The front desk staff were amaze and helped with booking an excursion as well as a very early pick up to airport. They stored my luggage while we played Al day then brought it to our room when we returned to complete check in

We booked a king room months again, was given a twin room, they said the manager changed it to a twin as they were shortage of a king. The hair conditioner was topped up with body lotion instead, that actually ruined my stay, 2 faults with this booking meaning this hotel is NOT for us .

Our stay at Hotel 1000 LXR in downtown Seattle was amazing. The room was pristine and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Location was incredible and walkable to most places of interest. We will be back!

Beautiful Hotel; great location within walking distance of the Seattle waterfront and pike street market... Friendly staff; eager to assist in any way. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing was that the pictures for the King suite were deceiving as we booked it based on the idea that it had a separate area/bedroom but it did not. No divider between the king bed and queen pull out couch. Otherwise very very comfortable.

Mother/Daughter trip and we were only in downtown Seattle overnight and Hotell 1000 was centrally located. Room and view from the 14th fl were spectular. Front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. Room and amenties spot on !

Disappointed in the actual property given the price paid. There’s a reason they don’t show the shower and toilet in the photos - they’re very dated and resemble that of a cheap commercial gym. Bathroom aside, the bed was comfortable, the room was roomy, and the cleaning service was great. Area around the hotel is questionable. If you don’t like touristy areas, then avoid this location. Convenient to ferries and Pike Place though.

This has to be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Fitness facility was the best hotel fitness center I have seen. The bathtub fills from a faucet in the ceiling which was quite interesting.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean room with a full bathroom and views of the water. Loved the Frette linens (and plenty of them!) and Le Labo products, which I also use at home. Drew was a wonderful host and clearly loves what she does. We had fantastic drinks at the downstairs bar. Valet was prompt and very helpful. My only regret was not booking a longer trip. I had come in last-minute from another similarly priced hotel (not a Hilton) in downtown after my room needed maintenance, and the contrast in environment and service was truly impressive. I am so grateful for such a serendipitous experience.

The staff here were above and beyond helpful. Gave us restaurant recommendations no matter where in the city we were going. Lots of great tips, extra pillows, etc. This hotel was very aesthetically pleasing, we loved the bathroom and the autoshade. We used the fitness center (great amenities) and ate at the restaurant for breakfast (very good food and price). The best part was how close we were to the market, it took me about 3-5 minutes to walk there. Took about the same amount of time to walk to the waterfront right near the great wheel. The neighborhood was very safe and I felt comfortable there. We used spot hero to find cheaper parking after the first night about three blocks away and it was safe.

My review would be better but for two issues: the location is depressed and not that safe since COVID, and the WiFi failed. The hotel is clean and has a nice decor and nice service, breakfast yummy, etc…. but the failed WiFi really makes things difficult nowadays. Hopefully that will be corrected soon.

It was a wonderful experience and the staff who checked us in were wonderful. However that all was negated after the person working the front desk was extremely rude, made us feel unwelcome and then went on to tack on several erroneous charges that are now in dispute with our banking institution. Very disappointing as our intention was to extend our stay but won’t be going back based on the rude treatment by this employee.
