I asked for a ground floor. They did not have any.
I went upstairs to my room washed up and heard water running . The sink plumbing was leaking really bad. I called the front desk to report it. Then she asked me if I wanted to get a different room ???
I will not be staying there again.

Terrible experience. Had a multiple night stay booked but wasn’t able to check in on night one because I was assigned nights on the fire I was working. Came in the next morning, before check out time, and was told my whole booking was canceled and I was not entitled to a refund OR even being able to stay the rest of the nights I needed without PAYING FOR THE WHOKE BOOKING AGAIN. Terrible communication between Hotels.com and Motel 6. Ridiculous way to treat a customer that had a multiple night booking and needed the rest of the time. Borderline criminal on taking my entire booking cost versus the first night and then expecting me to pay all over again. Terrible and would can still just hope to recoup any amount of my “stolen” booking by Motel 6. Terrible.

You get what you pay for. No amenities, just a bed, bathroom, and small desk. No fridge or microwave. Didn't check out the pool, so nothing to add there. Walls are paper thin and hear everything or neighbors did. Some maintenance issues while we were there.

This is a popular hamgout for the homeless and likely drug addicted. Always 3-8 of them and their dogs hanging around outside. Constant foot traffic in out and between rooms. Lots of yelling and slamming doors day and night. If you must stay here I suggest requesting a room away from this ( staff are aware of this situation but aren'n concerned about it).
3.4
Staff was friendly but the people in the next room were crazy loud. The floor in my room was FILTHY. After walking on it barefoot my feet looked like I had been walking barefoot in the parking lot.

Catelyn was the star of the show!! She was amazing when helping me check in, felt like she was a good friend of mine. Very friendly, welcoming! I want to preface that Catelyn was amazing during my stay, but the rooms were gross.
The room however was kinda gross, when I lifted the sheets, there was something gooey in it (pictured below). I asked Catelyn to switch me rooms and she gave me a room next door to my original room. We got into the other room, I lifted my sheets up, and what do you know, it’s gross again but this time there was like black stuff all over it (I took a video of it). I showed Catelyn and she was so apologetic. I told her I wasn’t mad at her but disappointed in the housekeeping staff for not having clean sheets. So I got new sheets. She told me to talk to the manager the next day. So I go down next day and the manager wasn’t in but the girl (someone else and forgot her name but she was new) told me that she would have the manager call me and we could find a resolution. Manager never called or came up to my room… So very displeased with that whole thing.
I am just glad that Catelyn was there who was very kind and thoughtful! But I will not stay there again..

The lobby was clean and staffed by a cheerful woman. The room was clean and comfortable (with a couple of spiders in the corner). The rest of the facility was pretty dirty and trashy. After the usual early evening door slamming it was pretty quit. Minimal freeway noise.
3.4
Pretzels on the floor, dirty bathroom floor. Beds were terrible, walls dirty, people smoking all over outside, people yelling and running the open air hall late into the night. People smoking and drinking in stars up to second floor made it intimidating to get to our room. Awful experience.

Lots of sketchy movement after dark.

Where to start?. So dirty.
When we arrived we walked into our non smoking room & it smelled like someone had just smoked in there.
There were about 10 stains on the top sheet, if not more (oily circles and dirty stains)
Food on the WALLS. The bathroom hadn't been swept or vacuumed.
So I went to ask for a room that had been cleaned properly.
Kaitlynn at the front desk was amazing. She gave us a new room, but unfortunately it wasn't much better.
I wasn't expecting much from Motel 6, but I wasn't expecting this.
My daughter (6) was excited when we got there, and took her shoes off when we entered the rooms.
Just from walking up and down the room once, her feet were filthy, as if the floor hadn't been washed in who knows how long.
The second room smelled like old oil.. like canola oil or something. Which was weird because there is no restaurant in the motel. And no microwave. There is no fridge or coffee pot/kettle.
The area felt unsafe & looked unsafe.
The reminder when you close the door to deadbolt your room with both locks confirmed that feeling.
Nothing felt clean in there.
Dead bugs on the floor and in the windows, spider webs in every corner.
Stained/dusty curtains. Stained bed skirts.
Missing pieces of the counter.
Food pieces on the desk.
Broken towel rack.
Honestly I felt so uneasy in there.
Do yourself a favor and spend an extra 20-30$ for peace of mind and cleanliness. :(
Would never recommend this motel to anyone.

There must’ve been at least 100 small dead flies on the walls.

Our room was dirty our toilet didn’t flush. We ride bmx and after getting permission we were still harassed by staff to leave our $3000 bikes outside. There were many homeless sleeping in the parking lot and lots of drugs there.

Dirty stained smelly body towel. Had to use hand towels.

Upon checking into our room,we encountered dozens of fleas flying around and crawling all all over the bed and tables; as well as a couple flies around the room. So we asked to be switched to a different room, but it was a smoking room. When we woke up, there were huge bug bites on our body. We complained to the front desk, and they told us to call the manager when the manager is in, we called multiple times, however the line was busy everytime we called.

