This is very reasonably priced no frills motel that is exactly what we were looking for in our stay in Great Barrington. We didn’t want to spend a ton of money for a room where basically all we needed was a bed, bath and shower. It was remarkably clean and comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming.

Room was clean and comfortable. Person at desk was pleasant. View of very busy road and gas station. Was fine because I just needed a place to stay, the bedside table had convenient usb charging ports and outlets.

A motel which faces a busy road and gas station across the street. Room was clean and served my purposes. There is a 3 USB charge port and multiple outlets located on top of the bedside table which I found very useful.

If you are simply looking for a room, this place is ok. However, rooms are severely outdated, small, shower is tiny, needs significant renovation. I would not stay there again.

Bathroom is tiny — but rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and there’s a wonderful breakfast place across the street. Not picturesque but fine.

Ratings are based on value, especially in light of the very low nightly cost = excellent. The room has everything a non-fussy person would need. Easy check-in. TV/Free wifi. Convenient electrical outlets for electronics. Great location with many dining options. Bed/pillows comfortable. Clean full bathroom with soap, shampoo/condition, ample towels, extra toilet paper, tissues. Ample parking right in front of our rooms. One level means no one stomping above you, and I heard nothing from neighbors or traffic. No free breakfast, but you should really take advantage of the many breakfast places in Great Barrington which is just down the road - in addition ones closer on Rt 7.

Great stay for 4 nights while attending a music festival 30 minutes away in NY. 2 Queen room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet regarding units on either side. Some road noise but not horrible. Definitely take eye masks for lights. Pleasant and helpful owner and staff.

I stay there a lot. A few times a year. It is convenient to all the events in the Berkshires. A very convenient location and parking with basically NO hassle.

Mold on the ceiling of the room, clogged toilet and bathtub. Very dirty bathroom with hair everywhere. The hotel stinks! It looks beautiful in the pictures but inside it's not worth $50 a night! I took my girlfriend for a weekend in the area and had the worst experience for paying $200 a night.

Basic bare bones small quite clean motel room old but decent mattress, good pillows, small frig, tiny clean bathroom w walk in shower, hairdryer on wall. Adequate heater/A/C, quiet operation. Pricey for what you get but ok for the area. Ok for short stay.

This small, no frills motel has a wonderful old school vibe. Our room was spotlessly clean and though next to a busy road, was soooo quiet when the door closed. The bed was very comfortable and the staff members were very friendly.

We always stay here when visiting the Berkshires. The location is perfect for us. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The owner and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. A real gem. Can’t go wrong.

This is an older style motel that has been updated and kept clean and pleasant. It has a retro feel to it. The owner/manager was helpful and even chased me down to return an item I dropped in the lobby. Convenient location for enjoying the Berkshires.

Not sure about the other reviews, perhaps I got a bad room. Very outdated, anything that should be white was yellowed with age, screens were falling out so bugs came in with windows open. Door did not fully close so deadbolt was inoperable. Disgusting between sink and wall - not sure when last cleaned but others dirty soap bars and a huge spider/web had setup camp. Attempted to put shower curtain inside tub so water would not go on floor - but entire bottom of shower curtain was orange (aka) mold. I imagine a lot of folks have to enter bathroom sideways, it is that small and narrow. The entire room was extremely small.

The owners were wonderful! Our flights were delayed, and we were going to get in very late (early am) from our original time. They made our key available for our room so we could relax the rest of journey. We were able to get in our room and not have to disturb them or other customers. Very nice room. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in our room, but not a deal breaker. Very nice stay.
