Mediocre. Pretty out of date and not very good service. Was expecting better.

Check in was delayed because we arrived before 3pm and were turned away. Room was worn but comfortable. Breakfast was a disaster, with no bread for toast, hard biscuits and small flying insects in the fruit. Very disappointing for an embassy.

All Good!!!

I have stayed at this property many times and have always enjoyed my stay. This was a different experience. I sadly have to say that this was the worst room I ever stayed in at this hotel. It was extremely run down and dirty. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, multiple stains on the carpet and the bathroom was dirty. We would of left once checking in but an appointment kept us in Hot Springs late into the evening and it was too late to head home.

Check in was fast and easy, room was nice and clean

Loved the atmosphere and the breakfast was excellent.

I always enjoy staying here every time I am visiting Hot Springs. Everyone working there from the front desk to wait staff is very friendly and helpful.
The complimentary "happy hour" is always good as well as the breakfast.
The hotel itself is a little on the older side but will be going through a remodel this year.
The only downside to my last visit was the condition of the pool area. I guess there was some party goer's there the night before. There was beer bottles and trash all over and no towels stocked.
I did try the spa for the first time and got an 80 minute massage. Was a little disappointed because my massage therapist shorted me over twenty minutes. However, I know that doesn't reflect on the hotel just the therapist. I just won't be going back to the spa again.
All in all I will be going back to this hotel the next time I am in Hot Springs.

A nice stay with last minute booking. Staff was friendly, but didn't know much about the area to recommend activities. Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable bed. Bathroom is due for refreshing. Decent breakfast with omelet station. Happy hour 5 to 630 with free drinks at the bar. Pool was a bit disappointing and hot tub was filled in, i heard being prepped for renovation.

Paid for a king bedroom and received a room with double beds and was told that we are not part of the rewards program so the room I paid for was not available

Great location. Walkable. Evening snacks and breakfast were wonderful. Quiet. Shower water pressure was great. Rug and shower were older but clean.

The first room smelt of cigarette smoke

This property was convenient for our 10 day visit with our daughter’s family. The first night our room was right above 2 huge rooftop fans loud enough we had difficulty sleeping. Changed rooms the next day with some difficulty.
The rooms are very dark and the lighting is only lamps that don’t completely brighten the living room area. The bedroom has enough sunlight to brighten the room.
The furnishings are clean but outdated. The bathroom has a tub/shower that is small and somewhat slippery.
The breakfast was satisfactory, omelettes, cereal, limited pastries.
Overall the facility needs updating.

Very quiet hotel the downtown area is a 15 minute walk but not bad. The social runs from 5-6:30. Parking was included in my expedia bill so it was not extra like i was thinking. Pool area was so slick. Will stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful we had an amazing time

For the price... I was not impressed. The room had a weird smell. The beds were comfortable but had the smallest pillows on them. The shower had large shampoo, conditioner and body wash built in but the conditioner and body wash were both empty. There was no ice in the entire building. However, the staff was very friendly, the lobby and lounge were beautiful and it is in a great location.

The rooms need to be updated, down stairs areas look good. but the rooms are not what i would call embassy suites rooms.

Sofa bed didn't have any bedding. Had to have a few more pillows brought to us. Only one 4 way outlet between the beds. It IS and older hotel. Had to pay for parking even though I had to park across the road in a public parking lot. Was charged 50 dollars at check in. Still not sure why. The night manager did text me and ask if everything was OK. I like that.

The room had stains all over the floor. The ac didnt blow in the seperate living area. There was a water leak in tge bathroom floor. The room was misrepresented online. This was not a king suite. The room was very dated, furniture worn out and stained. There were multiple lamps that had no light bulbs. There was not enough outlets by the bed to plug in cpap machines. The tv stopped working in the bedroom. We will never stay here again.

The location
2.0
Facility was adequate and up to Embassy Suite standards, albeit on the low end of that. Biggest complaint about the location is the limited parking on the immediate property. There was plenty of parking across the street (which wasn’t busy), but the are backing up to THAT parking lot looked a little sketchy. Good location though in terms of being walkable to downtown. Although they seemed to allow a homeless meth addict to just hang out all day and night out front, but Hot Springs had quite a few throughout. That said, the staff and facilities were nice enough, and it’s ALWAYS nice to have that extra room and TV for when people are on different sleep cycles. We’d stay there again, but the Double Tree (in Hot Springs) on the water looked like a more desirable location, IF you’re willing to give up the suite style room, an the always amazing Embassy Suites breakfast.

It started out well - check in was busy but once w got to front desk, iit went well. Until we got to our 4th floor room. We stepped out of the elevator and smell of mariijuana was in the air. Room was clean but smelled of bleach. The sink later that afternoon started to swell with bubbles and we called the front desk who then sent maintenance staff who said that it might be the room above that is doing laundry in their sink -- but nothing was don about it. The second morning, there was no hot breakfast served since their cook called in sick that morning so everything was cold including thee breakfast muffins. Upon check out, there was no one at the front desk - some guest asked the front desk person to make copies of a document. So no one was staffing front desk and I wanted a print out of our folio since I wanted to see if all charges were correct. Th wait was too long so I just checkd out thru the Hilton app. Never staying in this hotel in Hot Springs again.

Everything was good except the Air in Room was messed up,called maintenance & he come & did all he could but was still warm in room💔

The rooms are old and noisy, the property needs upgrades. The area is nice, walkable to the main attractions of the town. A decent breakfast is included with the stay, but they charge separately for self-parking.

Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Omelet was delicious.

Everyone was very nice. Our room was comfortable. The carpet in our room had some older stains on it, but the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice, but breakfast was a little disappointing. We were there for the sites, and it gave us a comfortable clean place to rest at night. We would stay there again.

Very nice stay!

Comfortable bed, nice pillows, very roomy, friendly staff, Breakfast great, pool great, nice towels, clean area, love the open space in the lobby, love the suites w/two TV's, love the complimentary appetizers & drinks. One can live there. If any one negative thing I would say is that the refrigerator didn't have a freezer for ice cream. We will return to Hot Springs and when we do we will stay at the Embassy suites.

Location is wonderful! Breakfast is top tier! A little outdated! I know the Hot Springs area is known for its vintage appeal. But not having USB plugs anywhere is the room was a bit of pain. Just a quick trip to WalMart for a USB adapter fixed the issue :) Rooms are HUGE!!!! Staff are great and they keep your room stocked and clean!

They con you up front by charging you for “Self Parking”, even though they have the smallest parking lot, and have no idea where you parked. They told me they would take it off my bill, but lied and kept it on. The place is dirty, my room was dirty when I checked in, and they acted like English was a foreign language when I asked for my room to be cleaned. This place has gone way down hill. Do not stay here
4.0
It was very busy when we were there. Parking was full and the elevators took a while but besides that it was a solid stay. The walk to the strip felt a little longer than I would have liked so if I can’t find a place next time closer i like I would stay there again.

Like all about the stay of hotel. Only thing that can use improvement is the guy cooking the breakfast in the morning’s. I understand that it is a busy time for them but you still must have a smile on your face and still maintain good customer relations. Attitude has no place when dealing with the public. When kids are around it sets a bad example. Again hotel stay and accommodations was great. Would recommend people to stay. Would like to think it was just a bad day for the person cooking breakfast but was there for 3 days and it was the same everyday. Sorry to tell you this when everything else went so well.
Have a great day.
