It’s a good place to stay.

Showers of neighbours were very loud. Would wake you up at 5am.

I like it because it was easy check in and the staff is awesome 👍

Room was clean and staff was helpful. No complaint except wish the ice machine on the 2nd floor.

Good stay, front person was polite

The general location left much to be desired, as we saw numerous shady characters and the cops showed up twice.
But the room itself was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed - microwave, fridge, big bed and hot shower.
And they have a pool!!!

Woke up to a cockroach next to my bed. Started investigating the sheets. Found what look like wound up pubic hair in the sheets. Found other hair in the sheets that wasn’t mine. I have silver and black hair. Sheets were stained. Went down to talk to front desk and basically was told too bad. I asked for a refund and the front desk person said since I went through Expedia, they can’t do anything for me. Sorry. Rude rude people at the front desk. Will never stay there again ever.

The room was non-smoking, yet the bed spread had several cigarettes burns in it. The blanket was stained. The room was in serious need of refurbishing. For $265 a night, I expected more.

Felt unsafe and AC is noisy. Have no breakfast as mentioned in the booking

My stay was very comfortable, hotel was clean

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We literally checked in after a day at the Safari Park just to take a shower and get cleaned up before going to the airport for an overnight flight. So we had very low expectations. The area is a little sketchy, but the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was fine, but the shower was perfect! Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Turned out to be a great idea!

Very noisy late nights. People talking loud, yelling, screaming , arguing. I was woken up 7of 9 nights. Between 11:30-4:00 am. Hoping management would intervene. Undesirable location. Room was comfortable.

A lot of homeless in and around the property!

5am last morning of stay there was a very loud alarm and speaker I guess from a security company telling some people to leave the property. This continued for about 1.5 hours.

The motel was nice. You are by the main street fareway and hear a lot of traffic and sirens. It was a nice small setup. They show a continental breakfast in their photos, but it was burnt coffee and some granola bars from Costco.

Terrible experience. They charge a $100 cash advanced on your room. Will not take a credit Have no signs posted and was not on their website and hotel.com.website. This hotel is in the worst part of downtown and it was very unsafe. Several homeless people walking through the area and parking lot. At night I Saw 2 people behind my vehicle. Look like they were trying to break in. Please response time 4 hours.

You get what you paid for, to say the least. Upon my checking in and calling to confirm my arrival for May 8th. I inquired about morning breakfast; I told that ONLY coffee is available in the lobby. Then I was told to walk or call for food delivery.. I'm okay with one BUG in my room, not the six to ten I counted on my day of checkout. NO reimbursement was given to help with the matter because I had reserved the room through a third party.

The staff was great! The bed… not so great. I barely got any sleep tossing and turning all night. Exhausted at work today.

Staff was very friendly and room was pretty decent but there was an abandoned restaurant pretty much on property full of squatters. Also many sirens racing by throughout the night. Did not feel like the safest location.

We had so many issues with this hotel. The outside of the hotel has a homeless community unfortunately. The check in process was fine, getting into the room, the fire alarm kept beeping so we called the staff to change it. The next morning there were cops outside arresting someone. Later that night at 1am the fire alarm went off because someone was doing something, not even 30 minutes later we heard banging on someone’s door we thought it was someone trying to get into their room but they didn’t stop, after a minute we heard the police yell that it was their last chance to open up the door before they broke it down, they proceeded to kick the door down, the got into that room and fought the person inside, taking them in cuffs. 30 mins after that we started to hear a woman screaming, she was yelling at the police about something. At that point it was 2hours into this mess the police took them away, we felt unsafe due to it now being the 2nd time the police were involved. overall the hotel not great. The customer service is okay

If it wasn’t for the surroundings I would give a five stars. Love this place, clean, great service but too many homeless people near by, which can be very bad for the hotel. Some people just by looking at the area wouldn’t dare to stay there. I personally have stayed here many, many time and will continue to do so. Affordable hotel.

There's a lot of homeless people outside. They hang out around the hotel and the outside looks trashy. The pictures online don't show this side of the hotel.

Upset at myself for not doing more research about this facility. When we arrived, there were homeless people and trash everywhere. There were 2 shady guys walking around the property, including along the walkways next to the rooms. There was no security staff, only a megaphone between 1am and 5am telling them it's illegal to loiter on the property.
The sheets were disgusting. Had hairs all over them from previous guest, I'm assuming, on every layer of bedding. There were stains in the linens and drapes. There were dead roaches on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The closet smelled like weed. Turning on the wall unit smelled like someone blew cigarette smoke into it in an effort to vent the room. Overall this was a horrible facility at which I did not feel safe or clean

Easy to book rooms abd the staff is professional.

The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Our room was located upstairs closer to the street but the noise isn't what bothered me. The most disgusting and disturbing part of this trip was all the homeless people hanging around the parking lot at all hours. They literally have their stuff everywhere even placing their items in parking spots. There is security that patrols the area and they do their best to keep the loitering under control. It was somewhat disturbing and disruptive to our sleep hearing security through the intercom threatening those in the parking lot. Our room was clean, housekeeping is wonderful and does a great job of maintaining the rooms. The bed in our room was old and uncomfortable and sheets stained with what seemed to be blood.Honestly can't say I'll be back as my young children were exposed to people using drugs out in the open, people fighting and yelling etc. would rather pay more for a safer cleaner place .

The room was nice. But the people in the room next door were in and out all night making noise. There are homeless people hanging around the place.

The hotel is not the Econo Lodge you expect. They reinvest in property. Mattresses are in good shape. Lot was redone. Same team member has been there years. I normally stay at Hamptons, but not when Im there. This is a good place for us.
