My experience was not good, I was charged $100 dollars for parking even though I am an Hilton honors member and my tax was a lot higher than everyone else in my group

We booked are stay at Hilton Orlando in order to make an emergency evacuation from Tampa in order to escape the imminent and deadly threat of Hurricane Milton ..
Appallingly however, Hilton Orlando evidently completely disregarded our reservation and gave our rooms away to other consumers ..
We even purchased booking insurance to avoid precisely this form of contingency ..
Hilton Orlando furthermore had the audacity to decline to provide us with any alternative rooms or accommodations, etc ..
As a result we were with no alternative, and therefore had to remain in the Tampa Bay area, where we could have suffered grievous bodily injury and or death from Hurricane Milton ..
What we did suffer as a result of Hilton's shocking malfeasance, was at bare minimum enormous emotional and mental distress, which is still on going at this time ...

The staff members were very rude every time we went to the restaurants, our room was ver very very dirty, had hair in the sink and bathtub, the water was clogged in the sink and bathtub, the room smelled so bad, someone came upstairs to spray our room and apologized! They never asked if we needed a new room or anything to help us! This hotel price gouged on people who evacuated from Hurricane Milton. This was just a mess! I will her stay here again! No talks to you there with any manors- they roll their eyes and ignore. & we are the kindest people ever!

pool very crowded, no towels and chair to accommodate

The hardest part of the stay was using our Hilton Gift Cards. It made the check in process difficult. Then we still ended up owing a little more after our stay that should have been charged at the beginning. Other than that the rooms were nice. The balcony at the end of each hallway was cool to see out at night. We enjoyed the valet parking. Loved the lazy river and spa area. The waterslide was super fast and fun. The centerpiece in the pool could use some new paint but was cute. The pool tables were disappointing because of the pool stick. It had no tip on the end to properly play but we played as is and still had fun.

Staff was rude, room was dirty. Started raining and the entire LL had a half inch of rain on the floor. It took staff 30 minutes to just start cleaning the water.

First off ill say this is my 2nd time staying at this hotel so i have had great experience on previous occasions but this time i was not so happy, first ill start off by saying the other time i stayed i was not driving so i had no clue about the parking situation, so this time i drove and upon ariiving and getting my hotel key nobody explained how to enter and exit the parking garage ao instead of using my hotel kwy card the prompts on the screen just says 35 dollars to park so im like thats strange let me press the call button i pressed and waited and no one answered and by this time i have about 7 cars behind me so i go ahead and pay for the parking, once i return tp the hotel i tell the desk person what was goung on and she said o you just gotta use your room kwy which would have been helpful when i chrcked in so i asked is there any way my money can be refunded, she told me o no i dont know anything about that so the next morning i ask to speak to a manger and they claim they would take care of it which im not sure they did because i will get into that in a second, after all that happened i noticed upon getting on a off the elevator the entire trip that every black or african american person that came into that hotel where all put on the 10th floor including me and my wife now that wouldnt have been a big problem until i decided to just stop on afee other floors to check things out and not really sure if it was a lack of cleaning or what but the hallway rugs looks as if

The pool was great my family had a good time on the slide and the lazy river. Unfortunately the shower in our bathroom was clogged the whole time and if one person took a shower the whole tub would fill up. I didn’t get a decent shower our entire stay.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the lazy river for a few hours. The slide was closed when i went swimming but opened up in the morning when i was checking out. I didn't get to enjoy it. At check in they checked us in to a handicap room without a walk in shower. I came down to change rooms with my girlfriend. They put us in 407, the room was close to perfect. There was no microwave in the room, and smelled like a wet dog.
I was authorized for deposit at check in which was fine. Later that night i was charged another 45 dollars perhaps during the night audit which i did not expect.
They charge you a 40 dollar resort plus 35 for self parking and if you want wifi and not a honor member you have to pay more. Parking and wifi should be included.
Our trip was included with breakfast buffet which was great. Ronnie was on point. He allowed me to go upstairs and bring my girlfriend down and held me a table so i didn't have to wait on line again.

Good

Overall good but my bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower when I first walked in like they forgot to clean it. The bedsheets - which are usually super soft when I've stayed in the past were tough and scratchy. I had to sleep on the comforter itself and just wrap it around me. Most of the bikes in the gym were broken with no pedals to use. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

I loved the lazy river n pool areas. I love the fact that theres an adult quiet pool although they had a dj that day n music was so loud that the people who wanted quiet at the quiet pool could hear the dj still blasting tunes. The rooms are a bit dated. And the showers still have shower curtains which i think is unsanitary. Also we had 2 rooms booked and the carpets in the rooms were soaking wet to the point that when i tried to lift my foot with my sandals i couldnt lift because i got stuck. We couldnt wear socks in the room because our socks would immediately get wet. We didnt complain or ask for another room because we stayed for only one night and were out most of the day. I used to love it here when the quiet pool was really a quiet pool but rooms and pool area especially quiet spa is deteriorating.

I had a great experience while I was there. The view was incredible from my room. The front desk staff and housekeepers were all amazing!

Popular hotel in the middle of the convention central. Off the main path so traffic is limited to hotel guest. Parking is covered. Dining is excellent and the pool is the best on idrive

Been coming here for years love the lazy river the parking convenience but little pricey the food by the pool is pricey as well

I really liked how close it was to universal studios and the pool area. Everything seemed extremely overpriced and I think the “resort pass” should be included in the price of the hotel. Also I didn’t like that parking was 35 dollars a day. Why is parking not included. Very beautiful hotel and the pool area was really nice, I just think the price I paid should’ve included the pool and parking.

The hotel staff were rude, combative and disrespectful. I didn’t feel safe there. We cut our trip short and left days early. Not the same hotel it used to be.

Pool management was not the best probably because it was overcrowded. There were not enough chairs or umbrellas likely because inconsiderate guests left their unattended chairs all day while they would leave the pool area and all their food.

Got charged 5 times for inconvince fees that are supposed to be “refunded” and they kept taking money out of my account for no reason. Had to call them early day to give me my money back. Put so much stress on me, my vacation was not even a vacation at that point. Should have never chosen to stay here, came from another country too. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend

Employees did not acknowledge customers, valet evening employees didn’t speak and had to stand there unsure of what we needed to do, bartenders don’t greet in a friendly manner at pool bar and it gets busy which is understandable but would be nice if they would say “be right with you” or establish that you’ve been acknowledged, when calling down to guest services phone etiquette was lacking, their tone seemed annoyed. Requested one pillow and one extra blanket and never received it. The Food was 10/10 from pool restaurant and loved the FastBreak ribeye!

Unfortunately there was a world wide cheerleading convention the weekend I stayed and hotel was at max capacity. Everything suffered because of it. Service was slow, the hotel inside and out was loud, it really ruined our visit. We escaped to nearby Pointe Orlando to get away from it.

Expensive for dirty rooms.
Not recommended for asthma patients.

I go for the lazy river and the water slide although they didn't have the water slide when I went which was disappointing. Parking was thirty five dollar a night plus a $40 resort fee per night. Wondering if it was actually worth it after personal belonging got stollen by the pool.

My first stay at Hilton Orlando was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The on-site water park and lazy river were huge hits with my family, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. The convenience and quality of the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend Hilton Orlando and will definitely be returning!

I am very disappointed in this property as well as Expedia. I checked out after 2 hours and never stayed overnight. The room was horrible. No compensation was offered. I will never book with Expedia or stay at this resort.

Best place to stay if you have events at the convention center. Restaurants in the hotel are fabulous and there are also walkable options. The 24 hour market was a lifesaver! Pool and lazy river were very nice.
