Recently renovated rooms are simple but functional and clean. The noise insulation between rooms even in the renovated area is minimal, so we did hear the guests in the next room over. The hotel is near a race track, so there was a lot of noise from the zooming racecars too. Overall it was a good simple motel for a cheaper one-night stay on Long Island. It might not be very comfortable for staying more than a couple days though. Staff were helpful. Yes there is a $100 deposit, like almost every hotel in America. Not an issue if you're expecting it.

The place is was under construction. Which Hotels.com never said. We could have stay in a refurbished if we had known. But instead we in circa 1970's room that was gross. We only came back to the hotel so we could sleep. The place looked like the Bates motel. We check in late asked if we could up grade to a new room we were willing to pay more for. We were told the there were non available. Which was a lie. The day manager was nice but by then it was too late to switch. Hotels dot com needs to do a better job at giving hotel conditions. Instead of putting a hold for incidentals on my credit card the the actual charges my card for $100 Only refunded it after looking over our room. We could not have done damage to the room even if we wanted it was already gross. I am sure it will be a nice place after the Remodel but for now it is creepy

I stayed here with my husband for a friend’s wedding and was very pleased with the experience! The single double-bed room was on the first floor and clearly newly renovated. The space is much smaller than the average hotel room, but for two people who packed light, it was great for a short stay. The room has everything - coffee brewer, microwave, mini fridge, toiletries, hair dryer, and a small tv. There is closet or drawers, but there is a small hanging rack and counter top we hung our wedding attire from and put our bags on. The shower pressure and water was perfect, and despite the closeness to the main road, it was a quiet stay! The mattress was really comfortable (I like a softer mattress) and we slept well. I LOVE that there is no carpet anywhere in the new rooms. Everything feels and looks so clean. My only wish is that the pillows were higher quality/thickness, and that each side of the bed was provided 2 pillows. The mattress cover and fitted sheet also barely fit over the new mattress, but fortunately stayed put while we slept. The fitted sheet was also a much rougher material than the rest of the sheets provided. Other than those 2 minor comments, everything was pleasant and positive experience!

This is a clean, renovated motel. Joseph was very helpful and professional and gave me a nice renovated room. The rooms are small but have everything one needs for a quick trip, including mini-fridge and microwave.

It was such a cozy room brand new. It was serviced each day. I’m happy I stayed there and will stay again. It was undergoing a renovation but there was no noise. It’s a good find for the Hampton Area.

Overall cute place going through construction for upgrades. Rooms did. It have chain apparatus only deadbolt with card key which didn’t make me feel overwhelmingly safe. It’s also dark when you pull in. Might be bc it is going through upgrades. But it is a cute old school motel but with modern upgrades very demure.

The front desk staff person was not unpleasant, but he wasn't helpful in any way. I explained to him that I had a wife and little girl with me but he said we would be fine in our room. We got to our room and while the room was clean, there was a electric outlet cover missing with the device sticking out. When I sat onto my bed, it immediately sink in, the bed was broken. My wife also has sleep apnea (we should have brought her pillows). I went down to the office and the front desk person was in one of the couches in the lobby area fast asleep. It was only 6 or 7pm. I asked him if we could switch room because the room was unsafe for my little girl. The place is under renovation apparently so I asked for a renovated room. He said they had no other rooms, they were fully booked. I told him the bed was broken and the electrical outlet was sticking out of the wall. He said he couldnt but he would leave a note for his manager. No manager called. I even offered him $20. I then finally just asked for a couple extra pillows and he said they didn't have any. The room was clean. There is no extra latch on the door and the bathroom window exits to the hallway so it feels unsafe. There are some sketchy characters running around but I wasn't too worried about that. I was really concerned for bed bugs but didnt find any. All in all, pretty amateur experience but not completely terrible.

Under new ownership and they are doing top to bottom renovation. Was in a newly-renovated room. Very nicely done--simple, modern and pleasant decor. So please ignore the previous reviews from before they changed ownership. If just looking for an economical place to sleep while visiting the Hamptons area, check it out.

I was pleased with the updates. Everything was new from the flooring to the linens. The linens had a nice scent not like bleach. Pillows and bed and towels were new and comfortable. The single room is perfect for a single person. It was worth the $$ for a good nights sleep. New in-room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator which I didn’t use but still nice to have.

This property should be removed from Expedia. It is an embarrassing property. We had no lights in our room! We found that out as we returned at 9:15 pm from dinner. The curtains were tied in knots! When we unfurled they were held together with a safety pin. The window screen was torn! And the traffic roared by. At around 3am someone tried to enter our door. There were workmen a few doors down hanging so J assumed it was one of them. This was a very scary terrible nightmare of a place with a very unfriendly lady at the front desk!!
