The room was very nice, but extremely cold. Even the water was cold in the shower. The heat and hot water took way too long to regulate and maintain.

The window blinds were tattered. Not a good impression. Checking out no one was at the desk. Container left to drop keys. Upon arriving the desk clerk seemed a bit bored and not friendly.

could need an air purifier smelled musty like a place that had no ventilation or fresh air bought air fresheners and sprayed lysol seat in shower had ring of mould around it and shower head did not stay in holder

Used a gift card and therefore no discounts allowed when booked by a third party. No HILTON points which was a bummer. No senior or military either. No free. Breakfast for any booking. Not a draw for what it cost to stay there. Stay away from weekends because weddings venues are ,out and raucous. Then there’s the jug handle to get out. Yikes.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was conveniently located near many restaurants and businesses that cater to the wants and needs of tourists and regular customers alike. All staff members we encountered were pleasant and represented the hotel well! We were pleased with our room as it was properly cleaned and spacious for my family's stay. This is definitely a hotel we would be willing to stay at again during another trip though we checked most of the boxes of local and nearby tourist attractions. Being close enough to the interstate (without irritation of noise cause by traffic) allowed us to quickly travel to destinations a bit farther away and that was a bonus for this trip. We're thankful to all the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton staff for making this a memorable trip!

The hotel itself is very beautiful. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. It was quiet and we appreciated the help of the desk clerk,Patrick, who went above and beyond to help us. FYI: the TV remote control had a down volume button that didn’t work.

We stayed overnight so we could visit Six Flags both Saturday and Sunday. The distance between here and Six Flags is not bad at all. Nice pool, very clean and we paid extra for breakfast which was not as bad as I thought. $10 for continental and $14 for hot, overall great stay.

The hotel was nice, but there is no soundproofing between rooms. When the overly loud AC was on you couldn't hear the neighbors. Otherwise you could hear every footfall in the hallway and "personal sounds" coming from other rooms.

I loved how clean and how nice they kept their grounds. The only down side was other guest who were selfish enough to think that having a loud conversation and their kids running around at 0630am was ok and dont take the kids part wrong i have kids on my own but 63pam on sunday is def not ok

Clean and comfortable. Multiple maintenance problems in the rooms bathroom including a leaky P Trap that was so bad that puddles formed on the bathroom floor when the sink was used. This was repaired as was the stopped up bathroom sink. Be careful when showering as either the single control lever or the water temperature mixing valve need to be replaced. A temperature adjustment that taps a little too far in the wrong direction gets you a blast of either boiling hot or freezing cold water. Otherwise the temperature is just tolerable. Clearly the shower gel is the most frequently used of the three soap containers in the shower as the bolt securing the gel container to wall is coming loose and the threads are showing. Topping it off on the morning of departure was the check out clerk with the tattoos on her hand and neck that could not be troubled to look away from her phones text messages while saying to a departing guest "have a good one."
