No TV in room, no cleaning by staff, damaged W/C and damaged drawers. Location is good and security is also good

The staff was eager to remedy any deficiency after being approached. The bathroom has seen its best years. Toilet yellow, shower head splashes, no power for the hairdryer. For breakfast you have to go through a dark corridor (not lit) to the dining room.
There is a lot of mould on the walls above the egg cooker. The cooker itself was not cleaned during the days. There were no eggs anyway.
If you arrive for lunch, be sure to check the email.
Everything is limited to the minimum.

Nice place

The place is ok. A bit old, but you can see they’re working on things bit by bit.
We enjoyed the little sachets of coffee provided, and we liked the bathroom being spacious.
We just weren’t too pleased with the cleanliness of the place as we spotted some things that were definitely missed.
Would recommend if you’re travelling on a budget.

The Check in was very nice with friendly staff.
However when we opened the door the whole appartment was covered with fullcovered carpets and they had the smell and unfreshness thar you often found on bad hotels in the 80ths.
The place need a refurbish, that is for sure.

We arrived on a Saturday morning and never saw anybody during our whole 2 night stay. The code we were sent to open the main door and security box for our room card worked but then the cards never opened the main door like they are supposed to. Luckily I kept the code to get in. I emailed the manager but no answer until after we had checked out. What would happen in an emergency.

The kitchen area was well stocked and the bathroom was a very good size. The main bed was very big and comfortable and the pull out bed was OK.
We were very surprised (not in a good way) that the hotel was completely unmanned for the whole weekend. This was for our whole stay. Reception was locked so we had no access to maps/information. We entered the property OK and got access to our room key. However, the same could not be said for other people. We had 3 incidents where people were waiting outside to get in but could not gain access. Each time, we were put in a position where we were expected to let people in because we had access. This was a totally inappropriate position for us to be in. We physically could not stop people following us in - we were not there to act as security. I understand that the help buzzer was not working over the weekend. Something needs to change here - it is totally unacceptable to leave the onus on guests to give access to total strangers.
We were also very disappointed that we were not told that there was plenty of on the street parking around the hotel but instead we were encouraged to pay 10 Euros per night to use the car park. This was empty, apart from one other car. Had we known the situation, we would not have paid for parking.

Comfortable enough, but a bit tired and carpet wasn't Clean.
Breakfast was in a conference room, (usual room being refurbished) only 3 tables, which were all full - so we had to take what we could carry and take it back to our room, which was disappointing and meant we didnt see good value for the 11 euros per person!
It would've been better for them not to offer breakfast really!

2 room apartment with double bed in one room (with ensuite) and sofabed in other. We had two, and one had the bathroom separate to both rooms. Spacious and clean, comfortable, kitchen facilities seemed good (though we didn't use). Right next to tram stop.

+ Good hotel for sleep.
- Hot temperature in the hotel.
- Very dangerous breakfast room. Take care about yourself over there.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms near to things to do, parking was convenient, staff was kind.

Big hotel room and a good bed. Fantastic a/c! Some of the glasses/cups weren't properly cleaned, but the staff were quick to reply us that this will never happen again. Also the room seemed a bit worn. It could use some new wall coverings. However, this didn't effect my hotel experience a lot, because this hotel included a large fridge, which seems rare to have in hotel rooms in these times. I really appreciate having the ability to drink cold beverages in the hotel room and be able to store ham, cheese, etc for breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights at Resídence Operália in Grenoble. The hotel is not very central but the tram is just in front. The room was clean and confortable and the kitchen well equiped. It is a good option for families.

It was a studio apartment, with a well furnished kitchenette. if you book for more than 3 days the cleaning is optional, you have to pay additional fees for it. It is not in the city center but it is 10-15' by tram, so it is OK, especially if you go for work

Comfortable clean hotel, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Reception staff English were speaking and helpful. Opposite tram stop could be noisy on that side of hotel, great views of the city. Go for superior studios more spacious. Great reasonably priced base for exploring all Grrnoble has to offer.

I was on a business trip for two weeks in Grenoble. The hotel was modern and clean. The bathroom and kitchen facilities in the room were clean and in full working order. The murphy bed mattress was firm and surprisingly comfortable. Television channels were available in many languages, but most were of course in French, followed by German and a few in English. The in-room wired internet access worked well. The neighborhood is fine, but nothing special. I felt comfortable walking on the street both during the day and at night. There is a stop for Tram Line A directly in front of the hotel, which made accessing the rest of the city very easy. I found the price of the hotel to be very reasonable for amenities received. I would definitely stay here again the next time my business takes me to Grenoble. My one complaint would be that my room was only cleaned one time during my two week stay, but I wish cleaning service had been provided at least every few days. Overall, though, I am entirely satisfied with my stay here.

Stayed for one night on business. I had small room which was adequate. Room very well equipped with exception of coat hangers. No coat hangers! Maybe a small item but important for a business person to hang up suit & shirts...
This didi not detract from an otherwise good stay. Thanks.

The staff are very freindly and assisted with any issue and question.
However, the location is not great. Though there is a Tram just outside of the hotel, the area is not welcoming during night time.
