Great service from the staff, and a very comfortable bed. However, there was black mold in the shower, and the ventilator was giving off a low humming all night. I think the price was much too high for the standard.

This is a beautiful “boutique” feeling hotel. Our check in was amazing. Very friendly and informative process. The room was very clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend this amazing hotel in a location that’s is easily accessible to all the hot spots in Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel vibes were good. We were greeted by Sally and Caylin. They were so friendly. There’s one thing we did not like which is the lift was so slow and unfortunately we were staying at the underground level. The hotel was near to tourist attraction such as Albert Cyrupt Market,etc.

I accidentally booked this hotel twice on both ends of a trip that started and ended in Amsterdam. I’m glad I did! The property is nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were unbelievably comfortable! The location is great — close to everything I wanted to do and close to public transit but quiet and peaceful. Theres a park nearby I particularly enjoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t notice much noise from other guests, either. My only complaint is that my first room was garden level and the bathroom was weird. The shower didn’t have a sill so the water got all over the bathroom floor.

A clean, modern hotel with comfortable furnishings and beds. Good shower. The only issue was that the bathroom fan didn’t seem to turn off but we managed to sleep through it. Great location for the museums. Picturesque walk into the central, busier part of Amsterdam, but that suited us and there was still lots of choice on restaurants and bars without having to be in the very busy areas.

Start to finish - top notch. Comfortable beds, roomy room and beautiful bath. Our room was SO quiet. Nespresso in The room, front desk and kitchen staff were lovely and helpful. Location was convenient to Rijk museum and grocery and several areas with extensive dining options BUT away from the scramble of the center.

I do not think this is a 4 start hotel. They do not even help you with your bags and you have to go up stairs with them to enter. They say there a watched me struggle. The shower didn’t work well and you can hear neighbors easily. They also have no room service and were rude when I asked for a bottle of water. Location is great and it is clean and safe but not 4 stars.

It is a very good located hotel for any activities in the city of Amsterdam and close to the most important museums. It is nice and clean and quite new. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy but likely nothing you can avoid in the city of Amstwedam. I recommend earplugs.

We stayed in the lower level. The rooms were fantastic! Very clean and quiet. Didn’t mind not having a good view of the canal as we were so busy and outside a ton anyway. Very close to the tram to take you to central Station in just a few minutes. The check in staff were very professional and polite and offered helpful advice during our stay. Great hotel!

A charming boutique hotel, easily connected by trams and metro to the main railway station. Very centrally located to the Albert Cuyp market, museum district and many amenities, with good restaurants, shops and supermarket a stone’s throw away. My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay here and would highly recommend it.

My review is of the room and not of the hotel overall. We booked a family room. The description states "limited view." What is should say is "the basement!" The room is located on -1 floor. From the tiny window you will see feet walking by. If you look at the first picture of the outside of the hotel and see those tiny basement windows, those are it! If I knew that the room is located in the basement, I would have never booked! Additionally, I assume that there is an unpleasant odor in the basement, as the hotel uses ridiculous amounts of air-freshener on the stairs leading down. It was a highly disappointing stay.

I understand that I’m visiting a country I don’t understand the culture. However, the front desk employees weren’t so kind. I made a mistake of reserving a. Twin room and I kindly asked the gentlemen to let me know when there was an opening. I online the next day and there were 2 double rooms Available. I called the front desk a they stated there are no notes on my request. The room didn’t have any robes or s my slippers. They only offered water on the first day. In my opinion for the amount I paid daily they should have water at least every day.
