It was a clean and comfortable place in the perfect place to visit many Berkshire and relatives..

Location. The staff were excellent and very helpful. There was a problem with my booking which they alerted me to, we were able to resolve the issue upon our arrival. The management were both helpful and understanding. Punal provided me with additional information about the area and some tips on best times to book future visits to the area. The room was very well taken care of, very clean and comfortable. The area was close to the venue we were attending that night

We found the cost for the room to be exceptionally high for what it was. That being said, other hotels in the area were dramatically inflated that night due to high demand. As explained to us, if we booked a different night we would find the same room considerably cheaper. There was no bath and the shower was very small and cramped, fortunately I am small otherwise this would have been a concern. There was a child running up and down the outside area on the second level quite early in the morning...a real thumper!

We only stayed overnight but were very satisfied with the suite of rooms

suite we stayed in, 301, is very spacious with a large living area, big bathroom with shower/bath with water jets, big bedroom and new appliances -- the refrigerator was brand new. The suite was very private in a separate small building with a few other suites. The rooms were adjacent to route 7 -- the main thoroughfare -- but sound proofing was adequate.

I would have preferred more storage area -- a closet or two and a dresser with draws would be very welcome.

Disappointing

The price and the location.

I think that some of the rooms might be rented by the week and the room my son was supposed to have smelt like drugs and the room next to him had a lot of people coming in and out. The manager refunded his money which was good and he did speak to the people in the room next to him, but he did not have another pet friendly room available. Therefore, my son had to go to another hotel out of town, which was a real inconvenience. My room was OK but I was uncomfortable not knowing what was going on there.

Beds were extremely comfortable and there a nice Brewery in walking distance for dinner.

This property is in the need of a major makeover.

TravelLodge, an older and simple motel, is very clean and comfortable with a helpful staff.

clean and comfortable; in a convenient location for traveling in Berkshire County.

Lock on door was a bit difficult to set. I could occasionally (for short periods) hear people in the next room talking as well as water and fans running in next-door bathroom.

Its was a nice clean room. Carpet was very clean smelled clean . toilet was clean. Only thing Lights went on and off and not enough coffee .sugar.or creamer. No snacks. No smoking vapes no menthol ciggs..

Stay far away!

If you are looking for that classic “roach motel” that is the type of place nightmares are made of, then this place is just for you! As a touring musician back in my younger days, I’ve stayed in some pretty nasty places, but this def takes the cake for the most disgusting, run down, musty with a hint of Damp-Rid, uncomfortable $hit holes I’ve ever stayed in. Upon pulling in the driveway, we were greeted by a pile of toilets just hanging out in the driveway. Upon entering the room, my allergies immediately went nuts as did my wife’s. The room itself had mystery leakage, gross stuff splattered on the ceilings, sinking mattresses, crusty bed sheets, moldy bathrooms, musty carpets, dust everywhere, cracks in the walls, mouse damage on the bed scrims, an incredibly filthy heating unit, and it’s crammed with a refrigerator that doesn’t work too good & a microwave that I wouldn’t heat my worst enemies lunch in. Do yourself a favor like I am going to do moving forward- spend the few extra bucks and stay at a actual hotel, because “travel lodge” is just a fancy word for the same old disgusting motel but with “amenities”. Gross 🤮

This was an unplanned stay. We stopped for lunch and fell in love with the location. Then we fell in love with the room.

It was just the most beautiful room overlooking the beach.

Basically, the whole place just seemed really tired. It could really use a a major pick-me-up.

Breakfast?? Was there supposed to be a breakfast?

I think that I stated it pretty clearly above. Great people but pretty disappointing room. However, we have stayed in worse!

If you're looking at this you know what kind of place it is, I think. It's not expensive, at all. It's a somewhat older motel with that kind of vibe. Obviously if you expect something else you might not be pleased..... but if you're looking for a motel with that older kind of feel, this is what you'd expect.
