I liked this hotel and disliked this hotel. To be fair, the like wins
4.3
Small bathroom like a cruise ship, and parking is not too easy
4.3
We are a family of four and the bunk beds(relatively large0 and the whole room size was very good. The hotel is also very well located in the historic district. Clean, friendly, exactly what we needed. Pricing is good. We recommend it and we would stay there again. Thank you

It is walkable to the main sites of Genoa and has air conditioning, a must when it is so hot.
4.3
We enjoyed our stay.
4.3
Very hard to get front desk controlled air condtioning temperature set appropriately.
4.3
Very clean, great location
4.3
Most everything was perfect except the front desk person wasn’t friendly. She seemed bothered when we were checking in.
4.3
Room had a kettle for making coffee and tea that’s great , buffet breakfast was ok, and room was ok except the window view was a wall next door, air conditioner worked well
4.3
We had a nice stay. Staff was helpful, it's 5' walk from the aquarium and the Galata museum, very close to lots of local restaurants. Breakfaat was complete and super cheap (4€).
4.3
The room was great for 5 people, walkable to the water and to sites in town/food. We had a car and saw there was parking included. You need to drive through "limited" pedestrian areas to the front of the building, which our GPS's didn't want us to do. So it took some driving around to figure that out. We weren't sure if we were allowed to drive on the road in front, which we were. We weren't able to get the parking for free, our data was entered, but exiting of parking wasn't clearly explained, and we ended up being charged 20 Euros. We were told the car info was loaded onto the app, so when exiting parking, we didn't know we also had to use the ticket kiosk prior to exiting. When we did that, it charged us.
Other than driving to check in and parking exit, everything was great.
Breakfast was great, 4 euros per person, lots of variety and tasted great.

The Hotel is nice and the location its excellent. The personal its very kind
4.3
Close to the sea and restaurants
4.3
The staff were NOT helpful, NOT welcoming and the A/C was really bad. Room service was really bad as well.
4.3
Difficult to find. Parking is across the Main Street. Parking is very difficult and so is driving on the very narrow roads. Breakfast was great.
4.3
The hotel itself was good and in a nice building. We asked (the day before) for a taxi to the airport for 5:00 am. One was never ordered and we had a terrible scramble in the morning. Stress we did not need. Also the area is mixed.
4.3
Great location steps from Porto antico. Easy walking to city center and most tourist sites. Many restaurants within short walk. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions or assistance. Very comfortable stay.

Very good place

We as a family really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. All the staff were so nice and helpful . I really recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff ! It was our first trip to Italy and we really enjoyed it. Room was clean, breakfast was nice. Also staff speak English , so it was easy to communicate with them.
Everything was perfect :)

The staff is helpful, the area was scary.

I was travelling alone and I got this room with a single bed. Great. Cheaper. A small but cozy room. Not that small. It was ok.
Location is fantastic.
4.3
The concierges, especially the men, are not able or do not want to help the customers with internet access, in the computers of the ground floor, or with tickets issues if there is a problem. They just don’t care. But, all possible problems remain for an English spoken Visitor/Tourist in Genoa.
4.3
Location was great at city Center you can walk everywhere service excellent breakfast very good very clean
4.3
Rooms are really small and mine didn’t smell nice. Staff are ok, did not wish to accommodate any of my requests. The hotel is situated in the old town which is nice but the road leading to the hotel via the port is very rough full of sketchy people and I felt really unsafe. So I won’t be returning to this hotel again.
4.3
This place is a dump. The Air Conditioner never worked, which made the stay miserable. The staff completely ignored me when I brought it to their attention. I will be filing a dispute with Amex due to their horrible service!
4.3
The location is terrific for walks through the Carrugi, restaurants, historical sites and more.
If you get a room that opens to the Carrugi, expect noise at night. Italians dine and stay up late and the nearby bars and restaurants seem popular.
4.3
The hotel is excellent - clean, comfortable, all the facilities you expect. The location is in a narrow street in the old port area of Genova, surrounded by bars and restaurants, close to the big waterfront attractions and the central chirces/palazzi/museums. It can be noisy outside at night, but the double glazed windows are effective. We had an enjoyable three night stay and would defintely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay - the hotel is ideally situated for Porto Antico
Only issue - it’s seemed a bit noisy between 8-10 am. Didn’t seem to be much sound prodding between rooms

Room was clean and spacious enough. Service was good.
Hotel access by car was impossible due to the road closure occupied for pedestrians although website indicate hotel parking is there.
