Very nice room and comfy bed, near the station

Great hotel, a little disappointing that you had to pay 1350 yen to use the pool. First time ever I’ve had that happen:(

The hotel was immaculate. Staff were helpful and polite. Dinner was of the highest standard. One of the best stays of my trip to Japan.

The hotel was beautiful from the reception/lobby to our room. Everything was clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The only thing we are not a fan of is the glass walls for the toilet
5.0
The staff was extremely friendly and we were even able to get into the room 1.5 hours earlier - which allowed us to get immediately started on our sightseeing!
The room was the most spacious room from all hotels we had and it was clean and luxurious with an awesome view!
The Club was really nice and had a great atmosphere for taking a break and getting something to eat and drink in the evening and morning. My wife liked the coffee!
On top of everything - the Hotel is just beside the trainstation with great Shinkansen connections - only a few steps to go. As such, there were plenty of good food places around in very short walking distance.
Last but not least - Hiroshima has three bus lines which can be used to easily get around to visit all the cultural and historic places. When we were there, it was really hot and humid and as such this was really convenient!
HIGHLY recommendable!

Concierge Kanane Sugiyama was very helpful and went above and beyond to map out our trip.

The staff were nice, the hotel clean, and right there at Hiroshima Station. The hotel food was ridiculously priced by any standard (especially breakfast), and the “open concept” bathroom
is going to be a deal breaker for a lot of people that might be sharing a room and might not want audience when they shower or use the toilet (glass doors that transition from mostly frosted to transparent; ladies, everyone in the room will see your breasts). There’s no place to change privately unless you fit in the armoire.

Good position near main station

Our favorite hotel whenever we visit Hiroshima. Short walk from the Shinkansen gate to the hotel’s 2F entrance — all on the same level and all covered from rain, etc. Easy access to the town (streetcar) and surrounding towns (Shinkansen or JR Lines). Staff are very courteous and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only one item for improvement — the king size bed in our room was starting to show its age. Still, always happy to have a king size bed in Japan:)

Very convenient to Hiroshima station and amenities. Many great restaurants in walking distance.
Modern open concept washroom was why I gave this hotel 4 stars is the toilet and shower area were not private enough. My daughter could hear me use the toilet while brushing her teeth. You need to be very comfortable with your roommates 😁.

The hotel is connected to Shinkansen gate at Hiroshima Station and the Station Mall. There are many restaurants and souvenirs and food shops within the building. The room was quiet except that you might hear a subtle train sound at night when it is quiet. The sink space and bathroom are roomy, clean and well-designed. The bedding was a bit heavy but this is probably because of eco-friendly cotton filling? Overall, it is very convenient for both business and sightseeing.

Excellent hotel! Perfectly located next to the Hiroshima Station. It even has an access to the station. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable and with great pillows. The breakfast buffet was great! Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is connected to the train station with a covered walkway. Very convenient if it is raining heavily. Breakfast buffet was nice. Easy to eat at the train station, too.
One drawback is the room was not really family friendly. The unlockable and almost see through bathroom doors although pretty were not very functional.

Good comfy beds. Very clean. Can’t understand why the bathroom is part of the main room and going to the toilet didn’t feel very private as a result. Tried to get lunch at 14.00 but was told lunch was no longer being served (found that odd as they advertised it as finishing at 14.30). Despite that breakfast was good and most of the staff pretty good, but on the whole I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. They helped me make a reservation for a ferry to Miyajima. Always smiling!

The convenience to the train was perfect, as it is quite literally attached to the station, but otherwise it’s quite far from the main areas of town. The overall look of the hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The pool area is a bit dated but clean and the pool was nice as were the dressing rooms

The hotel has easy access to the train stations with lots of dining options.

Great option. Everything worked out well for us at this hotel. We traveled Japan for a couple of weeks and a couple of days in a more western hotel was very welcomed (larger rooms, great shower). Breakfast was also very good.

Great location, the hotel is beautiful

Close to everything yet not noisy when youre inside. Very convenient to shopping dining and most especially transportation. The room set up is impressive with large glass window so you get a full view outside. Check in n check out fast and easy. They can hold your luggage for you if you need to shop first when you check out. Friendly staff and accomodating.

Very convenient location next to station. Lot of dining options available within station.

The hotel is easily accessible as it is right next to the station. We only stayed for one day so we were not able explore the other hotel amenities.

Good place to stay in Hiroshima. Only problem area is check in- we left bags, ca me back at 3, room not ready, told to wait , they forgot us do in end went up to reception again and they had the key ready but not told us. Always lots of people sitting waiting to check in and it seems two people on each terminal…and they struggle to sort stuff on the system… our breakfast booking had to be queried…. Why is this ( and other members of the group) the only one where we seem to always wait ages at reception? Had this before. Only hotel in Japan we stayed at where reception was slow or at standstill. Staff try hard but it must be a system issue, a training issue or not enough staff

Very satisfied with this hotel. Very nice staff and nice room. Highly recommend to travelers.

I needed a mental break since both my personal life and work schedule had been very demanding. This stay gave me exactly what I needed from the wellness stand point.
10.0
The hotel offered exceptional service in all areas. My one qualm is the way the staff would talk in English regardless of my wish to converse in Japanese. Having come to Japan to immerse myself in the language and culture, this was disappointing. Aside for this, no complaints can really be made and I would not go as far as reducing the overall score based on this.

In a country where space is at a premium, we found our twin share room very spacious. It was also an added bonus to have the toilet separate from the shower.

The toilet and shower have clear glass doors. No privacy at all!! Why would anybody want this???
