You could hear every outside noise and the person in the next room using their electric tooth brush. On the website it said the Hotel offers limited room service but when I called for coffee even that was not available. The location is great and that is the only thing this place has to offer..

We enjoyed our stay. The only things I did not like was the parking. Both my husband and I are disabled, so it was hard on us. We also did not know there was construction going on until we got there which was a little discouraging. This was the first hotel that we stayed in that did not have a microwave. We could not heat our food. The refrigerator was not working.

The hotel is under construction so water is not guaranteed and property is very dated Parking is not attached to hotel. Hotel is great tat it’s in the heart of everything I’m sure it will be great after construction

I wish that they would tell us they were under construction when booking. The water going off and on during the specific time people are trying to get dressed really makes things hard. Also, the cabinets and hardware were very worn. The tv stand had clearly been chipped and needed repaired. The doors do not shut properly. Also the bath tub has rust stains in it. In addition, the toilet runs if you don’t jiggle the handle each time you flush.

My stay was for a mini-vacation with my grandchildren. Loved the location because it put our plans within walking distance. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The only negative I can say is about the parking. Didn't like taking little kids through several homeless people to get to the parking garage. Although these people had no interaction with us, it still made me very wary on the walk.

The elevator was broken going up to my floor. No one told me when checking in so it was really frustrating when it would not let me off on my floor. The beds are very uncomfortable. The floor would have been better. However, it was very clean and everyone was very nice.

Walkable to many restaurants, riverfront, aquarium. Very roomy rooms. Pool, fitness center, Starbucks and bar area are nice conveniences. Uncomfortable sleeper sofa is the only negative.

Everything was great Except there were no USB ports in the room. Some of the furniture has seen better days but that did not affect our stay at all. Breakfast food in the Bistro very pricey. Overall a good experience & staff were all exceptional. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

The team at the front desk is amazing! I had some car trouble the day I was to check out. They went above and beyond to help me with solutions. They were not only friendly and genuinely helpful but also stuck with me until roadside assistance showed up. I would stay here again for sure! Thank you!!

The hotel was great, the staff were nice, the room was in good shape. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. For $260 for a night I was expecting something a little nicer than what it was. The photos of the balcony are very misleading as well. You barely have enough room to open the door and walk out. With the 2 chairs and a table that are out there it makes it very hard to move around. All in all the hotel was nice, and I will be staying again, I just wish it was a little cheaper for the quality of room that you receive.

Average building with somewhat dated rooms. Common area on main level was nice. Staff was very good. Very close to the aquarium which was the reason for the visit. Several food choices within walking distance. We’ll try another place next time we visit Chattanooga.

I had booked a 3 night stay thru expedia, bad weather forced me to arrive a day later, I called the hotel and they told me it was not a problem however when I arrived the next day, I was told I had no room and that I would be charged for the previous night, the staff was totally unhelpful and I spent the rest of the evening trying to find another hotel as it was a holiday weekend.

The check in process was less than ideal. The staff seemed put out whenever I saw them interacting with people. You have to park around the block in public parking lots which didn't feel safe or secure at night. I called for towels at 8:10am and was told I would have to come get them because housekeeping doesn't start work until 9am. The hotel was clean enough and located in a great spot but we would not stay there again. Many other nearby hotels have free breakfast, better parking, nicer staffs and more updated rooms at the price point.

We were greeted and checked in by Craig efficiently and he told us about the amenities. Thats when we discovered they have a nice Dinner included in our stay. It was just what we needed after a long drive. Thanks Drury for a great hotel, we will be back. Craig is a great asset to your team.
