We came into town for the State football games and got a 2 bedroom , room 305 . We absolutely loved this place and will be back ! Thank you so much!!

Beautiful building in the perfect location. Staff was very freindly and the room was very clean. Everything appered recently updated.
Now for the negative 1-star. The walls and ceilings are thin. You can hear all of the conversations and toliets flushing around you. The water in the showers is not very hot. The beds are on the hard side and uncomfortable. So this place is not ideal if you are a light sleeper

When our family travels, we like being able to stay in a space that feels like home. There was plenty of space and games to keep everyone occupied. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area were great for a meal together and the ping pong table as a plus.

This is our new go-to for trips to Chattanooga. We booked a two bedroom suite. I was skeptical because the price was so reasonable, but we were blown away when we saw how nice and spacious the suite was. The restaurant is really good and, though there is no on site parking, the City Garage across the street is reasonable. We left our car there all weekend because we were so close to stops for the free public transportation.

Absolutely loved this property!

Nice place. Quiet. The shower needs a moveable head.

Lots of room and modern kitchen. The location was in a trendy part of downtown with easy walks to restaurants and the waterfront. The Chattooga brewery restaurant was great for a quick dinner or lunch and is located off the lobby. You do have to pay $20 US for parking per night at the reception desk for the garage across the street, but this gives in/out privileges The HVAC system in our room was quite loud so we easily shut it off at night with the Nest thermostat, but the plus side is ventilation in the apartment was industrial quality! Service was great and we were given a couple extra hours to check out as we had a function to attend.

Fantastic accommodations and super close to the start of Ironman Chattanooga. Living space/kitchen area was excellent. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and if people in a neighboring room are just chatting with one another in their living space, you can hear the entire conversation. This made it difficult to sleep.

Only thing it will be nice that they had their own parking lot

Beautiful space with more than enough space for us to spread out. Needs a fan for each bedroom (only had one) and lightweight cotton blankets for when the duvet is too hot. Lots of information given at check-in which was a bit much to remember; it would have been nice to have that on a welcome flyer.

Our stay was wonderful! Staff was always nice and friendly!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay Labor Day weekend. We stayed in a queen bed deluxe apartment and it was incredibly spacious. The hotel was such a vibe and immaculately clean. We especially enjoyed the games in the lobby. The Victrola Bar was a great hangout spot (Danielle is the best bartender!). What made our stay really stand out was the exceptional staff. They were all so friendly and conversational. I would absolutely recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone!

Wonderful, spacious spot. Friendly staff, easy to park in city lot directly across the street. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! I love Hotel Clemons and will definitely be back with my family!

It was in a convenient location which made it nice to walk to things. Our teenage sons enjoyed the spacious unit and the game room they had setup in the common area downstairs. We had to park in the nearby lot which was around $20-25 night because the hotel doesn’t have its own parking. The walls were on the thinner side so we heard the neighbors young kids most of the evening. Oh and had to have the coffee pot swapped out because something was growing in it. Other than that the staff was great!

Hotel Clemons was a unique fun stay! Our room was like a little apartment with a stove, oven, full sized fridge and everything! The only "cons" was that the television didn't work and our shower was small with a dingy fabric curtain but otherwise it was a great stay and we would rebook it!

a cool retro fit space with lots of character. Great value given the suite / living room plus bedroom. Perfect location across from a number of very good restaurants

Loved the decor and the lobby with the foosball, ping-pong, and pool tables. The room came with games and even yoga mats! I enjoyed the full size kitchen too!

So much room for our family of 4 to hang out. We wish that this type of space with 2 bedrooms and a basic kitchen and living room was the norm. It made for a delightful stay.

We had easy parking because after 6 pm on Friday on street parking is free until Monday 8 am then you need to feed meter every 2 hours or use parking garage that does not have in and out privileges. There is a lot too but don't know about in and out. It is walking distance to a number of nice and family friendly restaurants. We ate at Community Pie. Which was excellent. Has gluten free deep dish and vegan cheese. Cool atmosphere and nice short walk in a nice area. Lots of renovations taking place and always a police car present. Felt very safe and no issues whatsoever. Hotel is very cool. Great big spaces lots of activities. Pool table, shuffle board, ping pong in lobby with lounge. Coffee and water available to grab. A separate bar area. Rooms are enormous and comfy. Great kitchen and ping pong table. Everything you need but no washer and dryer - told planning on it in future. It's an apartment. One broken elevator but no issues with working one. Bike wall storage in side entrance lobby. Overall, a very cool place. Would definitely stay again. They are also planning on having food available in future but you have a full kitchen and dining options walkable in minutes. Very impressed with Chattanooga, it's been over 10 years since visiting and it wasn't like this! Good job Chattanooga. It's really becoming vibrant while keeping character intact. Very impressed. Concerts on waterfront too- free. Again, very pleasant, very nice community. People great. Pet Friendly too.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clemons. It was perfect for our group. The lobby is great and the rooms are even better. Loved the large layout with separate bedrooms & the ping pong table. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. We loved our room, the beds were super comfortable, and the vibe is great.

