1st. They said I didn't book a king rm, even AFTER I showed them the reservation. Then they used the excuse there were no Kng RMS. Yet they gave me a key card to a Kng rm. The moment I opened the door it smelled so ungodly awful if PET PEE. Then they moved me to a double. Rm smelled musky, bathroom tile floor all cracked, door lock broken. Bed had BED BUGS. I got bit all night. Though what's even MORE CONCERNING : upon check in. They have a tablet fixed upright on the front desk. You have to go page by page checking off things. AFTER their subliminal membership sign up. What pissed me off and is a HUGE CAUSE OF CONCERN AND PRIVACY/ SAFETY ISSUE. is that , the tablet SHOWS ALL the guest information. full name Home address, phone number and THE ROOM NUMBER the hotel is putting the guest in. If there was any other guest standing beside or behind me. They would be able to SEE ALL MY PERSONAL INFO and room#. That's putting the safety of all guests (women children etc) at risk. From predators of all kinds. This absolutely needs to change. Because I'm considering using this hotel AND CHOICE corporate!

Good hotel and location however it can definitely use some updates. You could smell weed throughout the halls and there were multiple people smoking right outside the door by the pool.

There was a hot tub advertised and it’s covered up with old plywood. The back door was left unlocked the entire night so anyone could have walked in. The door to the room was hard to open and close and the eggs in the morning literally tasted like nothing. The bed was comfortable, but if I had known they’d leave the back door open all night I’d have chosen another.

Adequate property if price is low. Shower did not work. Furniture in room needed replaced - very old, although bed comfortable. Hotel does not have the nicest setting although supermarket nearby. Breakfast basic, although room constantly cleaned - breakfast staff worked very hard. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was clean but in disrepair. The show curtain rod was loose and falling off the wall. The towel rack was loose and falling off the wall. The tissue holder was loose and falling apart. The hair dryer would heat up but not blow air. It got extremely hot. It appeared someone had removed the battery from the smoke detector.

The property was in a great location. The curtains in the room had rips all through them and the tile floor was cracked throughout the bathroom. However, my biggest complaint was the shower DID NOT work. We called the front desk several times & were told someone would come to fix it & no ever showed up. It was very inconvenient to stay for 5 days with no shower, we weere forced to sit in the tub, which was very uncomfortable.

Your property is old and needs a lot of attention. The breakfast was barely warm and I was the first one there. I don’t believe I would stay there again, although I have stayed at many of your establishments.

We always stay here on our way to Augusta. Staff are always friendly, room is comfy and they have a good breakfast! Love the free cookies in the lobby.

Overall, the stay was great! The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and nice. It was very quiet. The only real complaint I have is that I was asked to change my own sheets because I bled on them (nosebleeds, ugh) in the night. Shout out to Tiffany at the front desk; she was great!

Nice clean hotel and receptionist greeted me with a smile and was ready for me. We got there a little late since we are driving to our destination. She had the paperwork ready for me to sign. Quick check in. Room was clean as well.

We drove late and booked room around 11 pm, and arrived a half hour later. There was no late night attendant, only a custodian present. He had no access to the front desk computer and even though I had psid ahead and showed him the "Hotels.co.m" confirmation, he wouldnt let us in and told us to find a different place to stay. Then he just turned and walked into the back room as I tried to explain. We left and found another hotel when we received no answer at the "Hotels.com" help line. Got to bed at 3 am. And it was a "pay ahead, non refundable" reservation. Second bad Hotels.com experience on our 3 week trip.

There were some people who I believe were possibly working in the area there were a lot of them playing loud music, drinking and bbq’n. They took up a good portion of the parking lot. I went inside, slept for a while, went to work for a while and then came back. It was clean and comfortable otherwise.

The hotel itself was a little dated, but was overall very clean. Kind of noisey- we were on the 3rd floor on the back and I could hear cars on the interstate. No alarm clock at all...for the price it was a good stay. Had several places close around to eat. Would probably stay again. Front desk was very courteous and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean (except I found some tissues between the wall and mattress). They had the room stocked with enough towels for all 4 of us and great toiletries. I did laundry at this facility and I liked that it could be paid for with a card. The breakfast was great and the outside around the facilities felt safe. I would stay again.

Well my check in time was at 4, but my room was not ready so I had to wait around 35mins later. The hotel look nice. It has an old stanky smell to it and I had a couple stains on my bed sheets.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were worn out and sore from a previous night stay at another hotel and really appreciated how comfortable the beds were. I plan on booking again with Country Inn on our next travel.
