This place was terrible the place was dirty the second floor room had holes in floor and it was all scratched up the hallway smelled of foul trash the grounds were nasty this place should be shut down people were hanging out the windows smoking it was very sketchy I never write reviews but had to this time

Check in was easy. Couldn’t access lobby. Hallways reeked of smoke. Table in room had a massive burn on it. Bed was very stiff. No towels and toiletries.

Horrible place! Whole place had weird smell. Hall smelled like weed. I asked for a nonsmoking room and was put in smoking room with ashtray. Was told the whole 3rd floor was smoking! Nasty! Cigarette burns on covers and in bathroom. Dog poop all around outside where people that stay there let their dogs use bathroom and don’t pick up. Bathroom faucet didnt work. Used soap in tub. Fridge didn’t keep anything cool on bottom. So glad we took disinfectant wipes and Lysol. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

one washer has been broken for months , dryers make the clothes smell like cat urine , and housekeeping tries to bust in the room without announcing themselves banging the door against the lock.

Paid for rooms online and when I got to the hotel there was an additional 5.62 charge and they could not tell me why. Owner/manager very rude. Stayed on 3rd and it smelled like an ashtray.

Customer service is terrible. Sam is the worst. He wouldn’t get me towels when I ran out and he perfectly could have as he was folding some towels not even 10 minutes after i asked. I left a day early due to this. They can …. off and never have my money again.

I DO NOT recommend this place. The rooms had stains on the floor, comforter and we had a roach in the shower. The worst of it all was the atrocious smell! We booked smoking and pet free and that's what the rooms smelled of. The hallway had trash and smells of cigarettes and wet pets. Some family members slept with a mask on. The night manager banged on the door at 2am threatening several guests she was going to call the cops if we didn't leave or pay her because Expedia didn't post payments. She could have explained the situation to us instead of loudly banging on the door like a mad woman making threats while we were soundly asleep. She's the on that checked us all in and gave us the room keys. Stay far away from this place if you can.

Gentleman that checked me in was rude, door to our room was stuck & needs a good shove to close. Cockroach on table upon walking in & on the floors when we came back from dinner. Water b barely luke warm from shower. Shower faucet came off. Bed was really hard. Train blasting for a good 20 min at 11:30pm.

Studio 6 in Lafayette LA wasn't bad. It was quiet and clean and a good deal for the price. It was in easy walking distance from the airport but there was no sidewalk forcing me to take a dangerous stroll along a major thoroughfare.

Bathroom fan vent looked like a dryer lint filter that hasn’t ever been cleaned. Suspicious stains on the sheets and burn holes on the mattress. Non-smoking section smelled like smoke.

I literally would have preferred sleeping in my car. Unfortunately, there is not a photo attachment option here. I have photos of my room showing a filthy fridge, sticky floor, horrific bathroom, dirty table, and to top it off--a SOCK stuck inside my lounge chair as I unloaded my bags that came from SOMEONE ELSE! The front desk service worker was everything but nice. She literally did not offer me another room, was quite limited in her ability to communicate, was seemingly unprepared to work as a professional in a business setting. Other customers ahead of me complained as she stood there ignoring us all. It was quite pitiful.
