The room was very modern and whike it lacked a little traditional closet space, the temp control in the room was quiet and evenly comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Room size was good but really lacks a place to put things. Three stubs on the wall is not the same as a place to hang clothing and coats. It is difficult to live out of a suitcase for five nights. If just doing a quick overnight with a backpack would be fine. Also, staircases have no emergency lights so when power goes out unexpectedly could be dangerous.

Will not be staying again I had 2 small children with me we order pizza and went to the movies afterwards we came back to the room and fell asleep upon waking up we notice a trail of ants coming from behind the tv to the pizza when I approached the front desk to tell her about the situation she was very rude and accused us of trashing the room but still returned my deposit but refused to do anything about the hundreds of ants … She also stayed out of her own mouth that our room was not the only room complaining of ants

It was good for the money. The only thing i did not like was that there was no place to HANG your clothes. We had to live out of our luggage. Breakfast was decent. Beds were nice and clean.

Pros: clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient to highway, many restaurants nearby. Superb value vs in-town options for Clemson Univ. if willing to manage the 15m drive. Cons: at this price, be aware it is a very simple hotel with few or no frills. Breakfast was very basic. All that said I would definitely stay here again.

The room was small. Bathroom small. The staff was kind. Breakfast not so good. We appreciate staff but probably would not return to this hotel.

We knew that for the price, we shouldn't expect a whole lot of ammenities. The beds were fine. Breakfast was the worst we had on our trip. The beagals were the best part. Worse still, the elevator stopped working. Being on the third floor was not fun getting our luggage down to the car. There seemed to be no effort to repair the elevator. We couldn't wait to leave.

Great place! As a female solo traveler... The p.m. front desk woman was extremely helpful. She made me feel safe when a male guest was making me feel uncomfortable. She even escorted me back to my room to make sure I was safe.

I am a professional and was asked to leave a $100 cash deposit and when I checked out she left to inspect the room. I will pay additional money and stay at the Fairfield Inn before I stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like! When I first walked in this hotel was very clean, very organized and the lady at the front desk, I think her name may be Gayle, was such a pleasure to work with while she set up my room. The room is so clean it smells so nice, and I was very satisfied. I will come back to this hotel and stay in the new future

I stayed three nights and never had housekeeping clean or restocked. The front desk attendant said my room would probably only be cleaned once, and that would have been fine, but it was zero times. The lobby was also being renovated during my stay, and the hotel couldn't do anything about that, but it was annoying.

In the middle of renovations. We were in a recently finished room. Beds seemed much smaller than a queen. The room(single) was small. The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. The remote didn't work well unless you were very close to it. No continental breakfast due to renovations. We weren't notified previously so it was a surprise. Staff was nice and helpful.
