The property is located in a main centralized location and you can walk yo most of the attractions. The staff is just amazing, very helpful and cordial. Special thanks to: Rosa, Karla and Gerogia, they are just amazing!

This hotel is hidden on a quiet street. It’s almost hard to find. But then you get to the room, open the windows, and realize your patio faces the back of the Santo Spirito church. The bell tower is right there. It’s a 3 minute walk, literally around the block, to a piazza with several restaurants. The other direction takes you to a bridge across the river. But first you pass by firenze’s top wine window bar. There’s a super market around the corner. The bed could have been softer, and the shower, while new and clean, is the typical Italian tiny stall. But the location and charm more than make up for these things.

NO, NO, NO for summers. The AC is a display unit and does not cool when set to 20 degrees Celsius. There are previous reviews from other visitors mentioning this issue, so take it seriously if heat affects your sleep. Opening the windows won't help, and the staff didn't address this problem when it was brought to their attention.

The property manager was responsive to issues that arose like our needing to check in after 5pm because of train delays. It was nice to be woken up by tolling bells from the nearby church every morning and of course, coffee from our own Nespresso machine. Wooden floors ensured we heard everything happening upstairs so we tried to be considerate for the sake of guests below us.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Quiet apartment steps away from a popular wine window, but yet steps in the other direction to local amenities. Popular piazza close by with a very popular pizzeria. We had everything we needed for a simple meal. Plenty of space for two. Basic toiletries provided, I needed to purchase body lotion and conditioner. Laundry is 1.5 blocks away- next to fantastic gelato! I’m a VRBO vacation owner and recognize that this is newer setup. I would stay here again, but hope that they upgrade the quality of the kitchen amenities (but the espresso machine is top notch!). There is an opportunity to place a small table and chair on the balcony and create a beautiful space to relax. Hopefully better lighting by the bed as well, it’s very short and not good for reading. These are small things that would increase the quality of our already wonderful stay.

This very coxy hotel is really very nice, the room is basically a studio that has a kitchenette and everything you need if you want to cook, we had a terrible mosquito problem upon our arrival, but the staff solved it immediately. The shower is incredibly small, believe me! but overall we have a very pleasant stay.

Our 6 night stay was great, loved the small size and quietness of the hotel. Our room had a lovely view back across gardens to the Santo Spirito church. Neighbourhood was very close to all the typical attractions, but across the river from the madness of tourists. Lots of great little restaurants and cafes everywhere, 300m away from the Santo Spirito piazza with all the fairly priced open air restaurants. Room size was good, nicely appointed with a Nespresso coffee machine. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was lovely, but the air conditioning in the room did not seem to be fully functioning and as a result the room was a bit stuffy. Other than that, this was a great property and had very responsive and accommodating staff, would recommend!

Room was great and spacious with a kitchen. Some key points to consider: (1) room only comes with one key, so if you’re a couple who are separated, you will have to coordinate your entry. (2) Ironing is only allowed in the lobby. No irons allowed in the room. (3) Front desk isn’t 24 hours. Overall the stay was good. Clean is important to us. Communication via WhatsApp was mostly responsive.

Really great location for our 6 night stay in Florence. Close to everything, but tucked away from the manic areas. We had a large 1 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, extra wide bed, 2 TVs and a bed settee and dining table. All very nice and in a lovely old building. But the downside of this was that noise insulation from the next floor (we were on floor 4 of 5) was dreadful and you will hear every scrape of furniture, slammed door, footsteps above you if you are unlucky enough to have neighbours above as we did for some nights. Such a shame as otherwise this place is excellent..

I loved the area. It was so nice and quiet. We felt totally safe there. The staff amazing. Very thorough with their rules . The apartment was huge. I love tall ceilings, big bathroom, nice kitchen size. The beds and pillows excellent. Our entire experience tbough short was phenomenal there. I highly recommend this place. It was definitely a home away from home feeling

Stay was great, location is amazing! Right across the bridge from downtown and has tons of popular spots close by. Some suggestions I have are to have screens on the windows in the room, since Florence has so many mosquitoes. This would prevent most of them from entering and create a better room temperature. The air conditioner did not work for us, but I am willing to chalk that up to user error. Shower drain got easily clogged, even after clearing it out. Overall I would recommend this location while staying the areas of improvement.

The hotel is very clean and upgraded like a contemporary new hotel. Actually it is like an apartment studio so it is spacious and feels like home. Will be good for longer time stay although I stayed for a weekend. Location is convenient and close to everything and safe with many nice shops and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I like it has a kitchen. The staff are very helpful and professional. They helped me book a taxi service to the airport as booking taxi in Italy can be stressful. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely consider this place again next time.

It was a lovely property and close to all the attractions without all the noise. Having a kitchen to cook small meals was a bonus. Only comment is size of shower was very small in our room, husband would hit his head on the show head and he is 6ft tall. Also, keep in mind that a deposit is requested when you check in so make sure to clean the kitchen before you leave. I would still recommend as we enjoyed staying here for the week.

This unassuming little place is nothing special from the small street it is situated on however, once you step inside Palazzo Mannaioni, you realize that made made the right choice for your place to stay in Florence. We were greeted by a lovely manager who provided us with all the information we needed for the hotel and local restaurants. Our room was spectacular and offered a beautiful view of the bell tower of the Santo Spirito church. Everything inside of the room was great. The hotel was close and walkable distance to all of the tourist attractions, yet in a neighbourhood where Florentinians live and eat. I highly recommend a stay here and if you can request room 7 with the balcony, you’ll understand why. Grazie Mille!

The rooms are spacious and have everything needed for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, comfortable living room, and beds. The property doesn't have soundproofing, so if the other guests are noisy, there's not much one can do about it. Reception is only open from 9 to 5, which could be an issue if there are delays with the train or plane. Also, after 5pm it is not possible to report the noisy neighbors. There was a large group singing rancheras and partying like at 1am and we couldn't do anything to report them. There's a school nearby that can get loud early in the morning as well.
