very comfortable stay to visit my son at college. I’ll be back often.

convenient to food, shopping and my sons college, love they layout of the suites, plenty of room, didn’t feel cramped like hotels usually do

I made reservations through booking. The hotel couldn’t find the reservation. I called Booking who placed me on hold and called the front desk of the hotel as I was standing there to get this resolved. I later found out I was talking to booking through international calls which I was charged but that’s another story. The front desk guy said he worked it out and I thought that it was resolved only later to see the next day my card was charged twice. This tied up my account and messed my plans up. I called the hotel and they told me initially it was booking’s error. I called booking and was told it was the hotel’s error. I called the hotel back and she said she would get the the general manager to look into this further. Later was told it was the hotel’s error and they would refund me the 2nd set of charges. I was told to call my bank to have them release the funds back to me sooner. I called the bank and because it’s the weekend, they could not do anything so I had to wait. I called the front desk back and told them what the bank said. She said due to the situation, that she would check with the general manager to see what they could do for the inconvenience. I never received a phone call. I spent so much time trying to handle this. Days later I did get the refund for the 2nd set of charges and was charged the full amount for the stay. I never heard from anyone as I was promised. This was a very frustrating experience.

Friendly staff . Good breakfast. Easy to get to from interstate .

The carpet needs to be changed in the hall. Very dirty and stained !!

Very friendly staff!! Room very clean & seemed like the other guests weren't riff-raff.

I didn't call directly to get my military or government discounts & couldn't use cuz I went thru a 3rd party.

We’re FANS FOR LIFE NOW and will NEVER stay anywhere else

Centrally located, with quick and easy access to places like restaurants and shopping. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. Terrific amenities such as the little fitness center, 24hr. free coffee in the lobby and a nice continental breakfast. And most importantly the WONDERFUL STAFF!!! BOTH MORNING & EVENING !!! We never lacked or wanted for anything.

Wish the parking could be expanded a little more

Beside the damp moist unpleasant smell in the room my stay was good!

I like that the hotel location

The room that I had was clean but it had this unpleasant smell and it felt damped with moist in the air. I had to spray the room down with a Lysol odorizing spray to get comfortable. The hallway to the room was also hot and humid.
