I like the location and the access, what’s confusing is the two tour buildings and the left locations.

We have to change our room twice because of size and bed options, management didn’t provide what we booked for. Floor was full of cigarette smoke and smell 24/7. Had complained 3-4 times still no improvement. Room cleaning was there and staff was helping as when we requested them. Breakfast option was below average for what we paid for. Only plus was easy access for women’s area from hotel.

I stayed for 5 nights here in Aug’24 (last week). Bathroom is not well maintained. Ceiling was leaking on the day before check out date causing the water to drop into bags. We had to spend lot of effort to dry the clothes. Guest service or reception didn’t care about this issue. I will find a different hotel when I come next time

Overall, the hotel was good but there was an issue during check in with one of the rooms we had a water leak from the ceiling due to AC. Alhamdulillah', they changed the room for us.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities, like complimentary bottled water and plush bathrobes, added to the experience. The hotel’s rooftop pool was a perfect spot to relax with panoramic views, and its location was ideal, just a short walk from major attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Comfortable room. Effficirent front desk representatives. Housekeeping was slow I had to call the front desk everyday at 3:30pm to send housekeeping to make up room. Air conditioning was leaking in the room they were quick to rectify but not solved completely. Walls need to be repainted due to rough usage by previous guests

In movenpick the receptionist was not polite and I was waiting for 2 hours to get the room key wile checking in as only few people handling the crowd. Also i booked room with 3 beds but they given only with 2 bed size room. And when I went again to reception they arranged one child bed instead of adult proper bed. But they charged for 3 bed size room. Also the phone was not working to contact houskeeping or reception. The ironbox was very old and rusted. Ironing pad is in very bad condition. The chairs are in bad condition. Overall very bad hotel. Don't book there. Instead there are lots of hotels behind and they are better and cheap

The hotel is extremely dirty. Rooms smell like toilet. Staff is very unfriendly and un willing to help. Had to change the hotel in the middle of the stay as uncooperative staff. Every had complaints of the stay. There was service outage the day we checked in, took 9 hrs to check in. Beware if you are booking this hotel. Make your madinah stay uncomfortable as soon as you reach

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is undeniably excellent, particularly for ladies traveling alone or in groups. It's close to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation, making it convenient and safe. However, the check-in process was a major letdown. It took us nearly 45 minutes to get our room keys, which was frustrating after a long journey. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the process was far from efficient. Once we finally got to our room, we were disappointed by its size. The room was quite cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The bathroom was another issue – it had a persistent odor, and the sink drain was blocked, making it unpleasant to use. The amenities in the room were also problematic. The refrigerator was packed with ice, leaving little room for our own items. Worse still, the stove didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there were very few electrical outlets, and none were suitable for international travelers, making it difficult to charge our devices. Housekeeping was inconsistent during our stay. They often skipped our room unless we specifically requested service, which was disappointing given the high expectations we had. In summary, while the hotel's location is fantastic, the overall experience was marred by several issues. The long check-in time, lack of space, poor maintenance, and unreliable housekeeping all contributed to a less than satisfactory stay. I hop
