We would not recommend this location to anyone else since the service was not very good. We were surprised since “The M

The property was close to the family member we were visiting and the breakfast food was good from the cafe.

The rooms were in need of renovation; there were too many things missing from the room that we had to keep asking for. We requested housekeeping but did not receive it for any of the days we were there.

Acceptable, but not exceptional.

Location was great and the hotel was clean.

The only breakfast option was to pay at the bistro. The property was under construction so the pool was closed. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The TV was in an awkward position to watch from bed. The a/c was not adjustable below 65 and it was warm at night.

Great stay

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott because the Hyatt Place had cancelled one of our rooms without notifying us. They said it was because my name was on another reservation so they cancelled one room. I was very upset as I had 4 teenage girls with us and they cancelled their room. The attendant at the front desk thought it would be ok if I left 4 teenage girls alone in the hotel for the evening. The Courtyard Marriott was next door, I quickly booked two rooms online, left the Hyatt Place and went next door. The evening attendant was very friendly and got us checked in quickly as she could see I was very upset. The girls got their room and my husband, son and myself got our room. I even received a complimentary drink for my troubles. The rooms were a nice size, clean, and the beds where unbelievably comfortable. They didn't offer breakfast but had a little Starbucks café in the lobby, with 4 teenage girls who like their coffee, it was an easy decision to get some coffee there and something lite to eat. Great Hotel.

Great location and amenities. The breakfast was really good.

The enclosed pool sound reverberations was horrible. The sound echoed of children playing normally was so loud we had to leave. Other guests would not enter due to the level of echo. Had to request a plunger for toilet.

Quiet room, friendly staff. Easy location in the area to access points.

The front desk workers are parking under the main canopy taking up space. This should not be where employees are parking under no circumstance. You guest need to be able to pull up and check in easy. So when workers are blocking the front check in area it makes for one upset customer. There was another car parked and they were not moving their car. You couldn't pull up and drive through with enough room to drive down the center with worker car blocking one side and others blocking the other. The same car guest was still there 90 minutes later and had not moved at all. We know for a fact it's your front desk lady parking there because it was the same car both days. The ice machine was not working. The sheets were probably clean but they looked like had coffee stains on them. There was a mound of hair in the bathroom shower room corner that was gross. We have stayed here before, but please focus better on these areas. I'm not a complainer and usually over look stuff, but I feel things slipping here.