You get what you pay for. The room was not very clean, and some towels had dark (black) stains, maybe from dust. The floor didn't feel clean on my bare feet, and some parts of the walls were stained. Bare, minimal. The TV reception was not great. Noise from the highway was audible throughout the night, as were noises from neighboring rooms, water pipes, and cars pulling into the parking lot. The first floor room looks directly out onto the parking lot, so I needed to keep the curtains drawn.
One highlight was that the room had been air conditioned (it was 109F outside when I arrived around 7pm). The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
3.4
The room had not been finished. Was not stocked with adequate towels, fridge had not been emptied from last person, floor was filthy with hair and dirt, walls were disgusting. I actually cleaned before relaxing.
3.4
Dirty beds and towels. You can hear someone having sex.
You can see that some of the guests just live there.
Ambience Looks dangerous
3.4
The pool was full of scum and dragon flies, only one ice machine worked and the parking lot is full of trash

Said I had a non-smoking room, it was not, Terrible!

Convenient for traveling by. Easy access from the freeway and dog friendly.

Nice room for the price. It's a cheap hotel so didn’t expect anything fancy. No fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer. But the room was very clean and fresh.

This day was generally average and the office staff was friendly and approachable and very efficient. The reason I gave it three stars is because the surrounding long-term people have kids that are loud Beyond 10:00 p.m. and even before 10:00 p.m. it's not the greatest to have kids running around laughing and screaming and also someone was sitting in the stairwell at 4:00 a.m. perhaps somebody who was a little off I don't know whether he was even staying at the hotel or not but if that's the norm it's not a good stay overall unless you have ear plugs. It was a generally clean place but I guess some of the bathroom was a little worn out but generally it was decent but a shame that the surrounding area is full of long-term people that are loud. Were not just people traveling through, unfortunately it was families with pets and it just you can tell they lived there permanently.... kind of worn out towels also but hey I think anyone can live with that

Room was filthy and sink was plugged up. Garbage truck came at 2:30

I was so tired when I checked in that I kept making mistakes, like where did you say my room was? But the man who checked me in was kind and wasn’t upset by my interruptions. And he was busy, too. Very professional but personable.
3.4
Very loud. Sheets had stains and bathroom was dirty
3.4
The whole room smelled like a wet dog. The mattress smelled like dog piss so bad. The whole property was just dirty and unkept
3.4
I hate complaining, but tub drain very slow, sink drain broken and wouldn’t drain at all and toilet seat was missing one bolt and other one was very loose. A/c unit was missing sticker overlay so you couldn’t tell what mode or buttons were what.
3.4
Awful! The maids went into my room, went through all my stuff, and trashed the room. They stole my stove and fuel and when I told them I was going to call the cops, they broke my stove before giving it back! Then accused me of stealing their towels!

Crackheads and shady characters everywhere. You will be asked for change or a cigarette if anytime outside your room.
1st room 106 was horrifying, and omg cobwebs with dead bugs in them in corners of room.
ROACHES, i got a pic of one before it disappeared behind the tv. i have been itching since. Walls are paper thin and had the people next door up ALL NIGHT doing drugs, then OD, im guessing from the ambulance in the parking lot and all the people yelling and banging on doors. No sleep. The Beds are so old that you hit the bottom if you sit. Towels are grey. Rooms are just filthy. Smears of dirty prints and food all over walls and mirrors even the ceiling. Musty smell. I cleaned the room myself because, clearly, housekeeping isn't trained. You can just tell they don't properly clean these rooms. The bathroom door had a poorly patched hole in it. Shower leaks, and it takes about 5 mins to go from tub to shower setting. Curtains and Sheets have stains all over them. Oh, and the cell signal SUCKS. Politely asked housekeeping for new bedding at 9am, and it took over 5 hrs before i went and asked the front office they claimed they never got told i requested new bedding and that they'd go look for some. That took another 3 hours. To be fair, the poor front desk lady whos alone dealing with all these people is very nice and apologized for the 9 hr wait for bedding, but They clearly dont give a crap about their guests here. This place is an absolute craphole. Do not stay here

The staff person was very helpful and issued a refund for me. The room I reserved (handicapped) was not available, so I was issued an "upgraded" room meaning, TV, Microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot. That room had none of those. She gave me another room and it had not been cleaned...bed unmade. I requested a refund and went elsewhere.

The staff there is amazing

This Motel 6 is really showing its wear. Shower head kept drooping, furniture damaged and bed was horrible.
3.4
It’s a decent place for a stopover. Property needs some renovation

Never would have stayed here if we’d known how terrible the neighborhood was. Syringes in the grass surrounding the property, burn spots on the suite side tables. Did not feel safe.
Really great staff though, which was a big plus

The employees were all very nice, the pool and entrance into the parking lot were nice, but the rest was in need of repairs. Our room was pretty comfortable, 2/3 lights in the main room space were burnt out, there was no mini fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room and our room had only hands towels clean and restocked. I contacted the office and informed them of the missing towels and was told they were behid on laundry since one of their dryers was down at the moment. But come morning and up until we were to ready to leave, no towels were brought up. This place needs updated appliances and a facelift. However, the bed and pillows are really com

You get what you pay for. It's cheap. So the area wasn't great (saw someone dumpster diving as I was parking), I could hear noises outside in the morning, they only had a bar of soap (no shampoo), cleaning was just sufficient (no active piles of dirt but limescale on fixtures, etc), etc. The bed was comfy enough, though, and the wifi worked, so it did what I needed to, if not anything more than that.

I would highly recommend Bechelli.