This was more an apartment than a hotel room so it had a kitchen and living room area. The hotel is in a perfect location and is very quirky. There are quite a lot of parking spaces on the streets around which cost 1,50 per hour until 6pm. Free parking from 6pm to 8 am. The only problem was that the aircon and the fridge were very noisy (but they could be switched off) The shower had bad water pressure as well. But overall a very good stay.

Love this property. Have stayed here 3 times now and will continue to stay here for my college visits with my daughter.

Our stay was enjoyable. The property and apartment style suites are charming and comfortable. The rate was inexpensive for the area and space. Lighting is “moody” in all spaces which made makeup application difficult. Our tub was clogged upon arrival and the sheets weren’t fresh. I found a fingernail and dirt in the bed sheets. If housekeeping was better, our stay would have been perfect.

Located in West Village of Chattanooga, this hotel was within walking distance to the most popular spots the city has to offer -- the Tennessee Aquarium, Children's Discovery Museum, Walnut Street Walking Bridge, Bluff View Arts District, Coolidge Park, etc. There are so many restaurants to choose from as well. The public spaces of the hotel are nicely decorated and provide space for families and friends to hang out whether it's for a game of ping pong, pool, shuffle board, foosball, cards, or Scrabble. The rooms themselves are clean and well appointed, and every corner is insta-worthy! We had the 2-king suite which came with a spacious kitchen and living space as well as two full bathrooms, a godsend for a family of four! The front desk staff was attentive and helpful, and very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. There's no parking onsite but the option of finding street parking or parking at a parkade across the street for $20 (with in and out privileges). We opted for the parking pass so we wouldn't have to think too much about finding a space. Overall this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in the last few years and will definitely be back again!

Overall we loved our stay! Room was awesome and so spacious, and also felt very clean. We loved the Chattanooga ground coffee that was provided in the kitchen area. Drew at the bar was very friendly, kind and made great drinks! We loved how pet friendly the hotel was, and also welcoming for our toddler. Reception/front desk staff were all great. Great location, and price could not be beat. :)

Such a unique experience to have the apartment layout with the kitchen and living room, but still the staffing and simple checkout of a hotel. Staff were so friendly. Easy access to bike rentals and walkable to city sites. Loved our stay!!

I’m extremely grateful for this unique hotel! We threw my son’s 17th birthday party here and Olga was very accommodating. The lobby had games for everyone to play from ping pong, pool table, shuffle board and foosball. Our room was upgraded with an extra room and full kitchen. The living room had a ping pong table to entertain the kids while getting ready. The hotel was very clean and smelled good. I will definitely come back and refer everyone to this beautiful place.

Hotel itself was excellent and the room was amazing. Our only issue was that it got a bit hot when we were sleeping.

As tempting as it may have been to use a traditional chain hotel for this visit, we are so glad we didn’t. Great lobby that had a parlor game room feel complete with a pool table and fusbol, the lobby area made it possible to play and talk and relax. We booked a 3 BR, 2 bathroom suite and the room was spacious and came with large open space concept kitchen, dining and family area to enjoy. Furniture snd furnishings were comfortable providing great space to relax and sleep. Sundry items are provided and upscale. Hotel Clemons is located in walking distance to Discivery Children’s Museum, Tennessee Aquarium and AT&T Field just to name a few attractions. There is also a free shuttle to help you get around. We loved our short stay.

Hotel Clemons is very unique. Only wished they had parking included

The hotel itself is excellent. The staff, amenities and general vibe are very hospitable. The only issue I have, which is that parking is across the street and is expensive and harder to find during weekdays.

I LOVE this place. I’m coming back my next visit. It’s clean, easy check in, walkable to a lot of places and restaurants.

We were in a premium room, but it was so much larger than expected. The games downstairs were a plus and the apertment was stocked with books and board games as well which was a nice touch. My son loved the ping pong table in the living room and when we had to switch rooms due to a leak they put us in a room wherw he had a bunk bed and a night light that projected stats on the ceiling. The location was close to everything we wanted to do.
The leak from all the heavy rain and having to park in a garage across the street were the only not so great things but I was already expecting to pay for parking after reading the other reviews.

We had room 308, two kings and bunk beds, great

This was the perfect place for our family to stay on our road trip. There was room to spread out, and the kids were entertained.
