Basically nice room, missed tissues, bath mat and high shower heat. Great AC.

The tv was not working. The room had no WiFi code. The a/c unit was not Cooling the room. Front faceplate of a/c was missing. The night feel was stern with his tone upon checking process.

I had no heat in my room for the time I stayed there. Manger didn't come fix the problem told me to get under the blankets and still charged me for the stay

The registration office has spiritually uplifting quotes around the room about treating people well, which are bolstered by small religious & spiritual statues encouraging the same happy vibes. And to completely juxtapose that positivity, there was a gentleman, who I can imagine was the owner, checking me in when I stayed there a few weeks ago, who was quite a piece of work. At his best, he played twisted mind games with absolutely every verbal interaction from the beginning to the end. At his worst, he sneakily tacked on an extra charge via the 3rd party booking company I ordered the room from, Hotels.com, and he wouldn't remove it once I arrived when the fee wasn't pertinent, when he could have. Right then & there, I called Hotels.com, to which they then called him to try & resolve it, & he wouldn't take their call. Hotels.com ultimately made it right, so I'll use them again, but never the Hacienda Motel & this interesting gentleman.

The front desk attendant was rude. Instead of handing me the room key he tossed it on the desk. Not friendly or welcoming.

When we arrived the place didn't let us use the crdit card we made the reservation with, even though we had used it before at the same location.

I work with homeless and working poor households. Immediately after I booked this room with Expedia I received a text message from the hotel stating that I needed to give them a $50 deposit. Right after that I received another text saying that I could not use my credit card (third party?). I called the hotel and asked what I should do. I was told to cancel the room through expedia. I immediately contacted Expedia through their chat app. After over an hour with no resolution I asked to speak with a supervisor and was called by Jeff. He stated that he would reach out to the hotel via email since they could not reach anyone by phone which seemed odd since I had spoken to them earlier. Jeff also stated that he or an associate would call me the next day. No one called and I then received an email 2days later in the late evening that stated there as nothing they could do. Now our foundation is out over $400. We have spent over $39,000 with Expedia since February 2021. I have been booking rooms since then and have never had this problem before. 0 stars for hotel and Expedia.

Happy to say that my stay at this property was excellent, starting with the Innkeeper’s warm reception (with a complimentary bottled water and snack), and a quite comfortable room.
The “architectural design and vintage” of the motel property may be lacking, yet that’s a simple sacrifice for a great night’s sleep!

This is a little mom and pop type place and I discovered after checking in that they want a $50 CASH deposit. No... you can't put it on a credit card. They want $50 in cash that they give you back when you check out. I had to tap on the glass and wake someone up to get my money back when I checked out early in the morning. Oh... and they hand you a TV remote when you check in. I guess they can't leave those in the rooms.

This motel is terrible not clean
All towels are very dirty it’s been used stains and yellowest spots everywhere even 1 towel it’s totally not a color white it’s look like someone wiped to clean the floor or countertops I’m glad that I have my own inside my luggage, only my husband used from the motel bathroom
Also my brother and his father stay at this motel they are so regrets for staying there. No hot water for me to shower and washing my hair it’s too cold for me. I used to a hot shower I am very Disappointed
This motel I don’t recommend to anyone of my families and friends for future stays
