BEWARE OF ROACHES! BROKEN SHOWER!! I don't care how "affordable" this s$#@ hole is nobody should have to worry about roaches jumping into their luggage and taking them to their homes!!! Gross!! Our first room had a broken shower, that didn't work at all!! I had to sponge bathe to get ready for work. We got moved to the room next door that was so infested w roaches you could not walk across the room without stepping on one!! As far as customer service goes the night shift was gona make us pay a $30 early check in and $50 extra to switch rooms because we were unable to sleep after seeing the disgusting creatures crawling all over! This place needs to just str8 up be shut down! The hallway garbages were overflowing while the night clerk slept! I am calling the health department and better business bureau so nobody else has to go thru the horrible service and disgusting experience we have ever had in a hotel room!!! And that's in comparison to another Motel 6 experience when all the doors were kicked in by feds looking for a criminal hiding out in somebody's room!!

We booked because we just needed something more comfortable than the car for a few hours of sleep. It was adequate for that purpose only. Front desk was friendly for check in and out. Place is falling apart and needs a lot of updates. Floors had gaps in them, walls stained with holes, huge gap in the room door, blanket on bed was thin and sad. No fridge in the room. Coffee was available in the morning but it was terrible and burnt. Served it's purpose to get a few hours sleep but wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

The place was adequate, but needs a renovation. As one of the cheapest places to stay in Fargo, it served our needs. The location was excellent.

dirty footprints all over the room like somebody just mopped the floor and then walked all over the floor with dirty shoes. Then the dirty footprints dried. Hot and cold was reversed at the shower so when you think you have it on hot, it’s actually cold and vice versa. crazy people roaming around hotel. Well lit parking lot at least. Pools closed indefinitley

Just horrible. The entire place smelled like smoke and triggered the worst allergies. We checked out in the first 4 hours, complained to front desk and before I could walk back to the room, I had lost door access. Tried contacting owners couple times after my trip, haven’t been able to get a hold of them. Hoping Expedia takes care of this booking experience. We stay at Motel 6 all the time, this is the first time the room was completely unacceptable. Moldy hallways, creepy old carpets. Do not book at this location!

Most disgusting hotel ever. Not for human habitation. Looked at the room and turned and gave key cards back. I'm surprised the city of Fargo has not shut it down! I'm surprised Expedia would have a place like this listed on the site. Prepaid for the room, lost our money. I have nothing good to say.

Complete dump. Foreigners living in this dump with all their pets. Stinks worse than you can ever imagine. Watched 2 hookers snort coke in their car outside our window. Absolute cesspool of disgustingness. Garbage everywhere in the hallways. Did I mention it’s not a hotel but a home to many immigrants. Do not stay here. You’ve been warned

Staff was nice and a few patrons . But over all experience was a -50 . 2 day stay in my car because homeless Drug addicts wondering around messing with ppls cars everything filthy and I mean FILTHY no internet no tv the whole stay whole end of building I was in smelled of cat piss and dog carpets in hallways HORRIBLE like seriously unsanitary. Majority of the doors including room door not working properly have to walk around to other doors to get in barely could beg into our room door as well .. this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Fargo . And the fact I paid the amount I did and never ever so much as sat down on the bed .. I really want a refund oh and HEAVY POLICE presence in parking lots I want my money back so bad .

Liked nothing Disliked attitude of employees, dirty room, asked for an accessible room and in no way was it accessible, TV did not work and no one at the front desk would answer the phone, no refrigerator or microwave, no breakfast. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a rental room.

Going to start with booking the room on hotels. Paid online then was told they weren’t excepting it and to pay them direct. That’s so they don’t have to pay for hotels or Expedia since there was an event that week and the rates were hiked. So I have $698 froze until I could get a refund 7-10 days and then paying another $630 to get a room. That took 2hrs. I was one of 4 other people I watched them do this to. Second the room and hallway smells like the humane society in my town. I never touched the floor with feet. The bathroom was beat up and disgusting. Worst and most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in across this country. I’ll never pay online again and stay here again. I will go any where any distance before I start here of convenience for my job

There was a cracked window at the entrance of the building and also a bullet hole through another. After three days I asked for them to come and take the garbage, give us some fresh towels and toilet paper. They didn’t do anything. I was expecting a cheap motel but the bullet hole and the lack of service added to the ambiance of cheap hotels. Good price, adequate room, poor service and questionable security.

Worst place I ever stayed, it was ran down filthy and in need of alot of repairs, my room didnt look like the pictures or like it had been cleaned in a while, we found someones trespassing notice in the microwave. The bed was broken and only one chair in the room and it was broken too. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself since everything in the area was full and leaving wasnt an option or we would have definitely found another place. We were there for 8 days. When i asked for clean linen and towels the owners told me i had to leave my room and allow housekeeping to clean to get linen, i refused, the last thing i wanted was for anyone to touch my room after i scrubbed and bleached it myself, the owners told me if i didnt like it i could leave, worst customer service ive ever had. There is no refrigerator, the microwave was rusty and gross, the walls are so thin tou can literally hear everything, you couldn't use the air-conditioner because of the horrible sour moldy smell it blew out, i felt like we were breathing straight bacteria, i should notify the health department.... the lack of the owners accountability for their property and staff was the worst. I couldn't communicate with any housekeeping staff i encountered because of languge barriers and the only helpfull person was the maintenance guy, he got me linen nd toilet paper when i needed it even a usable chair. We spoke to other guests that said they were yelled at for asking for linen as well. Dont stay her

This place is a dump, other Motel 6’s I’ve stayed at are leaps and bounds better than this one. The desk person was nice and helpful but was experiencing computer/connectivity issues and wasn’t able to check us in. It was almost an hour before I got checked into my room. I made a reservation via Expedia and had to leave cash as a deposit at the desk. The cash was returned promptly in the morning. The parking lot was littered and the abandoned building next to it had people loitering outside of it. There were several people in parked cars in the motel parking lot. Smelled like marijuana outside as well as inside. There was a dog in one room constantly barking. We checked in around 2am and left by 6. I prefer the brand due to the cost and care normally provided but will not be using this location again.

The employees were friendly. There was no fridge in the room but i honestly forgot to even ask about that before hand. I've always just thought of that as standard but i guess that is not true. The price of this location was much lower than the other hotels in the area. It served is purpose, i had a place to shower and sleep while i was in town.

Everything about the place was terrible. Everything was run down and dirty. Everything was sticky. Noisy people in room next door. Air con didn’t work right. It got to 90. The day we were there. Room smelled like cigarettes. No Kleenex in room. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. No elevator in whole building. Couldn’t understand man at check in. We didn’t use it or want it but pool was closed. Do not come to this hotel.
