Nice hotel in good location. Some street noise due to central location. Steps from Boston Common. Good restaurant.

I was in Boston at a corporate experience I was hosting at Hampshire House. Beacon Hill Hotel was a great extension to that. Not only is the hotel beautiful and restaurant delicious, they are super helpful in accommodating to needs as it pertains to a busy time (they even helped me print items for my experience). All in all a lovely experience and I would stay here again!

No safe box in the room.

The room was small but comfortable. Location couldn’t be beaten, we loved it. Unfortunately, during our three night stay, housekeeping did not visit our room once. I think this may have been a mistake as I asked staff and they said ordinarily the rooms do get seen to daily. We also had only one towel so had to ask for more. The check in was quick but we were given very little information and had no idea about the complimentary continental breakfast until afterwards. This is a great place to stay but for the price I probably expected more.

Ideal for vacationer’s that don’t need to spend a lot of time inn the room, Room clean modern and quiet. The only exception is the Terrace door that slams shut on the 3rd Floor. The hotel should provide ear plugs or change the door. Plenty of restaurants, shops and snacks. Perfect for walkers, explorers

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Excellent location and walkable to everywhere. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the street during our stay. Will definitely stay again during our next trip to Boston!

Small boutique hotel. Room was spacious and clean.

I loved the small, boutique size of the hotel. The staff were amazing, especially Austin Griffith. He was a huge help with making all my plans and his recommendations were spot on.

Rooms and Bathrooms are VERY small but very nice! Staff was very helpful.. The only downside I failed to read about is there is no hotel parking or valet. You have to park in the public garage. I wish I hadn't had a car..

Nicely updated. Staff was a little clueless though. P

From the moment we walked into the lobby at Beacon Hill Hotel we were greeted and treated like VIPs. The room, was a corner, looking out over Charles Street. Perfectly comfortable and artfully appointed. My only complaint and this is silly the pillows too puffy. We dined there as well and the food and service was superb.

Charming hotel in great location. Welcoming, friendly staff. Bar and restaurant very good. Beds very comfortable and room quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. No robes or extras.

Room is very small, but functional and spotless. Very quiet neighborhood and we had a good night sleep, bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, staff very pleasant and helpful. The cons, the hotel bar was closed by 10pm and there is no bottled water provided in the room.

We love this boutique hotel in Beacon Hill. It's on historic Charles street with lots of shops/restaurants, close to the Common and T stations. It's small and some of the rooms can be pretty small but we love the location and the homey feel of this small hotel. The restaurant on site is excellent too and has great veg/vegan options.

What a great stay! From the fantastic location, to the truly exceptional hospitality service provided by the team at the Beacon Hill Hotel, everything was top notch. We also had a chance to dine in the restaurant, which also exceeded expectations.

Beautiful location and great staff, room was tiny! Electric outlet didn’t work in bathroom which was super annoying. Not a great value for the money other than location, very clean!

Amazing place but no gym and no gym access a bummer.

The room was tiny, but otherwise, we loved everything about our stay. The staff was amazing, the room was adorable and very private, the building was beautiful and very quaint, and the food and wine at the restaurant was outstanding. We don't often stay in the middle of a posh neighborhood due to the expense, but this was absolutely worth it. It was a very special stay that we won't soon forget.

I loved the location, the atmosphere', the decor and the restaurant but there were some things that were inconvenient, like no bottled water or coffee or tea making equipment or refrigerator in the room and no room service. The staff refused to call me a cab to the airport. One of the hosts JR? and two of the waitresses were helpful and delightful but others were cold and unhelpful. I want to love this hotel but I felt the service was lacking especially for the price.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Perfect room exactly like pictures & comfortable bed. Ate both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, all excellent. All the folks working here are fantastic. We walked back from a concert at the Garden well after 11pm & they spotted us and were holding the door open for us when we got to it.

The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are not many rooms, so it doesn't feel very crowded. The rooms were clean and nice. We did not eat at the Bistro, but there were always many people there.

Terrific location. Rooms needs updating especially the windows. The heat had to be on high to offset the draft. Queen bed is really a full size and feels like it’s 20 years old.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant downstairs is very good and reasonably priced. The neighborhood is really fun, a very short walk to the Public Garden and Common. Despite the busy location I wasn't bothered by street noise.

I absolutely love everything about this wonderful hotel! My favorite part of course was staying in such a lovely room overlooking Charles street and right next to the outdoor patio!

The hotel is perfectly located. The service is excellent. The bed was super cozy. I just think they could update the decor a bit and add simple amenities, such as body lotion. Other than that really great place!
