The picture is an artist's rendering of the building, because where that gazebo would be is the highway. Even though I was facing the highway and put near the elevator, it was still fairly quiet. Overall, it was clean, service was good, it's a solid hotel. Not luxurious, but really nothing to complain about - which is exactly that balance I believe Courtyard is shooting for. I'd certainly stay here again.

This is a tried & true Courtyard Marriott. Staff members were helpful. Rooms were clean but it was clear that the glasses available for drinking water had not been washed in awhile. It is a pet friendly facility & I loved seeing such well behaved animals, but barking did awaken me one day.

The hotel is off of a very busy highway so getting in and out each day was a hassle but the location provided a lot of places to shop and eat. My only complaints about the room is that the pillows were super thin and uncomfortable, the light from the hallway shines brightly under the room of the door, and the refrigerator wasn’t cold enough. However, overall, it was a very nice experience and a comfortable stay.

The hotel is very difficult to find at night. The courtyard sign on route 17 is black and almost invisible when you were passing by on the road. The rooms were clean and efficient, but are rundown. There is insufficient light in the bathroom to even shave. It is also surprising to find rooms with bathtubs at, this point, which means that they have not recently been refurbished. The seating in the bistro was disgusting. There were stains on all the chairs. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Will try to book this place first everytime with go visit our friends in the area. Our stay was pleasant, hotel and room was very clean on arrival. I would have given it 5 stars except that we requested house cleaning and when we arrived back at the hotel after a whole day out we found no beds made and no house cleaning. That was a big disappointment. The lobby staff mentioned they would have given us a partial refund but that they could not due to booking through Expedia. Disappointed in that.

The property is very well maintained & located in a very accessible place in New Jersey. The staff at the front desk were very warmth and a nice receptionist offered her spot when we told her there wasn’t any parking spot left. The room was super spacious & smells clean. The linens are fresh. Just a great place to stay every time we visit NYC.

Location location! Such a great spot convenient to restaurants, shopping and major roads! The room was well appointed and in very good condition. This would have been a top score except the room I was initially sent to wasn’t ready. However the desk immediately rectified the issue and the rest of our experience was great!

THE INTERNET CONNECTION WAS NONE. THE FRONT DESK SAID SERVER WAS DOWN AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BUT I FELT THAT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. CLIENTS PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO STAY AND NEED TO HAVE ACCESS.

I was not able to make a trip due to an emergency room visit for high blood pressure which I have never had a problem b4. Have documentation to prove. Expedia did not go up to bat for me in helping to get credit/refund. Representative just read from their script. Very impersonal. Not happy at all. I could have handled better on my own but am/was too sick to deal with.
