I have been coming to the Oasis House for awhile an it’s my favorite place when visiting Boston!!
Can’t beat the location!! Right in the heart of Boston!
Train station nearby!
Short walk to Fenway Park!!
Michael, Scott, an Richard are there to help
make your stay comfortable!!
They do a free continental breakfast!
An I’ve met some wonderful people that have stayed there!!

To begin, there was excellent communication with the staff in regards to late arrival steps and overall property details. The Oasis Guest House was in a fantastic location to walk around! The room was very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was great. I loved the historic character of the place and would stay again!

From the great and easy check in process, multiple communication up to the day, friendliness of staff, and super clean room! I would give them 5 stars hands down! One of the best places for staying solo. I will be back again, thank you!!

Small room but perfectly comfortable for two people. Very friendly staff. Surprisingly nice continental breakfast. Quiet street. It was nice to stay at a small business instead of a big hotel chain. My only complaint would be the price, but I guess that's just what hotel rooms cost now.

I was traveling solo to visit family in Boston and had a great experience at Oasis guest house. I booked a room that included a shared bathroom and was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and availability of the bathrooms. The staff was warm and welcoming and the continental breakfast in the morning was great!

Wonderful stay. A short walk from Fenway Park. Would definitely recommend!

quick trip for a show/game. check in , easy; host wonderful. everything was great - room was nice, comfortable. only issue is our room was right next to breakfast dining area so a little loud in the AM- just made getting more coffee super easy ! would stay again - safe, comfy, walkable to all the things you could want.

Shared bathrooms (2 for I believe 4 floors) w about 7 other rooms per floor (maybe 100 sq ft total per floor) 10x8' rooms and paper thin walls were the best part of the stay. Good news is they have a policy about the only common area (also small and surrounded by tiny rooms) which is actually understandable. Got down there 15 min before their decided open (which I get) but I didn't make a single sound, phone volume completely off by myself 6:45 am waiting for my ride so I didn't have to wait outside. Manager kicked me out, when I told him how ridiculous that was bc I was being quiet and 15 min....and how now that we are yelling at each other which is far worse he told me to "get the f out". Been traveling a professional for 20 years. Worst experience (and I've stayed next to working "professionals" up all night audibly doing all sorts of stuff all week) I've ever had. Total hole, never stay here, cheaper than other options for an absolute reason, their customer service isn't poor, they will yell at you w profanity to "get the x out". Never stay here ever, stay in a hostel, on the street, whatever, never give them $275 a night for this joke. I've identified this to my company as a no go, neighborhood is limited, and I love Boston. This...is the worst.

We were in town overnight for a concert at the Music Hall. The guest house was within a short walking location to shopping and food. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room had everything that we needed. We both had a great sleep and felt well rested for our 7 hr drive back home. We appreciated the delicious fresh fruit and bagels for breakfast
Perfect for the two of us and we will definitely choose this location again if we are in Boston.
Thank you.

I had a short stay at Oasis Guest House but it was lovely and perfect for solo travelers. The check in and out processes were smooth thanks to the friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast spread was a nice touch. The only thing I'd note is that the en-suite bathrooms are quite tight and the shower is tiny. Still would recommend the rooms with bathrooms over those without, and would absolutely recommend someone to stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Oasis Guest House. It's very close to a lot of the sights in the city and easy to get around from here. As it's a residential street, it was much quieter than other places we've stayed in Boston. It's a no frills place to stay - very clean and simple.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Boston and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, making it very easy to get around the city. The room was good, though it was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped. A major downside was the shower, as the water pressure was very low, making it uncomfortable to use.
On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and it was definitely the highlight of the stay. However, we had an issue with the room cleaning. On the promised cleaning day, it wasn’t done, and when we returned, we found a “do not disturb” sign on the door, as if we had placed it there, which we hadn’t. This was quite frustrating.
Despite this, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and overall, the value for money was good for what the hotel offered.

