Hotel is clean and quiet. It’s outside of the French Quarter, but an easy walk to it.
We were here for the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel and staff did so many cute things for the Swifties. Really loved their enthusiasm for us!

We chose this hotel because was across the street from the convention for meetings. Glad we chose this one… very nice & quite.
4.0
They need to work on the cleanliness of the bathrooms especially the floors under the sink. Not to much to do around the area.

We chose this location for a meeting at the convention center & is conveniently across the street.
Friendly staff & clean room.

This place was right next door to the Convention Center.
The only thing this Hotel did not have was good coffee.

Very nice property. Concierge was very helpful. Close enough to walk or take a cheap Uber around.

I was very impressed how easy it was to check in, very hospitable front desk. We were able to check in several hours early, which was fantastic. The bartender was super kind and made several yummy cocktails. The room was much bigger than I anticipated (a plus) and very clean!
3.0
The property was nice staff was friendly but we had to move twice because the air conditioner not functioning properly I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a smoking area and I had to smoke on the outside of the property where its dark and might get mugged etc!!!!

This was a family friendly nice clean stay.
Bathroom doors did not lock.
Staff welcoming and friendly.
Very safe.
Walking distance from Bourbon ST.
Plus trust me you don’t want to stay right in Bourbon ST.

I reserved two rooms on the club floor, with access to M Club. The food mediocre, No dedicated staff to ask if we wanted anything, etc, The floor was sticky, and temperature was freezing. Not worth the price paid for club access.

Great location for Convention Center, but 15th floor water pressure wasn't great.

Hotel was great! Walking around in evenings was safe. Area was clean & convenient to many things. Although our team didn’t win, it was a great trip…thanks NOLA!

It was a short stay, check-in/out were smooth and pleasant, room was very clean and comfortable, I appreciated the ability to have my luggage checked while we explored the WWII museum. Valet service was great.

Overall a great place to stay. Excellent access to the Convention Center. The Concierge was great, too. The room was clean and everything worked fine, except for the toilet that was quirky and needed a new float. It actually flushed itself in the middle of the night, twice, which I did not think was even possible. The restaurant/bar on the ground floor had good service and good food, although the menu was short. Last, they failed to clean the room one of our six days there.

Good hotel to stay at if you like the quietness, don't want to be in the middle of everything, but still walking distance.

The hotel was perfect for a quick trip to New Orleans from Atlanta. It was Labor Day weekend and wasn’t overwhelming at all. The staff was courteous, I was able to upgrade our room. This location is across the street from the convention center and shopping at the river walk.we didn’t use our car at all, and it’s about a hot mile from bourbon street! Perfect! Will definitely stay again.

I love how it was designed and the feel of the hotel. I really enjoyed the ambience. All the staff, Adam, Micalah (I apologize if I spelled it wrong), as well as the bartender (i am sorry I can't remember name) are absolutely amazing, professional, helpful, as well as friendly.

I was in New Orleans for a family event in August, and the heat and humidity was unbearable. Because of that, we found ourseves taking more cab rides than we ever imagined. The staff at the front door was amazing, arranging cab rides for my party, all of us seniors, and helping us in and out of our rides.
I do want to give a shout out to Justin at the bar, who was extraordinary in the service he provided to us. Not wanting to deal with cabs and go back out into the heat, we had several dinners ar the hotel, and Justin cheerfully and very kindly helped us create pleasant dining experiences with a limited menu. Very attentive and always so upbeat! He was great!
And lastly, the ladies at reception made check in and check out easy and pleasant, very grateful to them.

Only issue I had is that, a item I know I placed on the table came up missing in my room and I looked everywhere for it, but over all I had a good time and loved my room and everything about the hotel
4.0
Loved everything about the hotel and the people are so friendly but if you actually want to sleep go to Walmart and buy a fan for $25 like we did because the room is HOT. Room 609

We had a great stay. I worried about parking a UHaul but there was an available lot right around the corner (*not overseen by the hotel*)! Conveniently located Starbucks in lobby and walking distance to several restaurants. Would stay again.

If you are going to Convention Center it is perfect. It’s a short walk across the street. Corner store, across from shopping mall and food court. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Definitely expected better.

The service and location
4.0
Loved the inside of the hotel…upscale and the rooms are redone nicely! The outside of the hotel looks old, and the whole area feels unsafe at night. Must use valet for parking ($45-$50/per night plus tips…and tipping each time we left and came back got expensive). Right across the street from convention center and the Riverwalk mall.
Super friendly/helpful staff and valet!

We were only there briefly but the hotel was fine. A little far from the quarter but we knew that.
Our only issue was trying to get checked in. Since you can't check in until 4, as is with most hotels, there is no place to pull up to unload your luggage . You have to park in the middle of the street and wait along with us to be able to give the car to a valet and check in. There were no luggage carts outside either. I am sure it is normal as i understand businesses are still having trouble hiring help.
But all the staff we encountered and including parking attendants were very helpful and friendly
