A great, convenient hotel with everything and more than you could possibly need if passing through Orlando airport. Spotless, comfortable rooms that are well provisioned and quiet. The swimming pool was a fantastic addition. The restaurants also handy. The staff were all very warm and helpful.

Signage to the hotel was almost non-existent! It took us a while to find directions and that was after we’d asked airport staff where the hotel was!!!! This hotel was very impersonal! The staff realise it’s a stopping point for ease of access to the airport! Hotel stay was ok. The room was comfortable enough, probably won’t stay here again! Cheaper options available!!!

The hotel is impossible to access, but I’ll get to that next. The worst part of this hotel is thinking you are staying at the airport for convenience which is anything but Convenient. It took me over an hour to get from my room to the TSA pre check line and the hotel is literally on top of the terminal. If you are flying in or out of that particular terminal! I would have missed my flight if it had not been delayed. So that was leaving the hotel after a poor to mediocre stay. Now the horrible arrival experience. GPS says you have arrived at hotel while you’re in the middle of the airport terminal drop off lanes. After panicking, We pulled into a parking garage randomly, then happened to see a sign for their luggage drop. After following the signs to the top level of the parking structure, we used the designated phone to call for Bell service since there was nowhere to temporarily park our car. The phone did not work so we had to go back through the parking structure to find a spot, then lug our bags all the way up the ramps to the entrance, then all the way around the perimeter of the hotel to get to the check-in desk. Rudest staff woman if ever encountered. Although I rarely talk to staff these days with the contactless check in at most hotels. Which I now have a greater appreciation for! Once in room, no windows to the outside. Couldn’t get AC to work. Thinnest blanket on the bed which felt like sleeping under sheets only. The positive- you couldn’t hear the planes!

Needs renovation and staff training. Phones don’t get answered and then when they finally do, you get transferred to someone that puts you on hold and never returns. Missed breakfast because of this. Was told that a dance group is coming in so apparently no other customers matter if a group is coming.

The convenience of staying inside the terminal can’t be beat. Orlando Airport has its food court pre-security so there is a lot to eat and shop for. You take the elevator down to have the security gates right there for Terminal B.

This hotel was such an easy option after getting into Orlando airport after a late flight. The team who checked us in was quick and helpful and accommodated a request I made. It would be a nice touch if the hotel had quick and easy meals for purchase at the front desk - but all we saw was candy.

Perfect location and so convenient for catching early morning flights. Was able to turn in the rental car the night before and not have to deal with that in the morning. Close proximity to the check-in gate to drop off my luggage as well as TSA. Will definitely stay again when traveling through Orlando.

I would stay here over and over again. The convenience pays for itself. You get your luggage and go straight to hotel room. The noise level wasn’t bad at all when we stayed. The hotel restaurant was very nice. The room was so clean. We were cruising so the shuttle from the hotel to the port was fantastic!

This hotel is gray if you have an overnight connection in Orlando. Hotel is clean, overall ok. Some issues include that room service is brought to you with cheap plastic forks and knives and the food in carry out plastic trays, really not ok for a property of this reputation a d that charges accordingly to its supposedly luxurious name.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Beds were cozy and room was nice. Pool area was beautiful. Pool was nice and water clean. However, the pool deck needs attention (could definitely use a pressure washing). Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.
