This is a great hotel.

Lobby-very clean neat. Hall carpets need cleaning or replace. Room 204, usb plug in by bed left side didn’t have power. Bath room very clean

Very clean and comfortable. close to Mall and attractions Excellent food

Decent hotel if you have a car or are looking to Uber everywhere. Lots of good restaurants about 10 mins away by car, with only a couple of walkable options. Property has had some updates, room was clean, staff were friendly. Some updates (elevators) were skipped and the hot tub was out of order during our stay. Breakfast should have been included for what we paid. Staff was great though.

Smelled like marajuana on our floor. Other than that it was awesome

We always try to stay at Hilton Gardens because they are consistently clean and comfortable.

Nice, clean environment. Welcoming staff.

Got checked in and they gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Room had an oder. Towels had hair on them. Hot tub was cool not hot, and had dirty water. Won’t be staying there again.

The property needs updated. Lobby furniture is worn and dated. Guest room bathroom were dirty (bathroom floor needed cleaned as well as the shower) and need to be updated (floor and shower). The bedrooms seemed ok. Probably won’t be returning. Pool are floor needed cleaned. Pool bathroom was dirty.

Hilton Garden Inn is the #1 Hotel choice I use mostly everywhere I travel. I have stayed with the Hilton Garden Inn from the East Coast of America to the West Coast, and many places in between. Love the Hilton Brand. PartyOnPeople.

Check in was atrocious. Came around 2:00 pm, hoping room would be ready. Was told to come back at 3 pm. We came back at 4 pm, room was still not ready! Check in person stated she would need to physically go up to room to make sure it was ready, then asked us to take a seat, as there was a line of people behind us. Finally, after another half hour, we got back in line to have her check the room. She never did go upstairs, just proceeded to check us in with computer. Not sure what that was all about, but very unhappy with the process!

Horrible stay. The pool area had more than capacity children in it. No parents supervising. The hotel staff were no where to be found.
Tried to call and went to the front desk to request assistance no one.

Took about 10 minutes and until we asked somebody in the kitchen area until somebody showed up at the front desk to check us in!

Nice hotel and location. The EV charging was a failure as they switched to pay to charge and they would not activate and staff claimed ingnorance.

Hot tub fantastic

This hotel was mostly a convenience for me and my boyfriend, it was in an area closest to the mall and lots of restaurants. However, the elevator at one point took 20 minutes to come down. The hot tub wasn’t as hot and the jets weren’t as strong still a nice relaxing hot tub.

The people at the front desk are some of the nicest and efficient people I've seen working at a hotel in quite a while. Excellent staff.

It was very well run, clean. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Everything was super easy upon check in. Breakfast was not free but it was worth the 14 dollars. The waffle was amazing.

This hotel was such a nice place to stay. It was clean and quiet and the staff were always so helpful. The only down side to this hotel was the hot water. I did have two cold showers here as the water just never heated up. But I would stay here again all the same.

Smells and looks clean upon entering the lobby and throughout the entire hotel. Front desk was extremely pleasant. Lovely little outdoor patio with fireplace.

My stay was great. Clean, comfortable. The lady that checked me in went out of her way to get my room near my daughters room. Just a very nice stay.

You have to ask for housekeeping the night before, it’s not provided daily. You can get clean towels if you need them.
It’s too bad, we liked having our room refreshed, butI guess since Covid this isn’t part of the service.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the next thing is a charge for housekeeping if you want it.

Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly.

Took off one star for water issues. The hotel is upgrading their water heaters and had to run the shower a full 15 minutes for it to warm up. Took off another star for staff not informing us of this upon check in. Had to find out the hard way!

Yes, the hotel was very clean and nice and the room was very comfortable. My main complaint of the whole entire stay was some of the staff that worked there. the night we checked in I was literally asked if I was checking in and then handed keys and that was it no welcome, no telling me what my room number was, if we needed anything where the elevators were nothing. No conversation or anything. Very unfriendly. Second day we didn’t get any room service which is fine but would’ve just like to be told that the first night that if you wanted any room service that we just needed to ask for for towels, and such things like that. Not a big deal but we had to ask for towels and coffee pods which when you’re staying in a hotel for three days with the family I believe that you should be offered more than two coffee pods from your initial day. When we did ask for them , the second day staff was rude and basically told my mom to go get them herself and pointed to where they were and then proceeded to tell her that they usually don’t give extra towels, and We were supposed to use the towels that we had from the first day. Again, this is something they should’ve told us upon check-in then, so we wouldn’t have put them on the floor. The last day we were there we had the greatest customer service and the sweetest young man that waited on us and the next morning checking out. The woman was incredibly pleasant to. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our whole stay, which would’ve been nice to have.

No desk clerk at check-in (approx 6pm); had to knock on a couple doors. Assigned room was not ready to receive guest (no linens on bed, trash in room, etc.). New room assignment was painless, however.

This hotel was the perfect little getaway for the weekend. And the prices for rooms was still reasonable!

This hotel looks pretty but I wasn’t a fan. Bed was uncomfortable, it was loud and hotel staff seemed like it was hard to keep control of the full house of rowdy people, didn’t have my right room that hotes.com sold me so I will have to call to get some money back…. Just not a great overall experience. I generally love Hiltons and choose to stay at them. But this one was a miss.

We stayed there for 5 days- just used maid service when needed. The only complaint would be - we had trouble getting hot water- usually at the end of the day. Getting into the shower was awkward too- overall enjoyed our stay there.

The check in was the worst part of the stay. The person at the front desk was unfriendly. He didn't tell me when check out was, when they served breakfast, or the pool hours. While I was waiting to get my key and ask a few questions another guest approached the desk and he started answering questions for this guest. I felt ignored and not welcomed.

I love the property and the room but the staff is a little rude
