Everyone was great! Even the ppl staying at the hotel. We ordered dinner and there is only one table in the outside patio area. There were a few guysbhanging back there and when theuvsaw my family with food they offered us the table.

My family enjoyed our stay. We used the pool, hot tub and gym which were all nice and we liked the free breakfast. The staff was very nice too. My only issue is they never came to clean our room or at least take trash and old towels. We kept having to go to the front desk for fresh towels, as we booked a room for 4 but only got enough towels for 2. The front desk was always nice and accommodating though and gave us what we needed. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Fairly nice place although some of the common areas need attention and cleaning. The elevator hadn't been cleaned in some time. The breakfast area ran out of plates, butter and bacon. The person who appeared to be in charge just was not paying attention to what was going on.

Made a reservation for a room with a king bed. Got a room with a full size bed. Not even a queen. So we figured, well, one of us can sleep on the pull out. However, there wasn't any bedding for the pullout. We went to the front desk to ask for bedding and they told us none was available. couldn't even get an extra pillow. And didn't get anything knocked off the bill either. Pretty disappointing.

The hotel was ok and the staff that was there was extremely helpful and friendly. However, the entire property was just dirty and housekeeping never once cleaned our room for the 8 days we were there. We were told they were short staffed. We had to go to the front desk to get our own fresh towels, toilet paper, and trash bags and were told to just leave our trash outside the door and someone would pick it up which wasn't always the case. All of the exterior trash cans were full and overflowing for pretty much our entire stay, especially around the pool area.

Had a quick overnight stay on a long road trip and this property worked well for us. I would stay here again and try out the pool and hot tub. My only complaint was the fold out bed. The mattress was awful so my daughter slept on the couch cushions instead, and the size of the room made it so that if the bed was folded out, I would have to climb over my husband or the fold out to get to the bathroom. There were no linens for the fold out in the room, we had to ask and the front desk clerk person was alone so we had to go get the linens ourselves. Not a big deal, but at midnight after being on the road for 13 hours just having the linens given to us when we checked in or in the closet would’ve been nice.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean but several of the lights did not work. 2 out of 3 in one bedroom and 1 out of 3 in the other bedroom were not working. A bit of an inconvenience but, aside from that, a good stay.

We got there and our room was full of water on the floor , they changed our room and the second one it was dirty no toilet treats, dishwasher it was beeping all night a lot of kids on the walkway screaming and running knocking the doors . Between the kids on the hallways plus the beep from the dishwasher I couldn’t sleep at all .

The venting is terrible, my bathroom smelled like cigarettes and weed the entire time. The front desk employee said that the way the building was built makes it so that the smell travels to other rooms, if someone is either smoking above or below you. There were fixtures for lights, but did not have any lights to go on them. There were light switches that did not turn on any lights. The rooms were therefore dark. The dishwasher and the sink smelled like mold. The AC in the living room did not work. I was suppose to get a queen bed and I got a full bed. I asked if I could have my room switched, but they could not switch my room and all they could do was spray the bathroom to have the smell go away. Which helped for about an hour but the smell came back. Room service never came as well and I stayed there from Sunday through Friday.

This was a hotel filled with families, which is fine, however there were doors being slammed and people yelling all night. The room was okay but could have been cleaned better. The area itself wasn’t bad and it was convenient.
