New beautifully decorated Inn. Very very comfortable beds & linens. Gorgeous walk-in rain shower. Right down the street and you have restaurants, coffee shops, and wine tasting. We loved it so much we would consider staying an additional night next time we are visiting Southern Oregon. Less than 20 mins from the Medford Airport.

Beautiful, modern, sparkling clean hotel in a very cute little town. The owner Jeff and the woman who checked us in Julie were super nice and really helpful for local recommendations. If you’re coming to Jacksonville or really anywhere near Medford, stay here. It’s a lovely place to spend a night.

This place was so charming and inviting. The staff was super friendly and the premises were grand yet provided many little nooks for quiet conversation and peaceful relaxation. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful home with beautiful decor and a lovely room!

we were "free range" guests and that was very comfy. Next stay will be in room 207. staff were very nice. Hotel decor and bedding was super tasteful and the primitive touches were beautiful. It was not over cluttered. the window in room 104 that looked out onto a patio with a ladder was disappointing and because we were on ground floor bathroom blind could have opened from top to bottom to allow more light.

This little gem is one of the most amazing bnb’s I have ever stayed at. Very calming decor, no tv’s to be found, plenty of books to read accompanied by plenty of cozy nooks to read them, delicious breakfast spread (especially the farm fresh eggs, yogurt/fruit parfaits and yummy local sourdough bread) and very comfortable beds. The owners and staff are all a delight and the entire place is immaculately clean. It is only a 4 block walk to the quaint little downtown which has adorable shops and restaurants. I will be returning as soon as I can!

This was our first stay in town and we’re so pleased that we picked such a lovely dog-friendly place. We booked another reservation before leaving and are looking forward to returning.

I booked a night for my parent’s 56th anniversary. The management was amazing in helping iron out logistics to make their trip special. My mom called immediately to tell me how amazing and beautiful it was and then again in the morning to tell me how relaxing, clean, and comfortable the room was. They had a wonderful stay. Quiet, low key, and perfect in every way.

Nice and clean, quiet and close to Main Street
The host even made dinner reservations for us at C Street Bistro which is a great place to eat/\.

Super cute place. It feels like home away from home and not like the typical hotel stay.
I will definitely come back

I cannot give enough praise or say enough good words about The Magnolia Hotel.
My stay was 100% wonderful from start to finish.
Highly, highly recommend.
I will definitely be returning.

Comfortable bed and great towels. Dirty glass in bathroom and bathroom baseboard had a pretty good accumulation of dust and hair in front of the toilet. Breakfast choices were very limited. Very noisy. You could hear everyone’s footsteps up and down the hallways, doors opening and closing, dishes and plates clanking in the dining area. I believe guests were trying to be quiet, but the walls seem to be very thin. Walking distance to Britt.

We absolutely loved our stay at Magnolia and will be back! It’s in a great location (very short walk to restaurants and The Britt venue), has a beautiful decor and the continental breakfast was healthy, fresh and delicious!

This was one of our all time favorite places to stay for our anniversary trip.

The Magnolia is a beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Jacksonville. We loved our stay here and had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his children, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll be back for sure.

The Magnolia Hotel/Inn couldn’t be more charming, nor in a better location. This fully remodeled inn, run by owner Jeff and his wife was one of the highlights on my trip to Oregon. I highly recommend it.

I had a recent short stay at Magnolia Inn. The owners were very nice, and the room was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The homemade bread pudding for breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed the jars of fresh fruit. I was so happy that the room had a fan in it (it's the little things). I would stay again, for sure.

Older, yet very well-maintained, property that fit right in with its historic surroundings. The owners were very personable, and the rooms were very clean. Each room has its own decor that keeps with the historical theme of surrounding Jacksonville and the inn itself. It’s pretty centrally located, and is within easy walking distance from the handful of shops/restaurants downtown. Britt Pavilion, a frequent summer outdoor concert venue, is also just about a 10-minute walk.
My only real knock against the property is the soundproofing, or lack thereof. Because of the age and construction of the building (single-pane windows and uninsulated walls), it didn’t do much to muffle the noises from inside or outside the room. Most of the rooms are situated around a common kitchen, making it hard to sleep in as noises and conversations from the continental breakfast are quite audible within your room. Additionally, because the property is located right on one of the main roads in Jacksonville, we also got lots of street noise throughout the night. I was awakened a little after midnight by a gaggle of drunk tourists meandering home from one of the local taverns, yelling their conversation directly outside my room (not that the property owners have any control over that). But just the routine traffic noise was enough to wake me a few times throughout the night.
All that being said, the pros outweighed the cons for this property and I would definitely stay here again.
