Cable was having an issue while watching Football Game

My stay was great. The hotel was very accommodating which made our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

I was disappointed to hear that the fireplaces were shut off. I specifically booked a fireplace room, but they were off for the season. The pool was a bit murky the first few days, but they fixed it. The spa was completely gone - didn't get that email until I arrived. Lastly, I had called to confirm a first floor room weeks ahead of time, but none were available when I arrived. The elevator was fine, but first floor would have been much better since I was traveling with two people in their 80s. Staff was very nice.

One problem I encountered was the soap in the bathroom made the bathtub way to slippery I slipped a couple of times in the bathtub luckily, I managed to stabilize myself against the wall and prevented a fall. Maybe putting a non-slip mat in the tub for seniors could prevent an accident. Second, I had a difficult time accessing the internet for my tablet, what the front desk was telling me on how to gain access did not work they shrugged me off and told me to call a 1-800 number to call to diagnose the problem. I'm not good with current technology I'm still living in the 70s so I had a lot of difficulty understanding and implementing the changes to gain access to the internet, in the end he accessed my IP number, and I was able to gain access.

Only issue I really had was the overnight front desk. The guy was rude and uncaring. His communication skills need work along with his attitude. Everyone else was helpful but him and I recommend the company trains him on customer service. The hot tub wasn’t working so I didn’t bother to try the pool. It would have been great if they offered dinner here. I’m so happy there was a kitchen in the room because there’s not much to eat around there. Overall my stay was decent and quiet.

This property is with group of hotels near airport but not walking distance to much of anything. You need transportation. Description had a hot tub and pool but hot tub did not exist. Our room was missing a ceramic tile in the kitchen, patio screen was torn, shower track was very dirty, patio door and track was very dirty and we had to ask three times to get maid service. We stay in many hotels in a year and this one was average at best.

Would stay again/ loved location!

Stayed at this hotel a few times always nice and clean

Very disappointing.

Nice stay, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. We had one issue we couldn’t get resolved. Our group had four people in the room and only three towels. Asked for an additional towel two times and never received one.
4.5
Gave us one towel. Had to request multiple times. Toilet ran continuously impossible to sleep it was so loud. No maintenance at night

It is a nice hotel and very cozy. Great breakfast. It needs cleaned up in the parking lot. Lots of cigarette buds laying around.

We arrived a bit early and the great staff got us to our room in pretty quick fashion. It was spotless.

As soon as I got into the room I noticed the bathroom light didn’t work. I called front desk and was told that they had a few rooms left they could move me. And then he changed and said, since it’s just a light I’ll get someone to come fix it. I waited about 30 minutes and called back. A different person answered and said there the hotel was completely booked and there was no maintenance person to come fix the light. My complaint is that the first person I spoke with should have followed up with me and moved me to a different room before the rooms were all booked. I had to spend the night with no light in the bathroom. I’m glad that I didn’t stumble and fall in the dark. I feel like it’s poor customer service to not try to make things right for your customer. No one is accountable these days.

Overall a nice place to stay. Beds were very comfy. Basketball/ tennis court is great for kids. Liked that there's a patio if you stay on the 1st floor, but ours was a bit dirty and had trash on it. Pretty upset that the pool was closed, but they did say that we could use the pool at another hotel close by.

The room was great but the hallways smelled like food and it was a little unappealing.

I was under the impression that there was a hot tub in the amenities, that was the sole purpose of booking with this hotel.

Saturday night was very chaotic with unsupervised baseball kids running loudly through the halls late into the night.
Very little to no housekeeping during our multinight stay.

Good place to stay with family

The shower water pressure is probably not sufficient to get shampoo out of thick women’s hair. The room was nice and bed comfortable, but a bad shower is difficult to overcome.
4.5
The place is older and didn't feel necessarily the safest for the kids to go anywhere by themselves, maybe due to the location of the hotel. The breakfast area was very bright and spacious, and the patrons at breakfast were all very good company. The front counter service definitely was as helpful as they could be, which was appreciated. The room was spacious with kitchen, with privacy door to bedroom. The comfort of bed and pillow was top of the line.

Upon arrival I was first surprised that I was given the exact same room that I had two years before. Seems suspect to me. I was super disappointed because I remembered the room was rundown back then. This time it is worse. The air condition is so loud you can literally hear it running all night and super loud while in the restroom. Nothing had changed in two years except it is dirty and raggedy the floor was sticky and dirty. I asked for someone to come clean it and was told there was no one available. I got on my hands and knees and cleaned the floor with Clorox wipes. I also cleaned the whole room with wipes. There was a huge stain on the couch so I wasn’t sitting on that. Unfortunately we had already paid through Travelocity so I was stuck there. I went to hang up my towel and the whole rack fell on the ground. Where it stayed on the floor. 😡. I spilt ketchup and food on the sheets the next morning. My room was “cleaned” but instead of changing the dirty sheets they just made the bed and left the sheets as they were. I didn’t want it to happen the next day so I took them of the bed and the cleaning crew decided not to clean my room. Per the front desk she’s not sure why that happened. I asked for sheets and my husband had to go get them since it was super late and we were tired and I wasn’t sitting on that couch or the mattress pad without sheets. There I was changing sheets. Makes absolutely no sense to me. There was absolutely nothing good about this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast

The room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was a bit of a mess upon arrival and I couldn’t believe the pet fee was $150, that’s the highest I’ve seen in a long time!

Great property all around! Super friendly staff.

This hotel has nice rooms and great customer service. Definitely an enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I did call the front office on night 1 because the air conditioner was soooo loud, we couldn’t sleep. I called the office and they said they would call back in a few minutes after talking to maintenance. The call never came and it was 9:30 with young kiddos so we decide to turn the air off so be could sleep. No one addressed the issue the next day and we decided it was a bigger pain to move, so we just stayed put. Our kids loved the pool and the outdoor area was so nice but I was extremely disappointed in the no hot tub. Pictures showed one and I always book places for a hot tub because it was important. Got an email after we already checked OUT that there is no longer a hot tub there.

The shower was broken in one of the bathrooms. When the front desk guy was notified of issue, he did not seem to care or make a note of the problem.

The Hotel itself was excellent. The staff was very prrsonable and helpful. They weny above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! However, the rooms, although very clean could use some upgrades and renovations.
