We’ve stayed at many motels on our journey across Canada and this is certainly one of the best. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable, including a sitting area with a couch and chair. Everything was also very clean. The only one minor downside is noise transfer between rooms and from traffic going by. Overall it was great for our one night stop.

Location is very convenient, Tim Hortons, McDonald within walkable distance. Staff is very nice. The room has smoky smell, and at night there are some people smoking pot in the motel public area, there is a big black dog walking around without a leash.

The room was nice but it felt a little dank and stuffy. The breakfast offered lots of choices, nothing fancy but very decent. It had a very nice lawn with lots of shade which was nice with the dog. I would go there again.

Our check in was problem free and with the very amiable and professional lady at the front desk it was a very pleasant experience. The room was of an exceptional quality for the price. The addition of two french doors separating the sleeping quarters from the main room is a bonus. Having spent some time over the past many years, in a more expensive motel, I can honestly say that Le Deauville is in a class of its own. My personal thought: need a room in Three Rivers, don't pass on this motel. You won't regret it.

We loved the room with its double doors that separated the entrance room from the bedroom. The breakfast was a bit of a challenge since we had to be served rather than serve ourselves.
