This hotel offered a generally pleasant experience, though it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by our last stay eight years ago. We arrived around midnight, and despite the late hour, the staff was on duty and welcomed us warmly and professionally, which was a nice touch and made us feel immediately at ease. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. However, we encounter a minor issue with the bathtub drain, causing some water to spread across the bathroom floor. Thankfully, the front desk responded swiftly, sending two engineers who resolved the issue in about 20 minutes. The team’s quick response and eagerness to help were very reassuring, and we appreciated the effort, especially considering the late night. Overall, while there was a small setback, the hotel still delivers good service and maintains a well-kept facility. I’d recommend for its attentive staff and comfortable accommodations.

Have been to Bangkok many times and stay at different hotels before. Sivatel hotel had addressed my concern. Because I need to going to Ching Mai in the middle days of my trip so was wondering where can I storage my baggage then I can make myself more easily to hop on/off in Ching Mai. Then I tried to contact Sivatel. They promptly replied me said I can storage my baggage at their hotel (even that still a few days before my check in day). Thus they sort my problem, really appreciate it. Thanks for the staff (a girl with very sunshine smile) who keep in touch with me. However the breakfast is not much selection, luckily the service is excellent. The staff (called Jake) really helpful. He try his best to introduce those dipping and food to us. And he remembered what we like to dip and serve us every morning. We appreciate it. The room is large and comfortable. Looks good. We like the bed and the pillows really soft. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The customer service is excellent! Beyond our expectations, a birthday well wishes were sent to our room during our stay. The stay is conveniently located and within walking distance to BTS, rooftop bar and shopping area in the vicinity. Looking forward to coming back again!

Convenient location a few steps from BTS station but slightly away from the busy shopping area which makes it nice and quiet. The room was HUGE and well maintained. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and one can tell that they are genuinely sincere in providing good service to customers. On the first day, upon checking in, we were escorted to our room and staff gave us a introduction to all the in-room facilities.

Great hotel, checked into the Champa Suite for 2 weeks stay. Very quiet and beautiful spacious suite that I really had a wonderful stay. Great team of service crew all round. Hotel is just 2 min walk to Ploenchit & Central Embassy, highly recommend!

I enjoyed our stay at Sivatel, the location was great, nestled between Sukhumvit and shopping malls. The room suite had two joining rooms, plenty of space. Kids played in the pool every day and it has killer views of city skylines. Breakfast buffet was great too.

The only positive about this "5 stats" hotel is the size of the rooms with nice views, beside that you pretty much staying in 3 stars hotel. no Lobby, hotel is in an office building, below average food and breakfast, untrained staff, feels more like an apt hotel with the basic..not recommended if you are looking for a proper hotel experience and service, Bangkok has many better options in that price range in my opinion.

Sivatel was a great first stay in Bangkok. It was close enough to the hustle and bustle, but shortly down a side street so was quiet. Next time I’d probably stay closer to the Siam Mall (25 min walk) since I spent the most time around that area, but for most it would be a very central location to go most places. The room was nice and spacious with a living area and a king bed in the bedroom, and a walk in closet. Housekeeping was not as attentive to detail as we have had at other establishments, not scrubbing the toilet or wiping out the sink well each day. They did dry the shower well everyday. Dragon, the evening door man was awesome but everyone else was just ok, we had our laundry done twice with the day staff, neither time did they bring it up to our room, so we carried 10kg of laundry after a long day of sightseeing. (It’s ok, no tip was left because of this) Breakfast: was definitely catered to westerners. There was a Thai dish and noodle option that rotated each day. Also an Indian option. A few dim sum options. The rest were regular western breakfast. The breakfast host was awesome and very kind. I can’t remember his name. I would recommend this hotel, it was a central location and overall a good experience.

Love the room, veey big for a family of three, such a wonderful stay with the most welcoming staff, for breakfast I wished there was a better variety daily. Location is a little quiet with not many dining options nearby unless you are okay with restaurant food daily at Central Embassy. Other than that, we really had a most wonderful stay at Sivatel.

Excellent suite - very large and comfortable - pool area for afternoon sun was excellent with good gym. Staff are incredibly attentive and the Hotel is only a few mins walk to plonchit BTS - nothing much to do or see close to the property but BTS or taxi to Siam Paragon or Central World shopping centres have great variety and excellent eating options - it you can secure a suite this is a great Hotel to stay
