Nice location, nice service, great hotel… the rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable… stayed on the 30th floor.

good hotel!

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean. I also liked their vending machine for sake and beer.

The art throughout the hotel was the most important interesting aspect and the reason to stay here. It's pricier than other hotels in Tokyo in more walkable neighborhoods. Good view from the lobby area.
2.5
Excellent view from the artist room. Very memorable. Great service. Laundry room super helpful. Very clean. Good enough breakfast. Only bad thing is no gym. Location was so great to walk to shinbashi and 18 min to ginza.

Great hotel, and a wonderful restaurant

Extended stay after a cruise. Very convenient access from cruise terminal, the hotel entrance is steps from the Shiodome station with a designated entrance. Modern, tastefully decorated with exceptional views of the city. Helpful staff. Located in business with good transit connections easily accessible and quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately my limited dinning options within close proximity. Rooms not overly roomy with many amenities.
2.5
Amazing experience from the start; the immaculate and attentive service made our 2 nights stay a memorable one. We were upgraded to a room that faces the Tokyo Tower and the view was breathtaking although Mt Fuji was a little too shy.
Location is excellent too; walking distance to major attractions / strategically located within transport connections.
2.5
This hotel is situated right next to several different train and subway systems so it's easy to get around town. Close to all the action but far enough to be in a quiet area. The view from our room, including the Tokyo Tower and man what a view! Highly recommend getting a room with that view if you're going to stay here at all.
2.5
Amazing views from the tower side of the hotel of Tokyo tower and the city. Room was adequate with available space. Bathroom was generous with amenities.
The rug in the room was dirty and definitely needed a steam cleaning.
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Art work filled the common areas of the hotel.

So convenient and so nice. Service was attentive and we loved all of the art.

This hotel is amazing. The lobby area has a wonderful art exhibition. Many of the rooms are themed and individually decorated. We stayed in the Lucky Cat room and it was beautiful.
The lobby has a lounge area that has great city views and the Tokyo Tower, especially wonderful at night.

First time staying in Ginza area. Don’t recommend the location as it is a bit of a walk from the main shopping area but quite close to train station. The hotel itself was very nice. Older hotel that has been remodeled and renovated with each floor full of art. We stayed in an artistic room which added to our appeal to the room. Great view of the city and room was very big for Japan standards.

Comfortable stay with good facilities. Rooms on the small size.

Nice location, but very dated hotel rooms with stains on carpet and a general dinginess to rooms.
The hotel staff was very pleasant.

The staff, hotel, location, and service were excellent. Our room had a great view of Mt. Fuji and the Tokyo Tower. The only drawback was our room was a bit older and needed a renovation.

It was difficult to locate this hotel because the hotel sign cannot be found from the street. It was using a newspaper company building on the upper floors. You can find the hotel easily if you look for Kyoto media building. The room was small but with good views. Very good wall decoration. The food was reasonable. The receptionists were extremely helpful. A lady wiped my wet travel luggage with cloths when I checked in. Because they were wet from the rain. I never experienced that kind of service elsewhere. Excellent service and very friendly. Worth the money.

I booked for the 10th to the 15th, but i forgot coming from california we lose a day so i would like to get the first day refunded since we did not use it. The hotel was great and so was the restaurant

The staff and concierge was spectacular at this property; however, the room was a SAUNA. I was there in August and had an absolutely beautiful artist room facing the Tokyo Tower. Even keeping the curtains closed all day, the place was boiling. They brought fan up (great service), but the fan hardly blew any air even on the highest setting. It was very warm. The area (for my first visit in Japan) was also very dead. Close by to the train, but otherwise, no nightlife and the cocktail bars I did find were great, but dead empty.

Close to public transportation, friendly staff, beautiful view

Took advantage of the Family Mart in the B2 level of the building several times.

Love this hotel. Easy get to from the airports, relatively central to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo.
Terrific staff, very comfortable rooms with coffee and tea service and a fridge. Spotlessly clean and good amenities.

The hallway on the 33rd floor smelled absolutely horrendous. And no effort was made to improve the conditions. The main selling point of the hotel is the art exhibits on each floor but the stench of the hallway prevents discourages you from spending any time examining the art.

Great hotel!! A little hard to find as the lobby is on the 25th floor of a big high rise. However, once you locate it, the hotel is lovely. Rooms are specious and clean, the bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel is located above a transit/train station so it makes commuting to different parts of Tokyo quite easy. We were traveling to Hakone during the typhoon and the staff were very helpful when figuring out train cancellations and arranging new train tickets. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and a fantastic property. The hotel restaurant was over priced, but everything else was just great - no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay. Comfortable, clean and very helpful staff
2.5
Great service and hotel. The only improvement that would make the rooms better is to have firmer cushioning on the 2 lounge chairs. Location is very convenient. Family mart is downstairs which is super convenient. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely stay at the Park Hotel! Great location and phenomenal staff, service, and facility. The art all around was so beautiful. Thank you so much for a great stay!

The experience the staff created was royalty level. As soon as you reach reception you are greeted by all ready to take your luggage at the elevator and so you can freely check in. The whole time I felt they went out of their way to ensure service. Best location to a lot of activities.