Had an event in town ona Sunday and decided to stay overnight instead of driving home and back to Boston and found this place, it was within walking distance of the venue (Fenway area) and was inexpensive compared to hotels.
In all honesty I was a bit hesitant but as I was only looking for a place to sleep after the event so I could get up and go to work I took the plunge, and I'm glad I did.
I literally got a bedroom, bathroom was (essentially) across the hall - I ran into no issues with other people using it. Overall it was a nice place, I would certainly use it again if allI really need is a bed.
They do offer breakfast, unfortunately I overslept and couldn't stop to test it out but it smelled good!
Parking is a bit tricky, if you use their spots. They send very detailed instructions on parking and the spots are definitely for mid to smaller cars.

This was a great B&B in a really convenient spot for our concert night in Boston. Friendly service and excellent communications ahead of time. 3 minute walk to the nearest T station. Good continental breakfast. We would stay there again.

I was visiting Boston for the 1st time for work but had spare time where I planned to catch a game at Fenway and explore the city, so I originally chose Oasis Guest House because of the 10 min walk to Fenway. It is in a very clean area right by Berklee college of Music so it is a younger crowd which I enjoyed. This is a bed and breakfast so they offer breakfast from 7am-10am in a clean living room lobby like area. I felt it was just as good as a Marriot breakfast minus the waffle maker. The staff was very hospitable and even accommodated my luggage when I arrived to early to check in. I will 100% stay here again if I come back to a game at Fenway

Amazing location! Close to MBTA station, restaurants, CVS and backing onto a police station. Amazing price for a solo traveler using the shared bathroom option. :)

Very good B&B with an excellent breakfast and comfortable clean rooms. Comfortable beds and excellent shower. Noise travels a lot throughout the property because it’s an old building but the owners make it clear that guests should be quiet between 10pm and 7am which works very well. However it would be good to be allowed to use the communal kitchen area to get a cup of tea before 7am.

Great bnb. The room was small but comfy and clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet too. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great too with easy access to the T and close to the bus for the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is simple but very pleasant, with very clean bed and bath linen, a comfortable bed and an ok shower!
What surprised me was the breakfast, it was very good with plenty of choice for the American standard, the employee Mike is very kind and attentive. We were able to walk to the M&GM Hall very easily! We were able to sleep well without noise, I'd definitely come back!

A very convenient hotel room that is 15 minutes from Fenway and 10 minutes from the #8 stop on the Hop on Hop Off stop!
The hotel was clean, but the front desk personnel remained very stand offish, distant and somewhat unfriendly!
Our room was worth the price, but don’t expect the Oasis to make you stay feel warmly appreciated or welcome!

I nice to stay next to the ballpark and to central Boston.

Clean room but very small for the price and the whole place looks tired. Breakfast "buffet" consisted of a few hard boiled eggs a bit if fruit and some cereal. Nice location, though and some good bars and restaurants jn the area and also very close to public transport.

Great location, good included breakfast.

Nice room where I stayed. Close Fenway Park, 10 minutes walking. Clean bathrooms and have everything necessary to take a shower. Thank you

Great location in between Fenway and downtown Boston. Reasonable rates compared with other larger hotels in the area. Small rooms but worked well for a shorter stay.

A good choice for a b and b near to the subway and in a nice part of Boston. Would recommend.

Booked the stay to attend a Red Sox game. It is an easy 10 - 15 minute walk. Very friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The Logan shuttle to the airport was within walking distance, and it is only $3.

A very quaint building, perfect location for our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for my visit. Walking distance to every kind of food you can imagine, numerous parks, and plenty of socializing options. My stay was quiet and a perfect place to gather myself and rest. Very clean, parking options, and other accommodations. Two minute walk from a large park and five minutes from the whole Fenway area (baseball and music venue). Definitely recommend if catching events in the area, and I will be looking stay here if I am ever back around.

I had an excellent stay here, the area was quiet and safe, which is very important to me as a solo female traveler. While I spent most of my time exploring the city, the room was cozy- enough for my needs and the bathroom was always clean with fresh towels put out each day. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

The parking was very tight. I had space ag. I think using a lot nearby would be better.
