The breakfasts are amazing. More than you could want. We had dinner there one night also. It was delicious. And the service was great. Reception was also exceptional. I would definitely go back

Accommodation is lovely, rooms are very comfortable as are the beds and linen is lovely too. The staff are all lovely too.
Pool is nice but no mattress for the sun loungers and lots of children 10 and Under. You do need towel tokens but thre is no shortage of towels.
Playground is lovely
Golf course is good but expensive to play on.

Fabulous villa…perfect for 4 people. 2 large bedrooms each with own bathroom. Furnished to a high standard and excellent air con. Great mix of nationalities and very helpful staff. Good place for young children but as a a family with grown up children we didn’t feel this was a negative at all. Possibly would benefit from a car but Ubers are plentiful and relatively cheap €3-6 into Cascais (we often got to marina then walked in) Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Very nice staff. Clean nice hotel. Luiza the front desk person was great and helped us out a lot.

Epic property for a family or for your golf trip! Large rooms and attention to detail everywhere!
Highly recommend 🙏

Very nice resort!
Professional!
Clean!
Large rooms!
Also expensive!
A bit overpriced but I’m sure they get these prices.

This hotel is amazing! Very clean and comfortable beds. The only thing I would say is that we had to pay 5 pound per person per day to use the indoor pool and this is not clarified on the site.

Not very child friendly,
Main Pool was closed on arrival then when It was opened there was no pool bar unless you ordered through their phone.
Park was a life saver for children as there’s nothing to do around the area unless you get in a car. Especially when it’s too cold to use the pools. Very hard to keep children busy.

Booked this for my husband’s birthday. Everything was better than we hoped for. Welcome
Gift and cake for his birthday waiting in our room when we arrived. Exceptional service at the desk and everywhere else. Great golf on our last day. Thank you for making our weekend so special.

We spend a wonderful time there, it was my birthday weekend so we use the pool and the spa, we had dinner and took a drink at the bar, the buffet was great, and nice activities for the kids too

This is a hotel with a lot of potential. Some of the premises are a bit worn out and in need of renovation.
The spa is small but very nice. The treatments and personnel there were great! However, from the point of view of customer experience the 5 euro extra charge feels ridiculous in a hotel of this price range.
We ate at the restaurant a few times: the food and service there were very good. The breakfast was also quite nice.
Our daughter’s jeans got stained with rust from the swings in the playground. The chains should be changed. Again, from the point of view of customer experience, it felt ridiculous that we had to insist that the hotel should not charge us for the laundry.
The balcony and sofas there were dirty.
Despite these smallish issues, we’d be happy to return :)

OK property but the food is not good at all. Both breakfast and dinner are not tasty at all. Especially dinner though. Hotel is OK in terms of room quality but nothing more. Staff is very friendly and really want to provide good service.

Beautiful week at a beautiful hotel- our deluxe villa was mostly private with the exception of the noise from the playground directly behind our villa which was quite disturbing daily- the breakfast staff was very accommodating and everyone was friendly and helpful- only criticisms of the villa is that the bathrooms lacked privacy and there was a lack of pleasant landscaping around the villas, although the rest of the property was beautifully landscaped - although the villas were nicely furnished, I expected a more luxurious accommodation from the 5 star property

Congratulations on the property and amenities for the kids. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
I would recommend a deeper cleaning in the rooms.

Great place. Nice rooms in a great setting surrounded by golf courses. Kid’s paradise and only a 10min drive to Cascais.

Not advised for early rising families.
Children below 3 are not allowed to use the indoor playroom until family time at mid day, even if the parent is in close proximity. Our child is 2.5 years, potty trained and attends school. His only option was to go into a small room for infants at a surcharge or wet his clothes outside as nothing was wiped down.
The outdoor chairs at the play area were not wiped down from overnight rain. The trampoline was wet, no night covers so kids get wet waiting for the play room to open at 9:30am. Swings and slide not wiped down either.
The indoor pool only opens at 10am.
Football balls were soft which shows a geberal lack of care and attention.
The kids play centre closes at 16:30. I shake my head in amazement. What on earth are parents to do from 16:30? Descend all at once to the indoor pool?
Imagine a hotel full of buggies and 50% of them will pass stairs to their room without a ramp. It’s disgraceful.
In the evening you can order the bar menu but the tables are not setup to eat as the tables are knee height. The main restaurant only serves a buffet of very very average food or you can order room service.
The purpose to visit this hotel is to have the kids taken off your hands for a short while and regrettably this is not what the hotel delivers. Mid day to 16:30 access is all that’s provided and it’s self service.

Very kid-friendly. Nice facilities and great staff. A bit out of the way if you don’t have a car.

The amenities were generally excellent. Food was expensive and some of it was of not great quality.

Lovely, well though out family hotel. Could perhaps do with more varied restaurants and food options.

One of the best in the world, in every aspect, for both adults and children!

If you have kids under the age of about 8, this place is perfect. If, however, you have teenage kids, there is very little in the way of activities for them to do. The tennis academy wasn’t running when we were there (not enough interest), and there weren’t sufficient numbers to run other activities.

Staff overall were very friendly and helpful
Monica was amazing with her care towards our stay, our daily route trips and even gave snacks for our kid to enjoy throughout the day
I would just recommend providing a wider variety of food for kids
Breakfast overall was ok but it could be much improved given the level and class of this hotel

Beautiful hotel. Great for families. My 7 year old described it as "epic!". There is a selection of swimming pools and a large playground. Food is quite pricey and there isn't a huge variety. But all good quality and you can eat at the nearby town of Cascais, which is lovely. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the facilities available for kids and the staff - they were super friendly and helpful - my toddler loved it!Disappointing was the food. The breakfast was standard for a good hotel - not 5* but it was fine. The pool bar food was good too and good options for kids. The pool bar closed @ 6pm and the only other option was the main restaurant. This was good for kids (buffet option and also a menu) however the quality for adults was very mediocre. The menu was over complicated and very 'chefy' but the execution and overall quality was poor. With main courses priced @ EUR 25 this was really disappointing, A meal for two came in at over EUR 120 and only one of us was drinking wine. My recommendation would be to keep the menu simple, reduce prices and focus on the quality. The food was not in line with the overall standard of the hotel.

Awesome stay in Cascais. Breakfast spread was great every morning and the staff everywhere is incredibly sweet and helpful. We booked several tours through the hotel and none disappointed. The overall facility is clean and fantastic for kids. We could have stayed for much longer. Would highly recommend!
