This place was fabulous! Made a last minute reservation as we were driving home to Texas from Idaho. The property was beautiful in a safe neighborhood and offered a playground for the kids, a small beautiful pond to walk around, and a hot tub that was perfect after 12 hours of driving. The employees were very nice, friendly, and welcoming! We will definitely be back when we can stay a few days but I’m super excited we found this place for future trips!

Wonderful and charming! Amit was a valuable help. Twin Lakes is quiet and clean. Definitely recommend!

Had to come to Boulder due to a family emergency. Although the weekend rates were a bit spendy, they were the best in the area on short notice. But the weekday rates are GREAT—allowing us a respite from the hospital, etc.

Accommodating late check in contactless procedure. Very spacious room, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast.

Lovely couple operating the Inn. Very friendly & accommodating. Inn was reasonably priced compared to downtown Boulder. Nice outdoor area with gazebo & grass. Adequate breakfast & good coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

Just outside of Boulder’s bustle, the Inn was so quiet I wasn’t sure there were other guests there until I saw lots of cars in the parking lot. There’s a nice trail that goes from the property to the Twin Lakes so it’s easy to work up an appetite for breakfast, which had a nice range of “continental “ options. We loved our room, which had a sofa for watching TV and a table for games or working. The hot tub is enclosed for year-round use. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the hotel. Everyone was really nice and it was clean. The beds were comfortable. I loved that it was on the North side of Boulder in a quiet neighborhood area. You do need a car to stay at this place because it is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Boulder and doesn’t have any restaurants near it. However, I loved that it was close, but felt far away.

Absolutely adorable little inn nestled right on the outside of the inner city of Boulder. Makes you feel right at home with the coozy reading nook and the homemade breakfast, fresh fruit and friendly staff! 10/10 highly recommended!

Quaint, old school hotel with plenty of pet friendly rooms. Has a full community kitchen--useful for groups and heating leftovers. Located in a quiet neighborhood, 12 min from Univ of Colorado Boulder.

I don't really have much to say. The man behind the counter was quite helpful. Everything was fine, however the hotel mattresses were bouncing around a lot, which I don't enjoy.

The room is very serviceable but it is clearly geared for long term residents. Great neighborhood with nice walking options.

The hotel was in a nice place near a small lake, which invited me for a walk at the end of each day. There were two tables on the front porch, where I had breakfast each day.

This wasn't your ordinary Inn, it had a very different feel to it. At first we were apprehensive because one of the staff members mixed up the room charge and credit card information, which threw us into a confusion tail spin. However, the next morning we were able to talk to the owner directly at the front desk and he said he was aware if the situation and was working on a solution. After he assured me he would remedy the situation, we had a great conversation with him.
In short, he went above and beyond to help us out and it helped us relax on what was turning out to be a stressful trip for other reasons. I can say we would stay at this quirky peaceful little Inn again.

Fairly large king room - table/chairs and lounge chair. Older small hotel but clean and pleasant. We sat in the hot tub which was clean and not over-chlorinated. Clean breakfast room with adequate options to eat and seating inside or outside.
The gentleman there at checkin was very friendly and quite nice. Enjoyed our conversations with him and we appreciated him taking the extra time. A big thank-you to him!!

Sadly the twin lakes had some
Algae bloom or something going on. Nothing the Inn can do about it but it was disappointing. The bathroom floor linoleum was curling up and needed to be replaced but otherwise it’s old but clean.
The breakfast was simple but had standard offerings.
I appreciated the full size appliances and laundry facilities.
Next time I will probably stay in boulder proper, but for under $100 it was good.

What a lovely stay! As other reviews have said, the owner/manager and all the staff are just wonderful, kind, helpful. The bed was very comfortable, lots of room in the room, and the community kitchen was a huge plus for me. Yes, it’s an older building but does not have a run down feel at all. Very cared for feel. I’d recommend.

The property was very clean, and we appreciated the size of our room and the inclusion of a couch / seating area. The hotel is pretty far outside of Boulder proper.
