Arrived at the hotel
No power downstairs or in reception, no heating or WIFI
No key cards
Not rewarded before arrival
Offered to change our hotel once we arrived but it was 7pm and the snow had started

The parking is right outside and the check-in was simple and quick. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious and welcoming. Breakfast, though limited in choices, was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my brief stay.

We felt our stay was excellent, from Natasha checking us in and all the help she gave us during our stay (every hotel should have a Natasha) plus every other staff member during our stay, cannot praise this hotel enough , best hotel we have used in a long time, keep the good work up
2.5
Wonderfully helpful staff, very clean and tidy and sockets just beside the bed for charging phones etc. stayed for 6 nights and had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Such lovely people and room and breakfast!

From check in to check out we had no problems at all.
When i was checking in the Claudia remembered me from a call I made at the hotel for a request to have rooms next door to each other.
Breakfast was included and was excellent along with many options for all.

Receptionist was not very helpful, and on morning of checkout a cleaner walked into our room at 7.45am to clean it , she said she had been told we had departed, very embarrassing

An average soulless business hotel, would stay elsewhere in future.

Lack of parking at hotel

It was clean and nice room and the breakfast was great

Car park is tiny, so u have to park in nearby public car park. Breakfast buffet quiet and reasonable choice. Evening meals limited but pub opposite has lots of food options.

Nice and clean rooms

It was good to have proper air-conditioning on a hot night.
The reception staff were friendly and efficient and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and plentiful towels etc.
The only slight niggle was that the occupant of the neighbouring room clearly had 'bathroom issues' and was flushing the loo virtually every hour throughout the night, with the plumbing being a bit noisy in my room.

Excellent service and staff let down by poor quality food and cookery, found breakfast very poor

I was there on business for 3 nights, on arrival was told that there was no water working. They were hoping it would be on for 8. Luckily by the morning it had been put back on.
The next night there was a dripping noise that was getting worse. I checked the AC fan wasn’t catching and the bathroom neither had a drip. Only conclusion was a leak from the pipes and dripping in the air vents what echoed to the room. Following morning to get breakfast there was various water buckets due to a water leak coming through the lights. The final night was fun but I was struggling as always to get any parking at this place.

Busy place, i had to take the disabled room, loads of space though, room was great, tea coffe a bit stingy though. Complimentary breakfast. Helpful staff. Unable to order food at bar due to being busy, could have downloaded the app, but plenty of dining options close by. Check out is 12pm gave time to catch up with admin before my customer visit. Slept well

The room was pleasant, quiet and clean. I appreciated the 12 noon departure time and breakfast being available until 10 am. Also being able to buy a drink at the bar when I returned at the end of the day, and take it up to my room.
Negative for me...no wholemeal bread at breakfast. No biscuits in the room with tea/ coffee.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

As you would expect from a Hilton. Spotlessly clean. A great shower. No hanging about at the check in with plenty of staff on duty. Recommend.

The staff were AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, engaging. The team really made our stay.
The location was a bit of shock, as in reality its in the middle of an nductrial estate. We arrived Xmas Eve, so there was no real dining options.

For staff I would have choose worst , however dinner lady was very kind and polite. From the moment I enter hotel reception had attitude issues, did not wanted to provide my email, why you don’t question customer, that’s none of your concern. We are in 2023 what’s with the we need your email attitude. To preauthorise my card you only need my card and that’s it, don’t need to ask me why I don’t trust you or whatever. Just move on. In the room right side bedside full of dust so had to clean it ourselves. Overall whole experience ruined by receptionist from the moment of entry.

Slow IT system causing long delays at check in (that was the excuse anyway). On entering my room there where no pillows on the bed, but four obviously used ones on the sofa bed. As I left to start a night shift the issue was reported to reception. I was gobsmacked by the attitude of the young lady who was arrogant and dismissive of such a small issue. Housekeeping missed a couple of pillow cases, no drama we all make mistakes, just get them changed for when I get back. I won't bother staying there again, there's plenty of other options nearby.

Stayed four nights and the staff was friendly except for the last morning during checkout. Front desk lady seemed in a bad mood. Guests shouldn't get a feeling of that. Rooms are large enough but unfortunately they do not have small fridges. Would have been nicer.
BUT : In my opinion, it is an absolute NO-GO if you cannot even open the windows (not meant to be opened if you wanted) in your room for some fresh air.

I Stay here several times a year and always feel the staff are not customer focused. After being greeted at the reception i always feel the staff see customers as invisible. When you come down for breakfast there is never a good morning the staff talk amongst themselves about what they did the day before or last night, one of them was telling there friend how she had been sick, not what you want here over breakfast. The lack of housekeepers not attending the room everyday is a sorry state of affairs but the price to stay there has not been reduced to reflect the reduced service. Breakfast really requires some attention, the scrambled eggs must come as a mix in a bag and then microwaved to within an inch of its life as it is served in large solid lumps, the sausages are the cheapest you could lay your hands on and the flavour is awful. The Free WIFI is obviously free as you can never get a connection unless you pay for it. I've been staying at the Corby Hilton for many years and seen a vast decline in the way it is run. I will in future be looking elsewhere to stay in the Corby area when i am on my travels

Business trip doing an overnight. Great hotel but the dinner menu needs a facelift.

Check in was fantastic, efficient foreign last very welcoming. The rooms are standard, shower had not proper switch all a bit shabby. However we had a fire alarm at around 815pm this is where it went wrong. There was no staff on the hotel guiding people out!!!! There were three young ladies outside trying to get people into a meeting point!!! The most concerning comment from one if them was "if people are in there room then that's there problem!". There was not one member of staff on any floors supporting, there was no one in the exits helping anyone. If there were disabled or hard of hearing people it was tough no one to help!!! As a fire warden, you never put your self at risk, however you do ensure that your guests are supported and ensure that everyone that can , can get out.
