The room was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, bright, modern. A short walk to the dining area, front desk, activities desk. Dining area offered a variety of choices. A great place to bae your canyon trip from.

Room was basic and comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. The room was a short walk to the food court and the rim.

Maswick Lodge is perfect for families who are looking to be at the canyon without breaking the budget. Plentiful quality rooms and facilities.
Dining area mostly good with choices, although some food turned out more cafeteria style than restaurant style. But for the mass of guests they deal with they do an excellent job and offer very good service.

Exhausted from hiking...we were looking for a good night sleep...except we had to call security do to excessive talking on the hall plus thin walls between rooms.
Toilet pump is loud even when not in use.

We scheduled a trip to visit the Grand Canyon. The hotel was fine. Food was expensive

Wifi was not working. TV was not working.

It was very clean. It was a very nice place to stay. We have nothing negative to say.

It was a lovely and cozy stay in the park! Convenient to most things and the staff was very kind

Check in was quick and easy. Desk hostess explained everything very well. We enjoyed the room abs our stay! Great place to stay with nice cafeteria so close! Will return!

Lovely clean hotel in Grand Canyon park. Easy to get to everything, comfortable bed. No microwave but minifridge and lots of food options near by.

My husband and I visited The Grand Canyon for my 50th Birthday. The Lidge was perfect. Rustic and homey with everything you need.

We had a great room at the lodge. I originally requested second floor, and that’s what we received. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean. And exactly what I expected for a lodge in a park. The room was cozy and clean, with high ceilings and a balcony. The only thing I didn’t like was that coffee wasn’t complimentary. The location was also perfect to the Grand Canyon!

Stayed in newer building and they were very well done - had all the modern items you expect in a hotel room and a very nice kitchenette - had great eco features - not luxurious but impressive room for hotel in a national park - plenty of food options - the pizza pub was great - again not luxurious but very good for a national park

Very run down property in Juniper building of this complex. Way too expensive for such an old room. Lamp didn’t work, screen door screeched and room was circa 20 years ago
$300.00 with tax just because there is no competition.

It was nothing like my wife and I thought it would be. It was not a huge Lodge with rooms. The main lodge was a food court, gift shop, restaurants and bathrooms. We had expected to be staying a beautiful lodge with a nice fireplace in the main lobby room. No such luck, nothing but people everywhere, complete chaos!! Not a great birthday stay at all. Arrived in the dark, no good lighting outside to know where to go. There were several builds for rooms. Ours was the farthest from the main lodge. nothing about it felt like a lodge. It was like staying in a hotel.. Not worth the extra money to stay here.

Lovely accommodations for 4 days of hiking. Nice balcony for relaxing, and tasty food available. Very friendly staff😀

Great to stay in the park - convenient to shuttle and enjoyed onsite restaurant and gift shop.

Loved staying here! Easy walk to rim and to catch the bus. Would definitely stay here again! We got to see deer walking through the Lodge parking area as well as elk walking in the near by woods.

Building work to the rear of our room, room was adequate although the A/C made a dreadful noise.
Breakfast was expensive, cold. There was no coffee or creamer, although eventually the coffee situation was resolved the staff were totally uninterested stating “if there is none there then we don’t have any” Which turned out to be incorrect.
It is as if they don’t need to care because of the location.

Family stayed in 2 rooms we were thrilled to be in the park. However the rooms were dated and smelly not up dated for many years.

Property could use some updating but you can’t beat the location, just a 5 minute walk to see the Canyon.

We arrived at Noon and asked at the concierge desk about things to do. The lady at the desk was fantastic! She gave us a list of things to do & see that took us to sunset at the Canyon. We enjoyed every minute. We went back the next day to thank her, but she wasn't there. She made our trip!

Rooms as per description - 2 queen beds to sleep 4 - comfortable beds. Toilet was clean. We were in new building so things were fresh. Breakfast was paid but decent options available. Rim was 5-7 mins walk so we location was great. Free Parking was available.

Uncomfortable bed. The best part of this hotel is it’s located.

South side is clean and nice. Kitchenette very handy. Provided everything we need to cook except for knife. But it was easy to get groceries that doesn't require cutting.

It was a good stay. The best part is the location. It's inside the part very close to cafeteria and shuttle. This makes it very convenient. Only suggestion I have is improvement in the room, it's a little dated.
5.0
There was construction in front of my room, which did not begin too early, but the crew was loud and excessively obscene.
3.0
The shuttle was very closed and the trails too

Convenient place for staying when visiting Grand Canyon

When we arrived they could not find our reservation. Not sure if it was a glitch on the part of Hotels.com or Maswick Lodge. After some time of waiting, (we did have to change our dinner reservation to a later time because of the mixup), they found our information. For the inconvenience it caused us they did upgrade our room.

I had a problem with the toilet that got clogged, even though I reported it to the reception and they sent someone to fix it, the problem was not solved. Since it happened at night, I didn't ask to change rooms, but in fact I couldn't use the bathroom
4.0
Very spacious rooms, but feels a bit outdated in some points. Could use a revamp, especially for the pricepoint.
Breakfast options at the Lodge itself aren't really centered on European tourists, so that's something to keep in mind. Parking is widely available and the Lodge itself is very close to the Grand Canyon and shuttle busses that drive you along the South Rim and the village.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous room. Walk to grand canyon. Loved it!

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with the facilities - a kitchenette with a full-size fridge and microwave, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, an iron and ironing board and a safe. The room was very clean and confit and had a large balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the South Rim. The blue route bus stops right outside Maswik Lodge reception and the early morning Hikers Express Bus stops about 5 minutes’ walk away . A great place to stay which I would highly recommend!

The room was nice, had everything we needed for a few days exploring the canyon. A choice of first or second floor was offered.
