We loved the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast each morning, with very good coffee. Coffee bar in the lobby, and fresh cookies each day. The rooms were outdated, but very clean and comfy. It felt like we were at grandmas house. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay here for a Thanksgiving trip with extended family. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. The bed was a little hard and the laminate flooring wasn't all the way glued to the floor in spots, but it wasn't too big of a deal. There was plenty of parking for trucks and trailers, and there was a nice breakfast each morning with plenty of seating. They had a playground that our extended family took advantage of, and a heated pool open part of the day. Housekeeping brought us towels when requested, and cleaned our room nicely when we were out one day. The staff was friendly to us, and we didn't have any complaints. There are definitely newer properties in town, but the price was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

What a great room for the price! This certainly exceeded expectations and will certainly be staying here again on our next visits to Moab! The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel!

I really like this hotel. It is a refreshing change from the cookie cutter sterility of the major chain. I like the decor, the windows that open, the ceiling fans, the friendly staff. But... The shower didn't work right, there was a trash can within arms reach of my window and the staff didn't seem to know what was going on.

I had an amazing experience at Aarchway Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff and hotel manager went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They even picked me up from the airport, which was incredibly thoughtful. Throughout my time there, they continued to be helpful, assisting with everything from getting me to my race start outside of town to picking me up after my race. They also helped me retrieve my bib – truly going the extra mile in making my trip stress-free. The hotel itself is lovely – quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained and provided a perfect place to relax after a busy day. I especially appreciated the breakfast, which offered fresh, changing options every morning – a nice touch! The location is also ideal, within walking distance to both the Colorado River and downtown, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I can confidently say Aarchway Inn offers a 5-star experience, and I will certainly be returning on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay when visiting Arches or Canyonlands. Quiet, clean rooms with good breakfast. Has storage room for bikes. Even though it was raining and cold one of the days we were there, the outdoor pool was heated warm enough to use it. Just had to ask a clerk to uncover the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

I didnt realize the pool was heated! We were able to enjoy the pool even in November. The room had 3 queen beds and a table with chairs and worked well for our 6 person family. I would stay here again.

It is a great place to stay for families because there's a large play area behind the hotel, plus a place to grill food, walk dogs, go on long walks. There is also parking for larger rigs, a place for storing bikes, a pool and hot tub, plus a large area for the included breakfast. I think they do a wonderful job here!

Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub in early November!! Extra touches like fresh baked cookies every afternoon were awesome! Super close to Arches, Canyonlands and downtown Moab. Loved this place!

We loved the place and will stay there again. We did have a problem with our reservation getting lost. I booked two rooms for three nights. Then closer to the reservation I changed them to 1 day later by calling the hotel. I confirmed that both rooms were changed and they assured me that it was done. When we arrived they only had one room and were totally booked. Zach at the front desk was very helpful and we booked a room at another hotel.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay a great deal. The hotel was clean and our room was spacious with nice amenities. The pool and pool area looked great although we did not have a chance to use it. The room i stayed in was older and needed updating badly. The front area is awesome with a great little coffee shop and snack bar along with souvenirs, free breakfast, great pool area, bar bq area, and kids play place. The doggy area could use some work though.

This family owned hotel is top-notch! We were impressed with the pool area as well as the lobby - they have a coffee shop as well as small gift shop right there. Our room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Highly recommend!
